My dream of baby furniture

Since I have this little one, I plan to give him Snoopy® as his baby item. I was searching thru the net about Snoopy baby bedding set...since in Malaysia we doesn't have this kind of Peanuts series things...not even can find in World of Cartoon outlet. In fact, baby Winnie the Pooh® and Disney® baby character stuffs are a lot, but that also not in full set..aiyah, too bad...but i really so love to have it...

Thank God that even couldn't buy it, I able to get a second hand Snoopy's bumper from Michelle and some Snoopy clothes from cousins...been told that those item are normally from HK or UK...Agnes told me in Singapore are famous with all sort of this cartoon baby things, I believe there might have...

Pls tell me where else can find in KL, if u know? I so love it! The pic below found from baby bedding shopping site. This set cost $180.99 after discount (excluding shipping fees), of coz it is not in RM! and also it not ship to Asia.


My dream babyroom set

35th weeks of me

2 weeks not login to blog, basically now I've stop working and stay at home till baby arrive...stay at home to rest more and get prepare...also on n off back to office a while, as the my partition office hav been set up finally, back to arrange the computers and my desk..office is slightly bigger than last time..

Went to my 35th weeks check up too, baby is good, head measured 8.8cm and weighted 2.3kg..but my weight drop 0.5kg...anyway doc said no big deal, as long as baby is gaining is ok....i suspect it could b i ate lesser outside food, which is oily and MSG...now everyday mum cook for me and i eat a lot of cereal oats...doc said my baby will pop on 38th week..so counting down i got 3 more weeks to go...probably is after Mothers' Day....can't wait to c my baby boy....

Things almost get ready, now my store room full of baby things...wait to be arrange....mum have start buying all the confinement stuff that i need and i also not forget to go for my last sales shopping..haha..yesterday even went to Isetan member sales...at ladies and cosmetic department can't even breath...too many ppl...we head to gents and baby dept...get a set of pillow and bolster and the bathing rack ....especially bathing rack..hardly to find at baby centre outside...actually when we first saw at outside we not plan to buy, it cost RM69.90, but since got 60% disc so just get it....

now my tummy quite big..when go walk outside like yesterday go for shopping..ppl's eye contact tend to goes to my tummy...i feel not so comfortable la...anyway is normal for ppl to see la...last time i also see preg lady tummy like tat..coz it is big n obvious...i can't walk fast, hardly bend down...and very easy to get tired...now i rest at home i tend to sleep a lot, sometimes can't really sleep at night...just hope baby come faster so that i no need to carry this big tummy...u know when i walk i can't saw my footstep on the floor already...

Congratulation to my cousin bro James Liong and Julia Wee, they finally tied the knot..attended their church wedding last Saturday...

Storing of stem cell

Met the consultant to talk about cord blood collection. After another round of explaination to Brandon, we get clearer about the benefit of the blood, the policy and agreement and payment. We finally sign up with StemLife and receive the blood collection kit. We also received 1 year waive annual fee, meaning that baby age 2 onwards only needs to pay RM250 per year.

Addition point which I dunno was after the blood being process, if the blood contain of bacteria and the quantity of stem cell collected below par, we will get the money back in full…Besides that, I’ve been told that I need to call to inform the sales rep upon my admission to hospital and 2nd call to inform when dilate 7cm, so that the lab assistant are ready to b there to send my blood back to the stem cell lab.

From my own point of view, to me this collection is very costly for first payment (RM2500), but for long term it is very worth to keep. After many days and many points of consideration, we only take it…if financially really cause us problem then we may take the idea off. Anyway I’m so happy to hav it now, as I know the importance of the blood is far higher than u having a high insured life/medical policy. Insurance policy may only cover the cost u spend for illnesses, and (touch wood!) it may not save ur life if it is a critical illness, but this blood is save life. Scientist hav proven that there are many kind of uncured illness can save by stem cells. Currently heart disease and spinal cord injury are the most popular used of stem cell to cure and the list is keep on adding.

Therefore I keep on advice my fren who pregnant to think twice on storing stem cell…life is too fragile now.

33rd week appointment

Just went to do check up….everything ok…baby aged 34th week plus…growing very fast, between 2 weeks time..he grow 1kg..now weighted 2.2kg (4 pounds 84 ounce)…I also grow 1kg..now weighted 59kg…the nurse started giving me infant milk powder sample.

Now we still considering which stem cell company we want to sign up to collect our baby cord blood. Will arrange consultant for face-to-face enquiry by this week hopefully…

Probably will go for another 2-3 times check up, then I think is time baby arrive!

Lately....

Share with you here my baby boy. This is the ultra scan print of his face feature during 31st week...this Thursday will go for check up again...my body n leg can now feel the heavy pressure...walk also a bit slow now...finger n leg are easy to get numbness which coz by water retention...body more n more easy to get tired....lately have better sleep thru the night...baby very active moving...sometime may get some uneasy feel when he kick sideway..

my hospital bag are almost 90% ready...left the bottle need to sterlised...others than that bed are on the way to reach me end of the month, pillow and bolster haven't buy yet...think got to buy during this or next weekend. i was thinking, aft baby born might not hav much own sweet time to do things i like....sweet sleeping time may cut off 70%, every effort n concerntration will go to the baby...i was told brandon that when baby comes, we no more 2 ppl world la....

My mum will end her job by this weekend to help me during my confinement....those old folks so sad of her leaving...and miss her cooking too...before baby comes mum will take care of my mealing and some house things....my house still quite messy need to rearrange some furniture to accomodate my convenience of used, especially the bedroom. I schedule to stop work in next 2 weeks.

My office partition still haven't setup yet, now doing the painting n some touch up work...still very noisy and smelly (paint) outside....i think the worker will only do it aft outside work have done. Aft partition setup thats a lot to do also...like network linkage, streamyx setup, and the PDA n invoicing system also need to b upgrade....This Friday will hav a training section on the new system....hopefully the clerk here will handle well of the things...many thing have to start telling her what to do when i'm not around.

Progress during 31st week

Right now, outside was raining….and finally I’m blog in new office…yesterday we hav a smooth moving process and everything cover up late yesterday night….i’m not yet sitting at my own office, coz need to wait for those moved over partition to b set up like in old place, get back the network connection then only consider everything is complete, but majority are here now…temporary all of us using my FIL big office. Due to raining some outside renovation, installation and touch up work hav to b stop now n then. But no big deal, as long as office and inventory stock back in operation, others thing can b done little by little.

Was having my 31 weeks 1 day check up two day ago, early in the morning be his first patient of the day. This time I ask gynea about my numbness hand n leg. He said that is coz by water retention that happen to majority preg women. But I’m not serious that kind, coz just lil bit only. And today I read newspaper, it said try to reduce salt and drink water at night, it helps to reduce the water. May b yesterday shifting I’m moving a lot I found my palm n finger of both hand is slightly lil bit swollen (at first it only started at right hand).

Scanning time, baby everything is ok, can see clearly his face feature now and I got the scan print too (need to scan, later upload it). Aft I’m having that scan I keep on bring it in n out from my handbag and look at it…haha..the feeling really so sweet….eventhough is just black n white shadow scanning..i already so happy about it…when I miss him I will take it out and look again….haha…so the eagerness to see my baby is getting stronger n stronger. Baby now weight 1.2-1.3kg (about 2.64 pounds), I gain 1 kg within 2 weeks, still the same 80% I will deliver mid-May.

Cutie and I

Last Saturday was able to turn up the talk, but was 20 mins late. As I finish up work late and also jam at Cheras…so when I reached there, 1 topic have skip. There is a short presentation from StemLife cord blood bank. Aft the presentation I hav know more about the useful of cord blood to diseases. Cord blood is the cheapest n fastest way to get the highest capacity of blood cell. Anyway been asking many times to hubby, he still insist that is not a necessary…it required RM7,500 for 20 years of maintaining the blood in the bank (this hav include the registration fees and annual fees). 4 years ago, StemLife set up in Malaysia and collected 6,000 bags of blood and only a few been used up. Anyway, we dunno the importance until we really need them to safe life. There is a case in South Korea, a lady hav met an accident and couldn’t walk and lay on the bed for the past 20 years …aft many years of searching and waiting for the blood, which the ratio of matching is 1:20,000-40,000. Finally she found it and her sickness was being healed just in 3 weeks time.

Aft 20 mins break, with some light served refreshment, we start another topic of “Natural and Caesarian birth”. Again this topic was almost the same as the previous talk I attend, but this round is more in summarized and covered a few important points that not mention before this. But a lot of Q&A from audience, which is not related the topic. Aft filling up the talk evaluation form, that’s end of the talk.

Since Brandon work late and he not able to fetch me up. So I follow my fren to shop at KLCC and Mid Valley and walk a lot in the evening. Lately too in love in blue berry, went to Strudels bought a tart and cheese cake and yes both in blue-berry…though to share it with Brandon, but too bad he having some unusual uncomfortable to his body, so he is not having any of that, and this morning both are my breakfast…yummy!

Good that my upstair fella not making noise anymore…even they did shout scream and laugh loudly in the night, but they stop it aft 12am sharp…hopefully they know how to behave themselves la… Sunday, as usual went to church n back home…wow my mum said I fat already…aft not seeing me for 1 week. Yeah, especially the face..u know some of the dress can’t fit now…need bigger size…coz tummy getting bigger….expected 6 more weeks to pop. After church, check the baby stuff collected back from church fren and still hav some coming from my kind and generous church member.

Now, I wan to get ready my hospital bag as soon as I can. Have a check list, and only 30% of them are there…so I got to faster get them ready, as I can sense that my delivery will be getting more earlier than the expected...now I feel my placenta is getting lower, since baby head has turn and it always hitting my bladder. Yesterday afternoon, my left bottom stomach was swelling pain, I did nothing just lay on the bed to comfort it. Luckily nothing big deal…now ok already. Coming Wednesday will check up again, I’m so eager to ask gynea about baby situation and the most important the delivery date.

Month end office and warehouse will shift to another new warehouse, which own by FIL. This week he will b more busy to look aft the renovation and final touch up work. Hopefully we hav a smooth shifting on this weekend.

Uneducated neighbour

I nearly want to scold n shout to the 11th floor bastard thru my kitchen window facing up their bedroom window. I think those living in are some college student. Last night they really disturbing my sleep n even my baby also terkejut in the middle of night (coz he moving very much there). In the midnight of 1-3am, when we having the sweetest sleeping mode, they shout, scream, talk n laugh loudly and their walking step are like King Kong, can clearly hear the foot stepping sound. Not only that they also drag the table n chair and make out those scratching noise…really so terrible. This is not the first time, and also of coz they not having this behavior every night. Sometime they do it loud, sometime not, every fortnight they having different do. Last time I still ok and can stand with it, may be my mood swing aft pregnant, can’t take it anymore. Last night I really so mad and I think we cannot keep quiet about that. I want to shout to ask them to ‘diam lahh..’. I didn't do that as I dun wan them to recognize my look n later will do something on me. So I just go back to bed n try very hard to sleep.

Terribly, when I sleep, I dream twice on how to scold n warn them with letter, pasting horrible poster in front of their door, pasting notice at 11th floor lift button, inside lift and notice board by letting ppl know their behavior....wah this dream of action really so crazy man! …hai…really haunting me…of coz I’m not going to do that. Later I will write a letter to warn them, hopefully they will b considerate and co-operate.

29th week appointment

Went to check-up again. Be his last patient of the day. Ultra scan shows that the baby head has turn down. Features n parts everything can see clearly…healthy baby too.. wanted to print out his face features but this notty boy boy used his hand cover his mouth, not so nice to print. So got to wait next round…big eyes like Brandon and nose looks like me…small small lips…cute!

Doc said, 80% of times I might having 2 weeks early birth than the expected due. Now my check up appointment become 2 weeks once. My tummy was tremendously increasing n baby like kicking especially at night time, even I sleep early. I’m getting more n more easy to get tired n sleepy and now I can sleep as early as 9pm.

Now I’m thinking what name to put on him, many many have come across my mind. I will select a few to let FIL to choose.

There will b another pregnancy talk at Pantai Cheras on 25/3, is about before and aft preg nutrition, cord blood and I forget another topic..from 2-5pm. Might going for this talk too.

Looking forward for my 31st week appointment. Closer n closer now….

Give birth talk

Went to a talk conduct by MommyBaby mag panel doc Dr. Ng Kok Chong in Pantai Hospital, Pandan Indah. Went together with Ah Moon one of my fren who also preg 3 months+ now. Reach there a bit late and the talk already started. Upon registered roughly browse thru the name list written there, wow, only 3 ladies in mid 20s which included both of us. Others are early to mid 30s. Most of us are 1st time mother. From here we can see that nowadays women are getting late n late to have 1st child.

Dr. Ng’s talk covered quite detail about the labor process and what are the do n don’t before and during laboring. He also showed us live video the whole natural labor n cesarean section, which makes me so scary to look at it. I almost block my half eye to watch that. The purpose of it is to let us know how they done on natural and caesarean, and most important is to show us how the baby head position when the time it pass thru the virginal. Wow, the live video really nightmare to me. Especially the bloody section when the baby head come out n the part of cutting the cervix line. (mind fainted !~!) Watch also can feel the pain nia…

After 1 hour section end, we were served with light refreshment and also Dumex Mamil Gold counter are there to promote the milk powder for mummy.

2nd section talk conduct by the only Anaesthologist doc at that Pantai Hospital, Dr. Augustine Yew. Basically he let us know what are the way we can use for pain relief and when we should apply those methods provided. Next he describes to us how pain is labor pain. I almost mind fainted again…the statistic shows that, labor pain is above the pain u get from twist ankle, tooth ache and break bones. It almost reach 92% along the vertical pain scale, is the most pain. !!~!! aahh…how am I going to tahan the pain for 10-11 hours….I really can’t imagine now…he highly recommend the use of Epidural. He also told the audience husbands to be gentle to your wife when they are in labor pain. They may show u those faces or side that u never seen before. So, let them do the scold n punch. Anyway by that time the daddy also will b very stress.

Majority ladies will feel most pain for the 1st child and the following child will get lesser pain…now I realized why mother are so great again…remember last week Pastor do told me in Bible it said women got to be suffer more pain…

So summary, giving birth is PAIN ! PAIN ! PAIN and PAIN!!!!….Waaaaaaaa…

Bolt from the blue

3 months ago, Brandon SMS registered himself at VMag magazine (from Astro) as a reader to get latest info thru SMS. Out of his awareness and expection, no contest, no slogan, no competition, no SMS comfirmation, last week a marketing gal call him up and told that he won a 3 days 2 nights stay at Teluk Dalam Resort, Pangkor for 2 persons. We was puzzling and thought it was a fake surprise or prize or something need to pay in order to get it...since there is no free lunch under the sun. Consider this time lucky enough la..

So the gal ask him to collect it at the office. And before we actually meet her to collect, for safety we found out the office first to make sure it is a real thing. And yes, after we found out that it is VMag publication office and company name board written 'Astro'. So, yesterday we called again to inform that we are going to collect in the evening. And now, the voucher for staying is wit us now...and expired in May 31st...hai...of coz I'm not the next person who can go along...now till 31st May I got to stay on n take good care of d baby as he'll arrive soon.

Month of February and March is those remarkable day to us. In our past, we hav go through 3 paktoh anniversary and yesterday (27/2) was our 1st married anniversary. And coming Friday (3/3) is our ROM anniversary and also Brandon’s birthday. Guy particularly not so remember it, but for me I can remember every of this significant day. We not purposely celebrated those important days....but to recall what we hav done n growth in these year and plan what we do in our future. Well, say not to celebrate but I hope we can hav a small yet meaningful celebration on coming 1st ROM anniversary and Brandon birthday...I still thinking what to giv him...

Hi Boy..

Another round of check aft a month. Thank God, my rash and pain at back was finally heal…especially the pain, I hav try to apply cream to cure it, but it couldn’t help, somemore my skin grow rashes aft apply..sensitive…well…can’t do anything, but to pray and pray and ask more ppl to pray..now it is heal…this pain can happen is because I did fall my right leg into the drain before, so I didn’t do anything about it as that time it not pain. So now it comes bothering me.

I did told gynea abt the pain, so he advised me to do exercise, by sitting down on the chair n twist left n right, to loose it, so that it won’t stretch up so much for the coming months…else it will b more painful…

Scanning time, all organs growing ok…counted got both hand, 5 fingers each..haha…thought ask gynea to print out the scan, but quite blur this time coz his position is facing sideway and it won’t look nice if scan plus the baby getting bigger n bigger....so I didn’t make it…

We hav decided to change the deliver place to Gleneagle Intan, KL…as he complain the in n out environment of Pantai Cheras is not that ideal. Heard my ex-colleague said at Pantai Bangsar have such nursery or so-called breastfeed room, just wan to check out the breast pump brand…not to watch how mummy feeding babies. So I try to check out at Cheras here. Too bad they dun hav one proper room to cater for breastfeed mom, that nevermind, the pump was in used all in separate patient room. So forget about it, got to survey outside lorrr..

Survey shop for baby things hav started weeks ago…looking at the feeding bottles, breast pump, sterilizer, baby playpan, bed, stroller, car seat, carrier, walker..n many more….need to start buying some of it…

As I said before, having baby is not easy…first of all, financially of the family hav to b stable…else can’t provide a good environment when he arrive….now I try to collect second hand used equipment from relatives…trying to cut down those expenses on equipment first….

Just check out about the stem cell blood collection…wow..it really costly…stem cell blood is known to b very precious n useful to cure disease like Parkinson, blood cancer, diabetes…etc…provided your blood type is match…normally if this cell not been collected, the doc will just throw away, right aft the baby is born. This cell not only can used by the children itself, the close family n relative also might get help from the blood to get rid of the disease n save life. The cell can keep for unlimited time. Currently though it is not so popular in used yet, in Malaysia there are 2 organisation which doing this collection, which is Crycord and Stem life. Read about the Crycord organization, which offer this service. Upon registration n sign up for collection RM2,500 n RM250 yearly renewal fee. So we still deciding wan to take this or not.

Roughly counted the spending throughout 10 months of pregnancy period..is roughly about RM3k plus. This include everything (if I’m not left out) Check-up, supplement, milk powder and maternity wear. I spend most on supplement….

I can’t wait to see my baby…every time doing ultra scanning is just another happiness time for me…..now he already start kicking n moving….sometimes when I sing n talk to him, he’ll move to respond like tat…aiyah..really so cute la…even when I sleep he also kicking there, I think he is trying to complain my sleeping style. When I change he stop kicking…haha…

These days

Chor 7 - 4 Feb
Agnes, my best fren in secondary sch came to visit me at about 11.30pm. yeah we hav postponed to met till this day, coz both of us also busy with family n frens…Although I’m very very tired, but I still wait for her to come, coz I really didn’t c her for almost 1 year, as the next day she will b back to SG. Miss her n her baby girl…finally got to see her. So cute of Jane, like to smile n make funny faces. No shy at new environment at all.

Chor 8 – 5 Feb
Sunday as usual went to church, many member hav return back. Giv out some ang pao too. This year even my baby inside hav received a few. Really can feel their love bring to him. Lunch wit FIL and relative at KL then continue CNY visit to my God sis house. So glad finally can see my both cute nephew and niece. Definitely they grow up a lot and like to talk n sing now…looking at children grow up really so happy. Very tiring day, out the house from morning till evening. Didn’t hav any heavy dinner, back home rest early.

During tis CNY I hav heard lots of pregnancy n delivery stories from aunty and cousin sis. I tell u I can feel the pain now n it very scared also. Now I can realize how come being a mother is so scarifies and great. As we always said child is the blood n flesh of mum. Every though n move, mums will more realize and understand than daddy.

Yesterday, stay at home, as hav call the washing machine technician to repair the machine. Because of using softener, it cause my top load machine hav heavy black stain coming out n stick to the cloth when it wash. Really so terrible n troublesome every time aft the clothes washed n saw those stains. The technician told me that normally top load mac will having this problem. Gosh! My machine used for 1 year and with 4 bottles of softener, it cause that thick stains. He explain to me that is because we fill in the softener into the softener container since beginning of washing n yet softener only be used at the end of the washing, so when in the middle of washing, spinning and rinsing, the softener can be easily spin away and it goes stick to another layer of the tong inside. So when we used it for long it stick more n later it become stain. Believe me it is real thick stain and it takes 2 hours to clean the tong. So his advice was if u wan to use softener, DO NOT put softener into the container, put it in directly to the water when it come to last round of rinsing. It greatly reduce the softener being spin away n caused stain aft sometimes. He added that front load mac also having the same problem aft sometimes, but not as fast it happen to top load mac. Thru his experience, for front load machine brand Electrolux is good and for top load mac continental brand is good.

Today, everything back to normal…work, work work!..hav a nice work day to u…Holiday is over!!!

My first married CNY

Since last Friday, our office hav shut down and off for 1 week. Today Friday, as follow government working day, we hav start to work, but the traffic outside still in d holiday mood.

For myself, since start working, the mood for CNY not much b fulfilled, not because this year start I wan to giv out ang pao, the feel in my heart become more n more faded each year. CNY is not much of CNY, just wan to hav more rest and go for holiday. I think is the best. Recall back my most enjoyable time for CNY is during my childhood time…whereby firecracker is still allowed, nice dishes serve at home, and all peers’ cousins around, playing cards, of coz not forget those ang pao. Childhood CNY is sleepless and simply fun!

Summaries what I hav done on this hot hot CNY.

27-Jan
Final light cleaning at home and final shopping for those left-out CNY item. Pack up those CNY gift which we wan to send out to our relative and arrange the food at the dining table and watch TV.

28-Jan
Before noon, back to Seremban (his grandpa’s house), the traffic went slow beginning from Nilai. The initial plan was visit his aunty first before back to his grandpa there, but dunno what happen to him, he forget the place of his aunty. He tried to recall by rounding the Seremban town. We passed by major Seremban shopping malls, railway and bus terminal and many other shops and roads, he also can’t recall where is it about. I was a bit impatient and start to get angry, as the hot weather, stuck in jam and slow moving at the town. I suggested him to call up FIL and ask for direction, but he still keep on to find out. So at last spend 1 hour+ at the town, cannot find the place, he give up finally. Continue the journey, back to the highway and exit at the next highway exit point and back to his grandpa house at noon. We can’t wait to take the lunch first before my FIL and sis back. Very hungry.

Aft lunch was the most “torturing” moment. The day was very very hot and with only ceiling fan at the dining area and the speed is slow even turn to max. I really beh tahan, even stay under the fan also no cure. I keep on walking n fanning to cool down myself, as u know pregnant women was very easy to get hot. I dunno how to pass the other 4 hours+ there. So no eye see, I sit at the sofa without fan and sleep for 15 min. My neck n back all wet with sweat.

Finally the reunion dinner was start and aft we finish around 7pm+, giv ang pao to the small one and we leave the house and back to home sweet home around 8pm and brought home Mc.Donald’s set, I’m hungry again! Aft cold water bath and stomach full that’s what I call comfortable!

29-Jan – First day of CNY
Early morning back to FIL’s house visit, greet, served tea and giv ang pao to the sis. At noon back to my uncle house to visit each other. One year didn’t see my father’s side nephews, niece and cousins after married. Of coz many of them also first time seeing me after married. The feeling of missing so deep….very happy to see everyone once again. Baby Jovan 7th months now…also first time seeing him and of coz the lady’s topics are not away from pregnancy n children. Wah…suddently feel very different now…everyone was so concern about what I’m having and taught me a lot in feeding baby. My niece Lyly was so cute enough, coz she is the only girl among the nephews, she got no girl to play with during family gathering..all boys only…she was so hope that I’m having a baby girl to be her younger sis. I can see her face a bit disappointed. When she try to touch my tummy…Ahh…sorry dearie…girl this one is a boy again…

Gathering section end around 5pm and again we back to my FIL house for dinner. That’s how I pass my first day.

30-Jan
Mom and bro back to Ipoh. We not following, as this is the first year I got to follow husband side now. Of coz again I miss the relatives, nephews, nieces and cousins there. This day we didn’t go to any relative house. I visited 2 of my frens. 1 pregnant, another one baby just arrived. Again, the topic is around.

31-Jan
Visit his side of uncle and aunty from morning till evening. At night dinner with my uncle.

01-Feb
My own secondary mate came to my house. Mum and bro back to KL, visited me and chit-chat for another half day.

02-Feb
Brandon’s primary and secondary mate came visiting. Mum, bro and one of my aunty also came visiting. Wow.. this day so happening. Many ppl in the house, came batch by batch. Half way coz too pack, my family member go back first. Aft they went back I got a bit time to take a nap. Left Brandon with his mate about 10 of them playing mahjong, watching TV, drinking n eating. At night about 20 of us went to dinner n Lou Sang at Cheras.

So during this CNY week, sleep early n wake up late and also I’m not having good rest, cause my back ache and having some skin rashes at the back too. Dunno how now, the skin problem cannot b cure even I try to apply some cream recommend by pharmacist. But, luckily wit my aunty recommended ‘powerful’ liquid apply on it, it can see some recovering result. I haven’t seek my gynea advise. At this stage I can’t take any swollen, especially back ache, really ruin my day.

Today wake up early also, need to work, can’t really sleep….a bit head ache in the morning…tonight my secondary mate visiting. Especially Agnes, really miss her as our meeting day is keep on postponed. Coming weekend, my primary mate is planning to visit our teacher, hopefully I can go along coz also long time not seeing them.

Last weekend, went to 1 U New Wing for the Ogawa SMS & Win lucky draw contest. We not being choose. This contest at the end only pick 5 ppl, which those ppl mobile number were randomly pick from computer. Then, from 5 of them one of them will hav the key and drive away the new Honda City. Before this event start, we were there early to avoid no parking n pack…unexpectedly since last Saturday is the last week before CNY, damn lot of ppl and cars…before lucky draw starts we also there to watch the acrobatic show from China. A lot of ppl pack at the Concourse area of New Wing. This area hav been set up as a “shi he yuan” design. Ok need to talk about the 5 ppl who picked to get the car, 2 mid-age ladies who sit next to me during the acrobatic show they lucky enough to b choose…aiyah..why not me…the luck goes to them already…This day also my collegemate plan to hav gathering, coz 2 of our fren back from oversea…actually I so wan to go…but due to the venue I didn’t make it.

Coming weekend will b our CNY. Since beginning of the month, we started clean the house lil by lil and buy the CNY things like drinks, snacks and food. Mainly are as gift to relative. This year is our first cny and being a married couple, first year hav to giv double ang pau…so we hav prepared 200 pcs of ang pau to those relative who not married….also plan to visit 3 of my frens…hope I can make it.

Since last week, everyday I feel my tummy tremendously grow bigger. Makes me a bit uncomfortable too. And the nerve at the right lower back also start feel pain when walk. Body sweating a lot even in aircon room and always feel hot..

Yesterday went back to Puchong for reunion dinner. Yeah this time make it kinda early coz tomorrow my dad will b going to China Huang Shan and Shanghai for holiday with my aunty n family for 11 days. So this year the atmosphere at 1st of cny will b a bit quiet. We got to visit my mum again during 1st of cny and probably only aft cny only b able to see her again….this round of cny surely I miss all my Ipoh relatives and cute nephews and nieces, anyway even I’m not personally there, but ang pau sure will reach them.

What I'm having...

Every month, looking for the * day I marked down, whereby I’ll go for my check-up also the day I waiting for to see how my little one grows. Beside I hav many question to ask about the early symptom I’m facing now, the next question was is this a baby boy or girl. We check it out, it is a BOY BOY. To double comfirm I even ask doc to show me clearly the “part”. This time his leg is open big big like he is ready to tell his papa mama…haha…Brandon so happy when know about it, that is the baby boy he longing for. Check through every part of his body…everything is fine, head measurement 5cm, no crack lips, round round face, can clearly see his chubby cheek too, heart shape ok, no hole-in-heart, hand n legs are looking long…I think he is a bit skinny la…dunno whether is it both our thin and skinny genetic. That’s why I dun feel my tummy is big for now…anyway hav started to wear maternity dress, tummy are feel more comfortable.

I hav put a baby ticker at the top of the blog…counting down the due date. Now can clearly feel everyday he is growing fast, n that’s make me always feel hungry and wan to eat more.

My ex-colleague introduced me to a maternity wear shop where they cater for young pregnant women at Sg. Wang 1st floor V-KY (same row as Parkson entrance). Last week I went there to bought my CNY wear…when I saw it I love it very much, coz that is what I wan to look for all this while which I can’t find at all leading departmental store n maternity shop. The dress there are young look, trendy n fashionable. I was so happy, spend 1 ½ hours there to try…and finally bought 2 full dresses and 1 set of top n pant. Later shop for new shoes too. Very satisfied of it. Maternity wear I found outside it is too big for me, as my shoulder is small size n overall figure is skinny. And, maternity dresses are all free size, normally quite big one..only partly top / pant there are sizes. At V-KY I found what I wan and I did recommend to my pregnant frens too. There is another new branch just open at SS2 same row with McDonald’s. Thanks to sis Esther, she voluntary borrow me some of her maternity dress…at the moment of some of those small sizes can wear…

Aft CNY, I got to plan to shop for baby bed, baby clothes and all other necessary baby product. Just check out the price to deliver baby at Pantai Hospital. Normal birth RM 2500-3000, inclusive of 1 day stay at hospital, either before or aft, extra charge for additional day. Caesarean RM 5000+ and hospital stay are same. The injection to lesser down the deliver pain cost RM1000-1200. This not include in the delivery fee. My first expression in heart was, ahh…so so expensive to hav a baby. If add the confinement women (market price now RM2500-3000 plus to giv an additional ang pau about RM100 upon complete for the confinement month. During CNY even double charge), massage lady, supplement..etc….!!!! Think until here I sweat already…so to have a baby u need at least RM10,000. And the list goes infinity. Now pregnant also got package, but this only available to clinic outside.

The moment

Another year have past, last year have been experience many status of life and it is an important year for me to start to b more independent. From single to married and soon mother to be. Been to some places, see a lot of things, learning different things in different status. It just pass in a blink. Life is still a learning.

Today only got time to blog. What hav happen to my New Year. Since the last day of 2005 I hav been very busy, mainly becoz company hav change to SDN. BHD. Many things hav to tidy up and many recording work n paper work need to do. New system to cater the new company, now can say everything have be computerized. As you know how detail a private limited company doc to be. Everything hav to b prove n wit black and white. Now still doing the stock balance of last year..many more to go. System wise some accounting modules are yet to b updated n change to suit our needs. But overall it not distracting the running of daily transaction. All of us still need time to used to the system.

New Year holiday and eve to me is nothing now, as usual many places play firework, I just watch the fireworks thru my window and not join the crowd…haha..old already, do not hav the mood to b in the crowd. So since holiday is time to tidy up the hut again, especially our store room, now looks more tidy with space. And, CNY is coming, is also a time to clean and wash others too. As a simple celebration and relax for the holiday, we been to buffet lunch at Boulevard Hotel (again..). Food ok ok only, we spend 3 hrs there, eat, chit-chat and slow eat n enjoy. Coincidently met my 3rd uncle n aunty, they were there to celebrate of their winning in dancing competition with others dancer. We chit-chat for a while.

Now everybody saw me also ask about my baby and the eye contact will automatically goes to my belly first. Ok la…is still fine, not so big…measured 31.5 inches (the belly line) only and it is 5 months now. Consider small la..not wearing any maternity wear yet..most of the time wearing my stretcherable pant or gym pant and bigger T…I hav been eating a lot lately, gain 2 kg, belly skin start itchy and slightly can feel the baby is moving. Quite happy about it. Now I start talking to him. Sometime also dunno what to talk to him, I wan to buy some story book and read to him. According to the baby edu book I read, bb who 5 months above he can recognize mum’s body smell n voice outside. And he do can feel all his mum expression happy, sad, angry, cry..etc..of coz bad emotion can cause baby feel bad too..

Happy that to know that my best fren is having bb now. Now I can share with her my experience, and giv her some advice. Hope she is fine in her 1st trimester. While I reading those baby book n mag about those hours before delivery, I started get afraid of it. Hope I can slowly b more prepared myself. Another 4 months+ to go only. …

Body start to hav more changes and I got to check out the reason and seek advise…u see this 280 days everyday is learning day to me. Currently I found slow walk is very comfortable to me. Ever since he comes I’m not exercising my body. Hopefully from now on everyday I can hav time to b in the park to take in fresh air, relax myself and most important rest early. Everything I do now is for the benefits of the baby. Just do my best to giv him the best before he come to the world.

Silent night, lonely Christmas

Got many to blog on, but these few days aft back from work very lazy n tired to put my hand on the keyboard. So this gonna b a long winded one.

24/12 - Caroling nite
How’s my lonely Christmas? The night 9.40pm, caroling team reached my home. Since wan to wait for my FIL to reach (anyway he late for 1 hour) we hav light refreshment first before caroling starts. Full house of ppl and shoes are park across the corridor, luckily the rain stopped and a bit windy else the house will b very warm. This is the first time my home hav this lot of ppl, not place for everyone to sit, some even hav to sit at the reading room and some stand at the kitchan and also outside the balcony..Everybody stay on for 1 hour time. Many of my church member first time visit, thus they ask me a lot of things abt the house. Before the caroling night message was on, my FIL reached. So we continue till the end of it. Before the member leave, I giv them a snack pack that I pack myself as a Christmas gift and also token of appreciation. Everyone goes happily holding the pack.

Church members leave and left my parent and in-law parent. Few of us chit-chat till 12am and everybody are rushing home, coz old ppl tired already…and my mum most pity hav to wake up at 5am the next day to cook curry chicken dish for Christmas party at church. So she left me alone to do the clean n tidy up the house…at 1am the house finally quiet and silent. So me alone wash up the plate n cups, arrange back the things in order, sweep and mop…actually I very hungry that night, coz I only hav small portion of porridge for dinner and by the time they leave although I’m very hungry but I dun feel like eating. I just put back the food to the fridge for tomolo morning breakfast.

By the time I finished cleaning up, it already 2.30am, take a warm shower and sit in front TV to watch the “Astro Movie Buff” till I get myself fall asleep then only I drag my tired body back to my bed. That’s my 2006 Silent Night.

25/12 Sunday

Christmas morning, I wake up at 9.30am. This Christmas was the first time I didn’t go church, coz no body with me at home and I dun feel like going and the most I love one not here. So since alone I hav an earlier date with Teresa for Christmas buffet lunch. So call her up and decide wat time n where to met up.
While waiting her to come (she’s late coz jam jam jam), I read some books and look for some CDs at MPH and at last I bought this book that I wan to buy sometimes ago. Can’t wait to read it. Now I start reading a lot about pregnancy n baby, hopefully it can help me to get more prepare to welcome the new born.


We hav our Christmas Lunch Buffet at Mid Valley Boulevard Hotel. A very new hotel, buffet serve quite ok, it have steak, chop, turkey, many different kind of bread and salad, fish, delicious soft cake n etc...RM 45 nett. Reasonable price and the environment also not bad. We exchanged gift and chit-chat. We enjoyed for 2 ½ hours there. Mid Valley was pack wit cars and ppls…then we just shop a while and went home.

Hey..Don't think I eat this little only...

Very tiring coz few hours outside. Once home quickly shower and slept from 5.30pm till the next day 10am without having dinner (dunno my bb will confuse or not, how come mummy lately so funny..no day n no night..hahaha). Yeah, sorry my precious.. before the Christmas week, I really sleep late and wake up early and eat not consistent…cham!…got to sayang back my bb from now on…

26/12 Monday (Boxing day)
Holiday yippie!! Can sleep longer without looking at the clock. Wake up at 10.30am then hav dim sum as breakfast + early lunch. Went to Ikea to shop for some storage box. Too many things wan to pack up n organize a bit the house and prepare for baby room. Went to The Curve too, while Brandon waiting for me to pee, he again admiring his dream ‘Koibito’ massage chair at Ogawa. He wan to bring that home sometimes ago, but I dun let him get it, coz it huge n eat up a lot of place in the room. So since he not try out how fantastic the chair is, he went in to the shop and try it. Guess what he stick it to n he like it very much, especially their back massaging. So he continued to ask for the price, gift n installment thingy. Aft some talk talk wit the salesperson finally he wan to bought it back. It cost RM3,188. So before we proceed to sign the credit card payment, the salesperson continue to show us another model of massage chair. I dunno what model name of that, chair size bigger than Koibito, the only different is the leg and buttock part massager are better than Koibito, price different of RM700+. So aft some consideration, he decided to change it. The price is RM3,899. We got a free foot massager which cost RM 1,800. Apart from that, we also entitle to have another round of lucky draw to win latest model of Honda City at coming Ogawa event. This contest is sent in by SMS (they will help us to submit) and the lucky pick is run by computer. So we got 300 chances of getting it (coz we bought 3k and it got 300 chances for the computer to pick). All we need to do is bring our handphone and attend the event at 22nd January at New Wing, 1 Utama. If your phone rings, then u hav been selected to b part of the winner. 10 persons will choose by the computer and each give the remote control car key, if the key u holding can automatic open the car lock open then the car is yours. Hmm..dunno how much luck we hav to get it. Another draw is from The Curve management, we got 5 draws to go for and can write down your Christmas Wishing List on the board. The prizes we pick up were all dining discount vouchers and 1 key chain. We spent half a day there.

At night, another round of gathering wit his lovely schmate at a steamboat restaurant in Cheras. 20+ ppl attend, those who turn up mainly are back from overseas for holiday. Gathering end at 10.30pm, another tiring day.

Who is your importance?

Would u be happier to celebrate the festive wit ur loves one or having fun outside with others if u married/ attached? Actually not so wan to jot this unhappy event down as since attached till married today, those festive season I also celebrate alone with family without him around.

So till now I dunno what is the different feeling celebrate with the loves one before n aft married….I’m so admire those hubby/bf who are so called stick to his loves one during those importance day, but he dun really hav the heart to b wit me, I dunno why…I only know how I feel the best during my birthday.

For every holiday, he will think n follow of his own plan to go on, he never discuss what we wan to do, with who n how to do…all we are doing is own own decision…n also all he wan is I got to follow his plan…not even once we go out together with all my own frens for movies, dinner or outing..all the while his fren is top priority…I know he hav been good in rejecting all his fren invitation to clubbing, partying n karoaking the few months aft married, I dunno how many times of gathering he wan in a year….all weekend we hav own activities…not doing things together..

Tomolo is the Christmas eve, and the carol team will b at my home for the very first time. I hav invited both of my family members n church carol team to celebrate the eve together. Estimate to hav about 40 over ppl around. He hav his earlier plan to go gathering wit bunch of his fren at Genting on the eve. This Christmas eve small party, I really very excited to having it, I plan out everything by myself, from shop for thing to buy, decorating the home, buying gifts and wrap up all 40 over small gifts. All I done by myself….my both thigh muscle were swelling last 2 days..may b walk too much n carry a bit heavy (luckily my ex-colleague were helping me)…I hope I still can stand on it, by the blessing n mercy of God…

Tomolo another busy day…I got to b host alone for the eve and answer uncountable time of questioning of where is he. I dunno how it feel again….aft married first Christmas without hubby around n got to be alone with others…thought I will be happy, coz now I can get to feel the eve at our own hut with my love one n others, but the rest of the hour u will know how I feel aft the crowd go n the eve is over…the whole Silent night is really silent n lonely to me.

I understand that friends in life are still important too aft get married, but can we do things together n not separately n having own own plan n decision? i dunno how many years i need to wait for to hav this special feeling…I love Christmas, I love Christmas tree and hav the one I love to share wit me…I hope I can control my feel on tomolo night…

Brandon, thanks for clearing up the hut before u go, hope u hav ur great time wit ur lovely fren without me.

11 days before a brand new year

Weeks not updated the blog, lately just doing fine. Wanted to thank thank God that I passed the 1st trimester (Week 1-13) of pregnancy. And, all this while I can said that I'm doing quite well...not to said any other thing, for not vomitting like most having throughout this 4 months time already a great blessing. I pray to God everyday to giv me good health n to the baby, take charge of his growing in me n give me comfortable, also soon for good delivery. Really thank Him for his great great blessing. I'm entering the 17th weeks now, hopefully from now on I'll be fine too till I delivery the bb. I'm so excited for this coming Wednesday, as I'm going for my check up n get the blood test report. Most probably report should b ok, coz the gynae said if got any problem he will call me during last check up. For ultra sound scan this time can get to know exactly is a boy/gal. Lately I really can eat a lot. Brandon also get a bit frighten sometime. Looking at my belly growing i'm feel happy n proud too.

Christmas was around now, this year I'm inviting my church carol team to sing at my house on the eve. I'll b inviting my frens n family over to join. I still haven't get ready of the chirstmas gift. I got to get it done by this Wednesday n get prepare to decorate the home. Actually I was so wanting to hav a Christmas tree at home. Coz i really so happy n feel warm when gazing at blinking light on the beautiful tree. Well, is not the time to get a medium or big one now, may b few years later. I will bring back the small christmas tree which Brandon send me as christmas gift few years ago to put on the small desk...also plan to buy some extra decorate item to put around...I really love christmas season. To me christmas is not a party day is a joyful celebration for the born of Saviour Jesus Christ also a great time to send warmest care to your love ones.

Last week join the 1 day trip to Malacca, going with the Cricket lighter supplier (Sincere Match). Thank God for good weather. Visited again the Hang Li Poh's Well, The Stadthuys and A' Famosa. We stayed a night at Equatorial Hotel, very comfortable. Not getting any luck from lucky draw. This year the Asia Pacific Manager, a Swedish came to join us for this dealers' annual dinner. A young and fun ang moh. Upon collecting the car to back home at the supplier office, our car is blocked by the van, can't go forward or back, got to wait for the staff to bring the back gate key to open for us. Waited nearly 1 hour to get out from the gate.

Upon turning out from the junction, we saw a man wearing all black. This person really strange. He wear a black hat, black coat neatly covering 3 quarter of his body, black pant n black leather shoe, looks quite smart, but when i really saw carefully, his face also covering with black cloth. Can't really see one inch of his skin color. He walk quite slow. I think it was pretty frightening if were to walk to his opposite way. Really mysterious, is he hav sickness, secret man, terrorist, I dunno...if we not in rush I was really interested to stay in the car n look at him more carefully n see where he heading to...anyone saw this kind of stranger? he appear at Sunway, along the highway in front of Sunway Pyramid.

From the belly

Went to do my monthly check up. Today is 13 weeks 1 day old of my junior. This round test urine, take weight and take blood for testing..He check very detail each part of the baby. He show me the head, brain, heart beat, hand, leg, liver and trying very hard to check for the private part, but can't really see yet. He said may b is boy, may b only..got to wait till 16 weeks above then only can comfirm. Whatever la, i dun mind boy or gal, as long as it is healthy. Size is 6.9cm now n healthy too.

Previously taking folic acid n multi-vatamin tablets, today change to calcium n another kind of multi-vitamin. I try to eat more vege n less meat. Lately I cooked my own lunch and brought over to office. Got to wake up at 6am to cook, kinda tired sometimes, but due to baby n me got to sacrifies. Outside food does not suit my appetite lately..eat well n sleep well thats the main thing to maintain now.

Here is the lil one, can't really see the hand n leg, because the position have change, but from previous 2nd month scan can see the hand n leg moving actively...very cute one...this position can clearly see the back bone only...

A day in holiday

Thursday morning went to Pang’s association new building for opening ceremony n buffet lunch n at night went for the celebration dinner. Deputy Minister of Human Resources Datuk Seri Foong Chan Onn was invited to the dinner to witness the opening ceremony n celebration. The night was great with member of the association performance n prize giving between each other for appreciation. Many other states n country Pang’s folk came over too. All Chinese newspaper was advertised about the new association building opening ceremony n also today the news about the celebration too.

Friday was really a tiring day for me. Aft having dimsum breakfast wit Stanley we heading to 1 Utama for shopping n movie. We reach there at 10.30am and came out at about 7pm…we watched the movie “Chicken Little” at new wing TGV cinema…many children n adult go for this new movie…the chicken in the movie was really so cute…how nice if the small soft toy is selling, surely i will get 1…

While we still shopping my lovely niece calling me to went to her house faster as she was too miss me until dun wan to sleep..so pity of her…she just 3 yrs old…we are very close.…she really miss me whenever she was in KL. Coz all of my Ipoh relative came down to my God sis new house for a gathering n happen tat we went to her house quite late. So not to let her down give her a toy to make her happy….but too bad she was crying coz fighting with my little nephew and she was a bit sick too…so can’t really talk n play wit her also…she rest early aft dinner. Bought a bedsheet as gift for sis as Brandon was first time visiting the new house.... While I sitting down, I feel my foot ankle was a bit swollen, may b too many walking today, very tired too. We chit chat until about 10.30pm when only we back home…

Today back to this quiet office…nothing much to do…so boring again…

More than a week not post anything...hhmm...basically just nothing much to tell....everything around is ok wit me...most happy one was to see my baby is actively grow n moving now...although is still very small....most of the time for me now is sleep sleep sleep n rest rest rest...very very boring other than work means home n TV now...have been chasing for 2 new TVB movies which is "yin zi sui fan" and "ah wong zheng jun" download one.

Festive holiday now..today suppose many ppl hav took leave to carry down for few more days holiday...but i can't..monday work one day, yesterday rest one day, today work for another day, then tomolo rest another 2 days...think of saturday need to work again is more boring....coz really quiet in the office, all staff took leaves..wat to do..hav to come n sit also....i just brought over some magazines to read....

Following holiday will b attending my FIL Pang's accosiation opening ceremony n 50th anniversary dinner celebration...have to go n support, coz FIL is the President of the association. Ipoh's cousin n relative will coming down to KL to my God sis new house visiting, should b going there to join them...

Last week attended Stephen & Cassey wedding dinner, very happy to see Stephen found his loves one...n his wife truly God sent for him...his wife really change him a lot compare to the he last time...wish them hav a fruitful life..

Boring time fast get over, i so miss my bed...zzzzz

Gathering

Last nite hav a gathering with my collegemate Enes n Siew Teng at my home...not seeing both of them aft my wedding..so nice to meet them again, coz Enes will shift to Singapore for permanant stay as her husband has a fix job there..She bought together her son..wow her son so cute...going to turn 3 yrs old....they stay for about 1.5 hours only, coz her son wan to sleep..

Very frustrated early in the morning, open the front door when about going to work...shit, the shoe rack door open widely n shoes are outside of the floor..gosh!!...got shoe thief...faster check n recall what shoe we lost...Brandon 2 Adidas shoe gone...mine are still all there...we not dare to report to the management coz this kind of things might done by the guard or the ppl inside ...so we just leave it low...just becareful when we go out...coz we might b spotted by them since early...actually we have screw the lock hook there, just didn't pad lock it..damn! this time kena already..we faster lock it up...out of out expectation that they dun not love leather shoe..they love to take sport shoe...Brandon was so moody the whole day coz both of this shoe he love it so much, one of that was his gym shoe..thief love Adidas shoe very much, coz last time his Adidas shoe also been stolen, so bad la....so I told him no Adidas shoe anymore...change brand..

Been heard of second hand market, in masjid jamek, hartamas (open at 10pm n business till midnight) n PJ State, this places might b selling those stolen goods...coz my cousin once saw his dad shoe selling at masjid jamek there...

Movie addictor

This Sunday, in Astro, they going to have a competition for movie addictor..if u think u r familiar wit all the movie shown in CH30 frm TVB, u r eligible to join. I highly recommend Brandon go n join n he agree to go n try...since he like to watch all kind of movies...so since beginning of this week he hav done a lot of homework to revise all the past movie, i did help him a lot in recalling all the movie shown...

This sunday is the first round, whereby need to answer some objective questions...all about movie character n story line. Really some movie line are hardly remember, but I giv Brandon fully support n he study very hard all the important movies...n now he almost finish...this competition reward is RM20,000 n 3D2N trip to HK + TVB film shooting factory tour. Well..dunno how well can make it, try our luck. Passing of this round need to go for 2 more rounds to select the best, then recording competition will on in November.

We have plan to watch both hot movie by Andy Lau lately...have book 2 of that see which we can make it...so long we didn't go out pak toh on Sunday...coz normally we will stay at home to rest...

Over the week

Taa..daaa...my winning cheque was on my hand now ..yeah not too much or little at least this is the sum of lucky..got to show it off a bit...hahaha..at least Brandon is envy very much on it..and blamming that y MYFM not call him....I faster snap it down before I slot in into the fast cheque machine...the GDex man sent this document to me by the 3rd attempt, as I put my home address for postal. Finally it reach me on Saturday morning at office. So happy coz it really reach me and it is true one!

RM1400!...Wahaha..

In the big a-bit-winkle-A4 size envelope, 2 things inside, the cheque and the 2 printed pages of rules and regulation. The most important highlighted one are upon receiving this cheque in 240 days, you are not allow to participate in any MYFM call-in game. By receiving the sum, also need to inform them that i have collected the cheque, by fax them back the letter of acknowledge. All this I done...

My funny appetite aft get pregnant hav been up n down...sometime can eat, sometime cannot. My eating portion totally change. Pity Brandon have to b my 'food bandaraya' to take all my can't finish portion. My eating habit totally change now. Normally i can finish up my plate of food in clean, now i only can take in half, sometime not even half. Every night without change I will drink a glass of milk before sleep. Hav been taking 3 type of supplement to keep the baby n myself in health. Those supplement really helps. At least I won't feel tired during daytime. My weight slightly gone down a bit n hopefully it will back to normal aft the 3rd month. Currently still able to fit my normal suit, I dun plan to buy any maternity wear so soon. Wait until my body hav great changes first...today my fren - Karen email me her pregnant belly, it was so great and amazing to wacth her belly growth on week 24, 28, 32 and week 33....wow..feel great for her to become mummy real soon and the baby is getting bigger. She is having a boy.

Now Brandon is more excited than any other things...he sayang my baby inside more than me....asking me to eat more, eat n dun eat that...etc...but the things is my appetite can't take much now..the importance will go more to baby now...by eating anything in for him is all deliver to my bb. Now I try not to take heavy things and walk a lot..need more rest as this is the 'fragile' stage for carry a baby. My expected delivery date is 31st May..a Gemini ohh..

Many things need to learn now...and now i listen to many mummy experience n story....Since i need more rest, guess this weekend my Ipoh cousin's wedding I couldn't attend, coz Brandon dun wan me to b travel far and get tired, but we need to back to Seremban, his grandpa house for his 97 years old birthday...

Lil one

Went to the maternity clinic at Pantai Cheras hospital to do my first check up. Refer to a doctor recommended by my cousin claimed to be very good. Since no other recommendation and the hospital is the nearest one so we went there. The doctor known to be very famous in the hospital for maternity. Went into the clinic ward registered, wait for a while then my turn, the doctor didn’t talk much to me. After some question on my body changes, then used ultra sound to scan my tummy, can see the lil one inside, 6 weeks old, 1 inch big only, start to have heart beat and it healthy grow. Dunno whether this is the first time or wat, I dun not hav much question to ask yet. Doctor also didn’t giv much advise, took some vitamin pills then went back. The next check up would b 3 weeks later. Not even spend 20 minutes there. Very fast.

These few days hav some appetite to eat, but not took much also, body start to hav some changes and I got to take cake much from now on. Very particular on the food I eat. Now what I like to eat only soup n chicken rice. Others seem not so favour. Brandon hav stop me from taking many food n drink n doing this n that. Quite stressful also. Guess I got to tahan myself from that for 9 months long…need to sacrifice..Doctor advised me to start drinking Anmum milk powder. So I bought one yesterday n start drink it today. Taste not so nice..not really like to drink, because of the taste.

Have been finding out more from frens about maternity period. Talk about the doctor, one of them do not hav good comment on my doctor, another one has no comment. Consider changing doctor n the anmum milk powder too..got to start reading maternity magazines now to know more about it…

Unexpected things happen

Over the weekend, the foreign news are about Bali being bomb by terrorist and what so terrible was that 2 Malaysians are involved at the back of the planning. These make me so sad in the morning of Sunday when I receive the news and saw the beautiful island being destroyed. Moreover I just came back exactly 2 weeks ago. Everyday I kept close to the news reported abt the place now, the number of tourists and the local ppl dead is still increasing. When I was there, I visited the monument and the exact place of being bomb on 12th Oct. 2002. It is just so sad to stand in front of the monument reading the 202 peoples name stamped on the wall and opposite of it is an empty land lot, which the pub being bomb located last time. This time the names not sure where they going to continue the dead name list or build a new one. Imagine 3 years bomb twice in the same area, I dun think tourist need to think twice before they go. A beautiful island who very much depend in the tourism industry, this time dunno how long they need to bring up the island n to give confident to tourist back for visiting. From the news, Kuta now is no longer alive like the time I was there. I so miss the place. Now the airport is pack with tourist who urge to back home. Why? Why?? this bad terrorist wan to destroy the country n grabs away the life? 911 incident and bombing here n there.

Now Thailand famous tourist spot like Phuket, Pattaya and Bangkok are keep alert of the bomb incident happened to them.

Have been thinking of quit Fitness lately, due to wan to hav more time at home. Lately not frequent go for gym also, go also only for class. But not take action to ask for quit yet, coz feel missing it, if just quit like tat…so just still hold on for doing so.

Over the weekend, not quite feeling well and hav very weird digestion feel. Every time aft meal feeling uncomfortable and sometimes not feeling wan to eat. Must have something wrong, but this not make me sick at all. Suspected that my menstrual hav due and have this kind of feeling, so I went and bought the family planning kid to test on. The result is positive. I was so surprise n happy to read the tester shows 2 lined. I think is 99% accurate. I haven’t go to see doctor to prove it yet. Guess will b going for check up aft my FIL back from holiday (again…). These few days feel tired only and eat not much only hav porridge, others things dun feel wan to eat, so serious that even I saw the TV show delicious food I also hav vomit feel.

So, now I think i got reason to ask me quit fitness.

Have been thinking about making money lately. Yes, although now not lack of anything for living, but since still young no harm to gain more extra income and also gain experience. Brandon’s fren hav approach him in Lampe Berger and 1901 Hotdog franchise business. He still looking into it, but for LB we dun think to run it and has been trying very hard to reject his good fren invitation for the business preview. For myself, I’m pretty interested joining Shirlyn in making crystal accessories.

I wan to look for some business, which can do at my own pace and not required tight deadline. Shirlyn know about it, but we still haven’t really sit down n face to face discuss about it. Brandon fully supports me in doing it. I hope can get it starts soon, at least learn how to make the accessories first before any others. Now need to wait for Shirlyn when she is free to teach me.

Always see those who selling hawkers food very good in business. And hav been roughly calculating their income “daily income x by month” by selling a bowl of mee lets say.., some are having better income than a manager level / white collar. Anyway they hav been putting a lot of effort to gain the successful, is worthwhile. See ppl doing good but dunno how much I can handle if I were them.

Met after long time

Been attending 2 school frens wedding over the weekend. Very great to met some of them aft leaving school for 8 years. Well, some kind of not so closed feeling is there, cause some are merely schoolmate not tat keep in touch that kind, only know their names. Looking at each other the look doen't hav much changes, perhaps some status changed, some have been a mum, a wife and some are married soon. Very happy to see my fren one by one tied the knot, I'm counting wit one of my classmate. For TPian this year have 6 couples married, this including me.

For those with some contact once a while, we still able to chit-chat a lot, but for those not so closed, we only smile at each other :)

Bali Island

Thought I will get tanned during the trip, in fact not, coz do not hav enough time to stay at the beach.

Place visited: Batik printing house, Ubud wood art & woodcraft market, silver and gold market, Gua Lawah (bat caves), Monkey Forest, Tanah Lot, parasailing at Nusa Dua beach, Mt. Kintamani – Besakih mother temple, Mt. Bratan – lake temple

Weather: 29’C-32’C (sunset at 6.30pm, sunrise at 6am)

Money spend: RM1300 – 3,263,000rp. Free and easy trip tend to use more money than the tour lead trip.

Other activity: Spa (Balinese full body massage, body scrub, yogurt rub, flower bath, foot massage and facial wash), only RM145 (tax include..good! ..cheap too!), Kecak Dance - a dance without music, they make the performer make sound by themselve. This is dance for they praying ceremony.

Food: Basically the food still ok, mostly not spicy, rice still the main course. Popular with seafood at Jimbaran, lunch buffet facing the Mt. Batur and on the other day facing the lake at Mt. Bratan. Very cheap lunch buffet only RM 20+ per pax. Every restaurant charge different tax some 10 %, some 15%, some no tax. Better ask before u place ur order.

People, Culture & Nation: A country for holiday and relaxation with beautiful sun and Indian Ocean. Tourist mainly came from Australia, Europe and Japan. 7 aircraft touch down at Ngurah Rai airport within 2 hours. Can see that this country is brought up by the tourist. A very strong religious island, everywhere can see the stone craft of their God and they see praying is important than any other things. Many ppl there selling and making stone craft and wood crafting of anything, from furniture, god faces, human, animal…etc... No doubt their crafting work are fine. Almost the small village main activity is crafting. Their Bahasa speaking is slightly different than us. Some Bahasa term they not able to understand ours one. At tourist spot, those business ppl can speak Japanese too. Their attitude are quite kind and well manner. Their building not taller than a coconut tree, believe that it will be safe from disaster. No highway or toll. All roads are small and narrow, but their driving still is very good. Hardly found broken and old vehicle. Infrastructure is not that well. Taxi only go round the city area, outskirt they dun go. That’s why must hire a tour guide to bring you go around. Some young kids who not afford to go to school they worked in the temple. They more willing to work then study. Can’t see any beggar on the street or small villages.

Bali preparation

Tomolo we will be off to the beautiful Bali island. Since last week, Brandon have been busy digging out all the Bali info, place of interest and what to do..from Internet and some print info we got from my cousin...free and easy with planning is good, so that no need to search during we are there, directly we follow the itenery which set, make sure we really spend the time valuably and can visit more places. Checking from the list we have, the place we stay have lots of restaurant, nightlife and bars, shopping spots and spa. Basically our plan have covered all these. The only thing we not have enough time is to visit more places. We only able to plan to go volcano, Canggu/Kuta beach, Ubud, Tanah Lots. There are many others more.

US n Rupiah rate hav been flactuate during the weekend. Rupiah is kinda hard to get in KL city and the rate was not really ideal. US rate drop a bit. Hav collect some mouth info from frens too about do n don't as Bali is a strong culture n religious island.

Lastly hopefully our family can enjoy the trip and hav a great time to get together again. Will update more about the trip once I'm back.

Happiness continue...

Till today I only realizes that, I’m still the top winner for the cash game. Out of my expectation, MyFM even take my voice from the call to make the promo ad. 2 of my friends have heard it n called to inform me abt that before this and yesterday night finally I heard it myself…listen back to it so funny..The ad not out so frequently only 2 or 3 times a day, very hard to catch it…if u heard the ad mention cash game successful case for RM1400, that’s my voice there la…

Wow..!! first time in my life hav such great luck achievement. Continually 2 nights not really sleep well..too happy already…Feeling happy can really make ones feel contented and I really feel myself like floating in the air…hahaha…I dunno, I really can’t control myself….my mind hyperactive. My fren even said I siao siao a bit, that day during body step class I keep smile n smile on my face…and she also happy abt it..and she smile together with me…haha…

That day during gym, I just told Stephanie about the mooncake coming this year in the market, having lots of flavour, especially the Tai Thong Mooncake…wah..so tempted. Besides that, I also wan to try Haagen Daz mooncake, which look special, delicious n tempted too. 1 pc cost RM25. I even told her is a bit expensive la… now she in turn ask me to treat her, she having the “mouth luck” …hahah…

I have SMS registered myself since the game promo ad on-air during the weekend. I just throw my luck again, as I said in my life I never hav this kind of lucky draw for prizes’s luck. I just sent in just to put a hope that I will win something. I know again the chances are damn low..millions of ppl to pick from.

The game rules is like this. The DJ will call u, when u pick up ur phone, u can’t mention any “Hello”, which is very common to start ur phone conversation. U need to be alert and directly mention the “MyFM tagline”, then u r eligible to win RM100, followed by if u can mention “I.N.G” for 3 times another RM100 is for u. So a total of RM200 is in ur hand. Yesterday night got home from gym, took my rest as usual, browsing Internet and check mails before went to bed. Upon picking up, the other party was quiet, so I just mention out the tagline, then the DJ Fan Bin said: “Congratulation! U win urself RM100!” then not waiting any longer I mention “ING, ING, ING” wow…he told me win another RM100. I was so so surprise and my whole body was in cold sweat, shivering, excited, laugh n happy…n I scream to him…wow…really so surprise…

He continue asked me: “Do you know how much u have win?”I said: “Yeah I wan to know, how much? Faster tell me!” I was talking in shivering n laughing, coz one side excited, one side was unexpected happiness. Too bad la..Brandon that time slept already, he can’t see how I get excited.

He said: “You have total win urself RM600 from the accumulated”. I screamed: “Wow!!!....thank you thank you.” “Plus we will give u another extra RM100”. I screamed again: “Wow!! RM700!!”. My tiers almost falls from my eyes and can’t stop laughing.

Aft he took down my personal details, we continued to chit-chat for a while. At that time I still can’t get myself to cool down and I can’t describe those sudden surprise comes to me… He told me he is having so many names n numbers and he dunno which to pick, happen that my name comes at the last one in the list, so he picked that n called me…Imagine yesterday was the first day only. After I hang up the call, I SMS my close cousins to tune in to the radio and listen to my scream on-air. Can’t wait the edited playback on the radio. Aft 2 songs my scream voice on-air. Wow, I was like..ahh…dunno..i dunno how to say la…

My cousins called me aft the on-air playback n we chit-chat for awhile, she feel happy for me…one of my college fren also listen at that hour as well and she also called to congrat. They so envy for I can simply win a large amount of money. They said how come I so lucky…my this college fren 4 years ago also listening when I won movie tickets….ohh…it was just so great!!

Yesterday night I can’t even sleep tight…too excited liow…coz the happy stream just flow in my mind n body…Before laying down I SMS my dad n bro to tell them this good news…and my dad congrats me too…today I still feel energetic..not sleepy at all…I still stick to MyFM and listen to other lucky one.

Carnival TV3

Last weekend quite busy coz FIL not around. This time he went to Taipei, Taiwan for holiday. Hopefully they can enjoy the trip in peace. Although Taipei was not the city storm by the “Taily” wind.

Karnival TV3 was at my area this round. Heaps of crowd visited and causes traffic jam and road block. Well…the situation was expected, nothing was so surprise and frustrated. It held at the carpark outside Bukit Jalil stadium. I took this opportunity to visit, just walk 5 mins across the road. Booths available are like Maxis Hotlink, P&G, Maggi, DutchLady, Dewan Bahasa, Zoo Negara, Naza Motor, Maybeline, Munchy’s, KFC n etc…Many lelong and good deal around, all other booths many sold malay foods and drinks and also live performances.

Sunday night before the carnival call it an end, fireworks again was lighted up the stadium, it was just popping up above my apartment, watching it for 15 mins..just love the firework sensation.
