We have try to limit ourselves to artificial food, eat organic food, eat naturally, eat raw food, eat tonic food and etc to maintain a good healthy body cell. I have slowly started to make fresh fruit juice lately, but still not sufficient enough on the daily intake portion *lazy bugs biting me everywhere*, I will try my best to have it 2-3 times a week or more. Yesterday night, I just make this Miracle Drink. The ingredients are simple -

1 apple, 1 beet root1 carrot and 1 lemon

Start to stay healthy now! 

Besides control on food intake, exercise is also very important. I have been stop jogging and exercise sometimes ago..I hope I will pick it up again soon, soon, soon ..

Start to keep fit and exercise

Aging signal is calling me I guess, I started felt my stamina getting low, body getting weak and of cause growing wider. I have been setting my exercise goal way back few months ago. Running shoe bought but not been wearing it even once.
I haven't start doing so, all because of the "lazy" bugs crawling in me. I told myself I must must start to exercise.

Thanks to those holidays in August, finally I have started it on Raya holiday (20/8). I went to Bukit Jalil Recreation park which is very near to my house to walk, jog and run. I tag my young one along, we reached the park early at 7am. I feel the air was so fresh and cooling, the morning fog moisture me all over and the oxygen keep pumping in through my skin...the feeling is real great!


When I saw lot of ppl keep running pass by me and sweating out all over, I feel it is quite motivating and inspiring me to keep doing it. After an hour there, I started to feel exhausted. I consider that is a good start and I must remember to continue to do so at least once a week.

*finger cross* For this little change, hopefully I can gain a more healthy me, can eat well and sleep well. It is ok to be little bit poorer ..haha..

Good and bad

I was been told that a toddler need 2 year time for their body to develop to adapt to the schooling environment. Thus in this time, they may fall sick easily and the body also take time to build up the antibody. This is so true to Terry. He has been fall sick frequently since the beginning of his kindy days. Based on the clinic’s receipt collected, realized that no fail he will got sick once a month. He was down on common sickness like fever, sore-throat, cough, running nose. But not this time…

It was started since last Tuesday at 4am suddenly his forehead so warm at 38.5'C, without wait any longer woke him up for paracetemol. The fever got subsided in the morning and since he is not looking tired at all, therefore no MC and goes to school as usual. The condition has been continuing for Wednesday and Thursday too whereby only mild fever, no serious running nose and no cough at all. I (and the daycare teacher) only fed med when his fever rises. He still able to eat and play normal with minor sign of tiredness after med. I was suspected that he might catch on a regular cold. Friday comes, this day he looks different, watery eyes and fever is no sign of subsided too.

So send him to his paed without make anymore guesses and dragging it for another few more days, also I started to get more worried with such condition. Doctor check him everywhere, throat – no sign of redness or ulcer, nose – a bit block, press below the jaw line – no sign of swollen. So doctor recommended that either can take some med go home and monitor for few more days or take the flu test. I was a bit reluctant also when comes to flu test, but I still let Terry took it. Result – the strips shows 2 visible lines, one of the lines falls on B. He confirm caught on Influenza B. OMG!!! what a Black Friday to us. I took a deep breath, continue listen on to paed’s words and took the instructions on meds. He also added that, Influenza B is spreading now and everyday he has few patients caught on that.

The medicines: Antibiotic, med on phlegm, flu, cough and Simplex to mix with the powder from capsules. 5ml Simplex to mix with 1 capsule powder, take 3ml of it only. If no vomit sign then only take the rest after 1 hour.

Check and confirm with his school Principal, no one caught on that at school (paed told me that his kindy got a case). Me and my mum take turn to on-leave to look after Terry since he needs to off school for 1 week (till this Wednesday/ Thursday). He is getting better now, tomorrow need to go for check up again to make sure that he is fully recover. Thanks everyone for your well wishes to Terry on FB. Hopefully he will be all fit to back to school, he has been missing school and friends day and night, asking me when he can go to school and he even sobbing when I told him, it is not the time yet.

Aside from depending on the meds, I also got him the Brazilia Green Propolis from organic shop (RM40 for 10ml size). It works to help boast the body’s immune system, prevent sickness and diseases. Doctor did advised me that I’m on the risk of getting it, so I'm taking it as well.

Some update on me. I just got my employment confirm this month with an increment too ;) though there are some up and down and hiccups at work, I’m very glad that I have "angels" (my 2 good seniors) to stand by me and help me out. So far I’m still doing well on the job. Other than that, I’m still striving hard to get my ME time, it seems not so balance yet out of my working life. Those ME time after work is all about dinner time, cleaning and to catch on an early rest with my boy. I don’t really got a time to blog hop and update posts (as you can see reviews are flooding now) and slowly not even Facebook (office has block on accessing FB and YouTube) on weekdays. The only limited ME time which I have was fall on those alternate Saturday which I’m not working.

My latest investment for my health is on the Teviron Eskimode series. This is something I wanted since I'm start using the negative ION product.

A long top and long pant cost RM1500. I wear this as pajamas to re-charge and keep me fit.

The Lei Cha Meal

Ya, I got to tried that out, this Lei Cha delivery meal was my dinner last night. Since hubby was not eating, I was lazy to cook up some dishes too for 2 of us. Just call up for this delivery will do. I placed my order around 3.30pm and they delivered to me at 6.10pm. The rice and ingredients are still hot when I receiving it.

For a vege and soup lover, I heart this a lot at anytime. Somemore I'm in the midst of watching my diet now, this Lei Cha simply suit me the best. Overall the taste not bad, acceptable and the portion is big too.

This is how the set looks like. The soup base they pack in a paste form and you just need to add hot water to dilute the paste into the bowl given. The soup taste just right to goes with the rice.

For the sake of

........ looking good and fit

........ bulging tummy causing lots of guesses whether I'm preggie

I DECIDED TO....
Eat salad as breakfast for at least 3 times a week and less meaty on daily meal. The salad ingredients are Australia lettuce, purple cabbage, Acerola cherry, cherry tomato, gold kiwi and hard boil egg topped with coleslaw dressing.

AND,
For the past month, I'm have been start taking Tummy Trim drink too for the purpose of colon cleansing and loss fat. So far the result quite ok, but it still not achieve the optimum weight and tummy size I wish.

Finger cross I have the persistant on keeping the diet and for the next 3 months, at least - if I'm getting a smaller tummy then I'm a happy lucky mama already.

The Teviron Blanket

After long consideration and decision, we finally bought the pricey ION blanket back for good. The main reason also due to the new price list will commence on 1st Feb. Since we already have in mind wanted to bought it and we don't want to spend the extra later. Terry was on full Teviron garments more than a month ago, it started to show recovery sign on him. Speed up the recovery is something I really want to see. By add on this blanket to him, it is enough for his use now.

These are the questions I concern before getting the blanket. The deep burn scar, no any oral medicine can help. I foresee doctor will be giving those scarring cream and erace gel to apply later. Does these creams really help? Yes, may be it can reduce the scar marks, but how many tubes he needs in long term? Does it cause any side effect? Scarring cream also not cheap and it doesn't give health effect either. As for current, the Elomet itchy cream that he was having doesn't help much too in cure his itchiness. In the medication instruction, it even stated side effect in long term. For that reason, I have actually stop using that since long time ago and use other more natural ingredient gel and cream to apply when needed.

In thinking that, if we get the blanket, not only it is good for overall health recovery, it certainly help the skin and cell renewal naturally. So, it is still worth after all. Next time if he is not use, we also can take that to use. Natural heal is far better than medicine heal.

This is the single size blanket, RM2,280 member price. I was so happy for the blanket size as it can fully covered my queen size bed. So instead of Terry can use, now I also can share with him. This blanket having the highest ION energy among all other garments. It is the most worth-buying bedding products too as in price and size. Teviron Anion Clothing for recovery

It was 3 weeks ago, my relatives from Ipoh using/wearing the Negative Ion (負離子) clothing and they began to introduced to me for the sake of Terry's burn recovery. They told me all the recovery testimonials and the goodness and effectiveness for health. It was hard to believe at first, but it really works miracally and amazing to all users.

At night, his head will rest on the blanket sample. Really I'm so eager to see the bad scarring on recovery and also to ease his suffering on skin itchiness. From that day onwards, Terry was wearing all Teviron clothing day and night. No longer he needs to apply oil or cream now.

5 Foods Women Need Most

  1. Papaya
    This fruit packs about twice the vitamin C of an orange. Add it to your arsenal against gallbladder disease, which afflicts twice as many women as men. After analysing the blood of over 13,000 people, scientists from the University of California, San Francisco, found that women who had lower levels of vitamin C were more likely to have gallbladder illnesses. One medium papaya (about 280 grams), with 188 milligrams of C and a mere 500 kilo-joules, is a refreshing source of the vitamin. Best of all it's probably growing in your garden.


  2. Flaxseed (亚麻籽)
    Bakers use this nutty-flavoured seed mainly to add flavour and fibre. But scientists see the tiny reddish-brown seed, rich in oestrogen-like compounds called lignans, as a potential weapon against breast cancer. An exciting report at last year's San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium showed that adding flaxseed to the diet of women with breast cancer effectively slowed tumour growth. You can flavour your muffins with flaxseed, but the easiest way to get the beneficial lignans is to sprinkle a few tablespoons of ground flaxseed on your morning cereal. Look for the seeds in health food shops. They're easy to grind in a blender or coffee grinder. But get seeds – there are no lignans in the oil.


  3. Tofu
    Foods high in soya protein can lower cholesterol and may minimise menopausal hot flushes and strengthen bone. Isoflavones, plant chemicals in soyabeans that have a structure similar to oestrogen, may be the reason. Though animal studies form the bulk of evidence, a human study found that 90 milligrams of isoflavones was beneficial to bone (specifically the spine). And two other studies suggest that 50 to 76 milligrams of isoflavones a day may offer some relief from hot flushes. Half a cup of tofu contains about 25 to 35 milligrams of isoflavones.


  4. Pork
    Due largely to menstruation, women tend to be more anaemic than men. And low iron levels in blood can cause severe fatigue. To get a good dose of iron, try pork. It has what every diet-conscious women wants – lots of iron and fat that can be easily removed, compared to most cuts of meat. According to the Asian Food Information Centre in Singapore, a palm-sized pork steak has about 1.4 milligrams of iron. Best of all, says Dr Mark Wahlqvist, president of the International Union of Nutrition Sciences, eating a small amount of pork with a meal increases the absorption of iron from accompanying vegetables and cereals.


  5. Cabbage
    This humble vegetable may help fight osteoporosis, which affects many women late in life. In addition to getting adequate amounts of calcium and vitamin D, some studies suggest that vitamin K may have a bone-protective effect as well. Based on data from one of the largest studies of women, the Nurses' Health Study, researchers discovered that women who ate enough vitamin K-rich foods (at least 109 micrograms of the vitamin daily) were 30 per cent less likely to suffer a hip fracture during ten years of follow-up than women who ate less. Researchers point out that dark-green leafy vegetables – brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli – are all good sources of the vitamin. But cabbage is among the best.

5 Foods Men Need Most

  1. Tomato Sauce
    Men who eat a lot of tomatoes, tomato sauce, or pizza smothered with the stuff may be giving themselves a hedge against prostate cancer. So say researchers at Harvard University, who studied the eating habits of more than 47,000 male health professionals. They found that men who ate tomato sauce two to four times per week had a 35 per cent lower risk of developing prostate cancer than men who ate none. A carotenoid called lycopene, which tomatoes contain in abundance, appeared to be responsible. But scientists were puzzled: tomato juice didn't seem to have a protective effect. Other research show why. For best absorption, lycopene should be cooked with some kind of fat. So pizza may be just what the doctor ordered.


  2. Oysters
    Myth has it that oysters are the food of love. Science may agree. Just two to three oyster deliver a full day's supply of zinc, a mineral critical for normal functioning of the male reproductive system. Scientists are divided over reports that sperm counts have declined over the last 50 years and that environmental factors are to blame. Nutritional deficiencies do seem to be the cause of certain cases of low testosterone. Getting adequate zinc is sometimes the answer (up to 15 milligrams per day is recommended for men; more than 40 milligrams can pose risk). In one trial, 22 men with low testosterone level and sperm counts were given zinc every day for 45 to 50 days. Testosterone levels and sperm counts rose.


  3. Broccoli
    A recent Harvard study finds that cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli, may protect against bladder cancer which is common among Asian men. Scientists analysed the diets of nearly 50,000 men and discovered that those who ate five servings or more per week of cruciferous veggies were half as likely to develop bladder cancer over a ten-year period as men who rarely ate them. And broccoli and cabbage were singled out as the most protective foods.


  4. Peanut butter
    If you want a healthy heart, spread your morning toast with peanut butter. Heart disease is the leading killer of men and women, but men fall victim at an earlier age. Researchers from Pennsylvania State University compared the cholesterol-lowering effect of the step II Diet of the America Heart Association (AHA) with a higher-fat diet based on peanuts. The AHA plan included more carbohydrates. The peanut regimen was 36 per cent fat. After 24 days both diets lowered "bad" LDL cholesterol. But the peanut plan also caused a drop in blood fats called triglycerides and did not decrease HDL, the "good" cholesterol. The AHA diet raised levels of triglycerides and lowered levels of HDL. "Peanut butter is a little higher in fat," says Penny Kris-Etherton, the lead author of the study. "But it's the type that's good for you – monounsaturated fat." Researchers have predicted that the peanut diet could reduce heart-disease risk even more than the AHA diet could. Just don't go nutty plastering on the tasty spread, since it is high in kilojoules.


  5. Watermelon
    Until the age of 55, more men suffer from high blood pressure than do women. Research suggests that foods rich in potassium can reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke. The evidence is so convincing that the US Food and Drug Administration recently allowed food labels to bear a health claim about the connection between potassium-rich foods and high blood pressure. "A good goal for potassium is about 2000 milligrams or more a day," says Antigone Blazos, a lecturer at Asia Pacific Health and Nutrition Centre in Melbourne, Australia. Watermelon is a rich source of this mineral and has more potassium – 664 milligrams – in just one large slice than the amount found in banana or a glass of orange juice. So cut yourself another slice and enjoy its cool taste.

Microwaved water

I'm a person who very anti-microwave. Although I have one in my kitchen, but I seldom use it to heat up food or cook. Microwave will release a kind of heat wave that will corrupt the food DNA and kill lots of good vitamins. In my common sense, eating too much microwaved food also can cause cancer.

During those my working days, every morning I found many of my colleagues reheat the hot water to boil to make coffee or drinks. This is actually a very very wrong act to warm up the water. Just check the picture here, how the plant growth on the 1st day and the 9th day using microwave water and purified water.

  1. Diet Pop is healthier than Regular Pop
    One can of regular pop contains about 135 kilocalories whereas a can of diet pop contains less than 10 kilocalories; some even contain zero kilocalories. Therefore, it is true that diet pop contains fewer calories. However, it is rather difficult to agree that diet pop is "healthier" as there is really nothing healthy about artificially colored and flavored water.

    Many people are surprised to learn that a glass of juice contains more calories than a glass of one percent milk. Even two percent milk has only 10 kilocalories more than a glass of fruit juice, which has 120 kilocalories! Handphone hazard

Most of us have handphone and most of the time we talk on the handphone. Long conversation on handphone not only kill our brain cells, it will cause pain in our eardrum and sometimes we will feel a bit headache too. The pain is causes by the mobile electromagnet radiation from the transmission frequency. Below is another good example show how bad the radiation produced when you talk long on your handphone.

This is the machine my mum have used for many years. Since after having Terry, I started to used when I cooked at home. It used to cleans and sterilize the meats and vegetables, so that we not cook and eat up many chemicals in food. When foods bought back from market, I will wash and sterilized it, then only keep it in the fridge.

This ozone ionizer helps to generate ozone oxygen to purified the food. When the ozone contact with water, it able to break down residual traces of toxic agriculture chemicals and pathogens on meats, fruits and vegetables. It destroys disease-causing bacteria and viruses and other harmful chemicals in the process of growing and packaging food.

It is very easy to use, fill tap water cover up the pre-washed meats or vege and on the power. Place the ozone dispersion stone into the water which connect with the tube from the machine. Within a few minutes the foods will be 99.9% clean from harmful contaminants. It enhance the food taste and preserve freshness. The colour and texture of the meats makes difference too after sanitize. Not only used on food, you can make your own purified water to water plants, household use and also on personal use for facial, foot/mouth disease and etc.

In the middle of cleaning the pork and chicken meat. The dispersion stone generate ozone oxygen and runs in the water. You may not know that, actually soaking the vege and food will wash away lots of the minerals and vitamins in the food. For the sake of family health, it is worth to get one. After all foods are now very dirty and lots of chemical used in growing and planting process.
