Road mad

Tonight 2 of us night out again, Mee Yee wanted to find a new place to have a drink. I got an idea to go Halo café in Subang, but I'm not so sure the way to there, just know that it was nearby Taylors Subang. Mee Yee told me she roughly know the location, therefore ok.. we go. Once we reach the area, OMG, she also lost of direction, don't know where. We 2 soh poh in the car, turn here and there to find. Then I called up Josephine to ask for exact location. She did give us direction but sounds blur blur also...so we continue use our six sense to find. Well not work la... still can't find!..no choice, I kept calling Jo for 5 times baru get to the place. Huu...tiring man, finally we found, after 1 hour.

We both sit down, and get a drink too tired found the way. hahaha...damn boring tonite 3 singers, they not really have a good voice to sing and I almost can fall asleep. Actually we have another friend joining us but last minute she left her 777. Anyway the place is start to fill up after 11pm. By the time I ciao is almost full house.

Office Inbox

Look at my Inbox now, the new emails total is accumulated up to 691. These email I haven't read are from my lovely friends and members. I'm too lazy to go through, is too many now, well one day..one day I need to really clear up...All are forwarded emails, jokes and some junk. I love to read all that, as sometimes is useful and many information too. After reading it, I'll forward it. Don't get mad up I'm not try to bomb ppl's mailbox. Sometimes some lovely article I love to share with my friends. The name I send TO: is become more and more. I remembered once IT head called me up and ask can you lesser down your receipient when you send email. Gosh! kena warning already. Too much friend in my list, ok..is much lesser now. I love to use email to keep in touch with my friends and family. Lately I cut down a lot of my fwd emails, too busy at work no time to forward. Some frens even told me that they miss my emails..hahha...

Policy review

Meet Tess (from Prudential) during lunch and she have a look on my current ING policy, she did suggested me to add on my medical card sum insured to 100k. Well after meeting up with her, I re-calculate my premium, wow..I can't take it la...I think I need to hold on Prudential and have a discuss with my current agent first to see what can I do to top up rather than taking another company one.

Today finally got meeting with committee members to plan the coming Annual Dinner. I'm again same as last year involve in Lucky draw/ performance gift. We let our fellow colleagues to vote the annual theme. Glad that my suggestion of theme "Fall and Winter Night" is on voting poll now...

I'm doing a daily check on my spending conscious, this is to record how much I really need to spend in a month. I just spend like normal nothing spend more or less due to my check. Every night from this week onward I will note down in a small book what I spend in a day. Yes, is on every single cents spend. At the end of the day I can make myself so call a budget in spending. This also help me in having more saving. Wish me luck!~~~

My best buddy

This is Carole, my best buddy since school, same class and stayed the nearest to my house. We not been contact/talked to each other since half a year ago. She got angry with me and another friend over a holiday trip matter. Well, I kinda used to her pattern, all she need is time to heals.

Carol and her NZ uni-mate

Even we not contact each other but from time to time I do sms her and email her. She not replied me means it shows that she still angry with me. But, few weeks ago finally got her reply. Today is her birthday. This day I will never forget. Last night, I bought her a birthday present and Strudels Strawberry tart, just hope that I can do something to save this friendship. I just pass it to her family since she not yet back from work. Finally...finally late night, she called up and thanks for the present. She told me she just want to take the tart but not the present. Well, I kinda disappointed and tears in eye :'( Thinking tat why she like that and reject my special gift, is she still angry with me? She did explain is because she angry over the past matter and it is not appropriate to accept my gift. Thats the reasons she gives. Well ok lorr..I also don't want to force her, she will return the gift to me.

We chatted a while and she promised will call me back. After put down the call, my feel at one side is happy - because this friendship can be continue. Sad is that, she rejected my gift. I cannot afford to lost this friend, even we have hurt each other before, just hope that after every incidence we will understand each other more.

Pissed off Monday

Monday working feel so blue. Today need to send Maxis analysis data which already delay for 3 weeks. So, I got to produce different kind of data set to Researcher. Basically, need to produce 4 different kinds. Last week, Field dept (Dept who run all the survey work and data collection) said project closed and quota met (even have a few + - here and there, but they assure me that it is ok one), so while I doing 3rd kind of data anlaysis, suddently Researcher called up and said "No no...wait Judy...project haven't clsoed still got 3 more to go". What the heck! Field side said closed and they said not close pulak. They really play-play man!..I so geram of their irresponsibility lorr...I doing all the analysis whole day just for this project, espcially the 3rd kind it took most hours to prepared, it needs 48 sets of data something to do with comparison chart, now I need to re-do again and re-generate again. So damn pissed off!!! really vomit blood...

What to do delete all the things I do just now lorr...waste my effort only..hhhmmm

True God

Don't say that I'm so holy here or religious. I just want to understand what is the universe know about True God mean. Dad told me that today he picked up an Indian woman customer from KL, she said she going to buy the Indian God picture for praying. This is sounds same to chinese, when chinese new year, buddist will buy a new statue to pray and get away the old one. As what you can see those unwanted one under the big tree. Why? why like that? aren't there are God are the precious and holy one. My goodness..True God it should be bought in any form and God is not handmade statue..Sometimes I really so disappointed seeing people did to their "God" in that way.

Think deeply on the above situation, sometime we may follow blindly the religion carry down from generation. We should be understand that what is True God is. Should we need to buy a God to pray, should we place a God in the house, and not only one God infact a few sitting in a row. God is not in use them for a purpose to make you be wealthy. For eg. chinese like to pray their God to give them 4 digit number and grant them a dream to get rich in a night. Many many thousand of those statue God in the chinese believe and all are man made. How come not get the one who is most powerful one and get rid of others? many many other example, would not say it all here..sometime chinese did are so ridiculous.

True God is the one who can't see and can't touch, and all the time be with us and protect us. Since I was young whereby in those year I can start thinking what religion is I have realise all this and analyst religion did and way of praying. My experience was very deep especially on what I saw in my past grandparents funeral service, we followed whatever the funeral master says and did all under his monitor, did we really understand what it means behind, any prove? Wow.. I really not like it and not willing to believe in that anymore. That is the reason why I in search of christianity truth since I was 12 yrs old. Been baptist for the past 7 years. I can diffrentiate what is truth and what is not truth in the religion.

Friend out there who reading this, pls feel free to think about it and I willing to tell you more for you in search of true religion. Great day!

Night out

Went out with Mee Yee for dinner and drink at Hartamas. It seems very quiet tonight, don't have much crowd, don't know why. Mee Yee is a HR exec in a MNC. She told me many things about being in HR line and importance of a HR role in company, her job area and responsiblity. Well she having not a easy job also..hai....all working world is like that, different position having its own stress and problem. If you can take it then you can stay on, else you go. Thats it..

I feel that nowadays society we can't work and work on what we work on in a job, we also need to be in multi use and juggle in many area, very competitive now. For eg, you know master in HTML, but you do not know SQL or Java then the percentage of people in using ur knowledge and skill is less down. You know computer but also need to know how to manage others. Do you know that all knowledge can't learn from book. To me this knowledge is learn from young to old which is Society knowledge. I'm hardly to learn on this, may be because I seldom mixed with people who having that kind of knowledge. Thats why I like to listen to ppl experience and do analyst in thinking of that. I like that ask, and then listen to them. This is the way I use to get the information and knowledge in different area.

Tension

These 2 days during my work, I feel very very tension, like I can't free myself in my mind...many things seems running up and down in my mind, and I can't concentrate well, a bit bad tempered also when talking to my colleagues..my male colleague even look at me like one kind, yes, I really one kind these 2 days..OMG..wat happen to me..???!!!! emotional one...

Just now while taking bath I kept on thinking on what really makes me have that stress on. Yes, it could be when I miss someone extremely much and can't see everyday, its really makes me super tension. I think this is very bad one...so what I can do is I look at the big frame picture hanging on the wall, in the purse, besides the bed and plays that picture in my mind. This picture very powerful can kill my moment of tension and makes me relax a bit yes, just a lil bit only...

Another tension definately comes from my regional project. Ever since beginning handle this monthly job, I tension and preasure to the max, especially when newbies handle it. I need to teach and guide them like a baby step by step, it can't goes wrong. Again it is not fair, last time my senior no guide me at all, once past to me and live or died all on your hand. Well now different world already, once something not right I'm the one kena call by boss.Hmm..kena before already, I just take it easy. This is company 2nd most money making project drop on my hand, main control by HK. Yes, it went wrong today, lagi tension..the newbies this month can't handle it, he also handle many projects, so since start preparing and launch the project I take full charge of it. Today took almost 3/4 of the day to correct all the error and ammendment to the effected files. This money making project involve whole Malaysia, so can imagine how many files to correct one by one lehh...then send back to them and teach them how to load files, explain the ammendment done and also liase all the things...actually not my first time la..every project also got something not right here and there is just that whether is minor or major.

That's me. Perfectionist, causes all the preassure and tension. Thats why I need some breeze and breath. Looking forward for my Hong Kong trip to realise one day. Yeah about holiday travel plan, haii.....can't make it...cause of many many financial reasons I don't want to make myself not happy, so plan again next time.

Different lifestyle and people in this world

Sometime is nice to study people's lifestyle and I like to think and analyst ppl's attitude/thinking, and how they do. Been having lunch with Karen (my colleague) this afternoon, everytime also over 1 hour when go lunch with her, coz we having too much to talk about. Like chinese have 1 saying that, 'The same rice feed hundred different kind of people' that what it means. We talked about the different reaction encounter by girls towards courtship, spending behaviour, attitude, girls single lifestyle...etc...all girl topics.

Like what Brandon shared to me before, many kind of people doing different things in Fitness. Some went for sauna only, some bath and have drink only, some read paper/mag only, some stay/loaf in the restroom whole night without doing anything, some want to know girls/friends, some chit-chat only, some looking for sales business...etc..everybody have a living skill that not doing one thing at a time, after all it is a world of competitive.

This is what I mean.

Holiday planning

Next month I have 6 days off for public holiday, and I think of going for holiday. These few days have been checking out for some trip to Hong Kong and Beijing for coming year end holiday. I think of going to HK or Singapore for free and easy. Still looking at my budget how far can I go and try to look for some friends to go on board with me. Beijing tour will need to liase with Brandon. What I think is Beijing tour can experience more, whereas Singapore and HK only for eat and shop.

Just now chat with Agnes, she pretty welcome me if I'm decide to go Singapore. She did advise me on Beijing's weather and HK one too. Been a while not chat with her and glad that she is doing fine with her pregnant life, she is going to delivered her baby girl end of November/beginning og December.

Will see how la...hope really can go this time :)

Pot Luck Lunch

Once in every month pot luck lunch back again, everyone who join have to prepared a dish. I've miss the previous round due to heavy work load. For this month Jennifer purposely want me and others from my dept to participate, since all not join for previous round. So ok lorr..since now work ok then I joined la..I brought 'loh mai' fan' (glutinous rice) to share with others. In this pot luck we can try out different different dishes together, all are delicious and this also serve the purpose to get close with other colleagues.

Pot luck lunch we having mee with mince beef and mushroom, sauce eggs, fried chicken, fried wantan, sauce chicken, vege soup, cheesecake, rojak, jelly. Not much variety compare to previous month because many colleagues have client meeting and some need to go out. So this round less people and less food.

Meeting up after long time..

This morning went to Canaan Baptist Church, Sri Petaling to listen to my favourite pastor sermon section. The world is very small I met my colleague Carol, a Senior Project Director in that church. She was there to attending the English section, while I'm in chinese. Also, mum met a long time ago neighbour which stayed a few doors next to us more than 20 years ago. Others I do met a lot of members there, this last time we were together before in those event/gathering and have a quite update with them. Feeling so good that I can met them back after long time.

After having lunch with mum, we heading down to grocery store to pick up some necessary househould item. Later I went down to KLCC and Sg. Wang with Brandon, we shopped again this weekend. KLCC changed a lot and have new shop lots now. Kinda long time not went there..Brandon update his wardrobe with his newly discovered brand, while I bought a pair of shoe, shirt, contact lense and this ....

Block Buffer
This thing is use to shine your nail. Found it @ Isetan, KLCC. This sanding block, buff away uneven surface and stain of nails. Very easy to use, rub the nails at the 'buff' side to remove ridges and dead cells of nails, then turn over to the opposite the 'shine' side and rub again. This shine gives nail natural shine. Just that, its done! Nails look clean and shine.

Difference of the day

Guess what I'm doing this morning, I did something that I extremely seldom do when go to work. Thats is I put on make up this morning. Just a very light one. Once I stepped into pantry to make a Milo, cross over from cubicle to cubicle and when walk around in the office. Here are the some question and their expression.

'ei, you make up today ah?'
'why suddently make up today? not as the usual you wor..'
'what is so special to you today? why u make up?'
'ei..looks different leh today, so nice and different of you when make up...'
'moi, make up ke?..cantik la u buat hari ni..looks sweet. eye shadow brand apa pakai, colour so sweet'
'oi..oi...make up ha today, got date ah?' start looking my left and right eye 'u also having good eyeshadow ya!' then I replied her by saying her eye shadow is nicer..coz hwer technic to apply 2 shades is very special..

My replies to the above are with smiles, thanks and 'I don't have date today'. Just because I got time this morning, feeling good, so I make up. You know what, some colleague even start realise that make up really is meant for young ones and it is so powerful coz it gives big impact to our look. They even start chit-chat on make up topic. ho ho.ho...

What I make today to make it so difference. Concealer to cover obvious dark spots, i-nouvi gelbase foundation, Kose face powder tap on it (to make it long lasting, actually loose powder will do, but I don't have), Red earth sweet purple eye shadow, Maybeline lipstick, thats all...

My personal opinion, I not so used to make up everyday, coz face skin condition not that good, less use is better. Normally only for clubbing and dinner only I apply make up. All colleagues sounds so surprise when saw someone make up is because in 70% girls are not make up at all in my office..yes, I mean not even a lips stick is on.

Today works all are very very rush one, anyway still manage to kick off some messy project and request. During lunch time, too bad that MD not join us coz he booked by DiGi client to hav lunch, so left 9 of us. We ordered 6 dishes and rice, drinks and dessert somemore..my stomach full until dinner also take little only. Tracy gave each of us a pen as an appreciation gift. Eat too full of coz is ZZzzz during works...1n half hour later, Research site call for birthday celebration again..wow..eat again.. why so special is because MD birthday..ohh ok..my boss call all must go..ok la..go there stand a while la...to pay some respect to him, coz normally monthly birthday celebration not that all many people will go n sing song.

After work went to bought a gift for Wei Fern. We bought a necklace for her. Hope she will like it, from 3 of us. OK la, thats all for today, good nite...

Crazy looking for gift

Wei Fern (my colleague cum schmate last time) going to celebrate her birthday this coming Friday, so Karen (from her dept) suggested that we all share money and buy her a gift, this include me and Yik Yan (part time staff working in my dept now also schmate) 7 of us shared out. OK..so Karen and I suggested that either bought her a purfume or handbag. Today lunch time, we went around the survey the gift and will select it after some comparison and choice.

After lunch, Karen went to collect money from those who want to shared. At last minute her dept staff said don't want to spend on her gift now. Wow...Karen so pissed off and she intercom me and told me that. Actually I quite dissapointed also, suddently all change their mind. Now left 3 of us share off. She keep on mumble that they so stingy la this and that la...well we don't want to dissapointed her coz she always so remember and a caring girl to everyone. So we will plan again what to buy.

So while shopping for gift today before and after work, I saw a pink colour pant from Zara for it fall-winter season collection. It was so temptating. I think I gonna get it, still under considering. Well, tomorrow we will hunt again for other gift for Wei Fern. For me, if not sharing out with anyone I will treat her a meal on that day.

Hae Yong shared with me her wedding day online photo album. So many of it, I viewed it for half and hour. So sweet of her and my cousin bro. She so thoughtful that she will mail me the related family photo.

Busy on Quarterly end report

This week my time will occupy on generate all my projects Quarterly data, report and analysis. Nightmare for Guinness project starts..tuffer than other projects...quite suffering one la...anyway will try to cop with it and take times to process...weired client!

Happy to hear that all the colleagues were enjoy very much on the Sports day and MD even praised us on that. This Thursday he will treat FIS-Sports day organise team a lunch as an appreciation at Aunty Nat. Wow...first time having lunch with him. After the lunch by this week we should have meeting to brain storm for coming Annual Dinner...talk about the venue I don't understand why the company like to select those hotel far away. This year at Pan Pacific, Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

Full occupied day

Morning went to church for sunday worship.
Watch movie at GSC Mid Valley with Brandon. The ticket was complimentary one.

Movie starring by Jackie Chan, Nicholas Tse, Daniel Wu, Charlene Choi and Charlie Young. A very nice story which have touching love and sad life experience.

After movie Brandon shopping for some clothes for his favourite brand.
Later at night went to Esther's baby girl Jia Ern full moon party dinner.

Starbuck with friend

Went to yam cha with her just now at USJ Taipan - Starbucks. We met average twice in a month. My secondary schoolmate - Mee Yee. Everytime we met she sure complaining about her car and her bad driving skill :} ..heheh...actually I a bit scare of her driving skill too. She also like to talk about car. Her complain of the month was her car scratch at her house's fencing, got a mark there and is rusted now.

During our drink the staff there serve us this, says that is their new product, Frappacino, cheese cake and blue berry pie. I took a sip of the Frap..yucks!..the Frap is totally out..sour taste one. Cheese cake and the pie is ok la.
