Why Drink Coconut Water?

I practised it too in both pregnancies, but I drink with sugar & ice la, haha don't know work the same or not.

Ya, I heard of that pregnant women should drink some coco water. I drank quite a bit, without knowing the benefit, Lucky me.:)
