Gathering

Last nite hav a gathering with my collegemate Enes n Siew Teng at my home...not seeing both of them aft my wedding..so nice to meet them again, coz Enes will shift to Singapore for permanant stay as her husband has a fix job there..She bought together her son..wow her son so cute...going to turn 3 yrs old....they stay for about 1.5 hours only, coz her son wan to sleep..

We chatted alot..topics can't run away abt the kids n current life...haha..can see many differencet now...every stage of life speaking different things... life goes on..

Very frustrated early in the morning, open the front door when about going to work...shit, the shoe rack door open widely n shoes are outside of the floor..gosh!!...got shoe thief...faster check n recall what shoe we lost...Brandon 2 Adidas shoe gone...mine are still all there...we not dare to report to the management coz this kind of things might done by the guard or the ppl inside ...so we just leave it low...just becareful when we go out...coz we might b spotted by them since early...actually we have screw the lock hook there, just didn't pad lock it..damn! this time kena already..we faster lock it up...out of out expectation that they dun not love leather shoe..they love to take sport shoe...Brandon was so moody the whole day coz both of this shoe he love it so much, one of that was his gym shoe..thief love Adidas shoe very much, coz last time his Adidas shoe also been stolen, so bad la....so I told him no Adidas shoe anymore...change brand..

Been heard of second hand market, in masjid jamek, hartamas (open at 10pm n business till midnight) n PJ State, this places might b selling those stolen goods...coz my cousin once saw his dad shoe selling at masjid jamek there...

hai..no where is safe to stay, friend becareful ...

Movie addictor

This Sunday, in Astro, they going to have a competition for movie addictor..if u think u r familiar wit all the movie shown in CH30 frm TVB, u r eligible to join. I highly recommend Brandon go n join n he agree to go n try...since he like to watch all kind of movies...so since beginning of this week he hav done a lot of homework to revise all the past movie, i did help him a lot in recalling all the movie shown...

This sunday is the first round, whereby need to answer some objective questions...all about movie character n story line. Really some movie line are hardly remember, but I giv Brandon fully support n he study very hard all the important movies...n now he almost finish...this competition reward is RM20,000 n 3D2N trip to HK + TVB film shooting factory tour. Well..dunno how well can make it, try our luck. Passing of this round need to go for 2 more rounds to select the best, then recording competition will on in November.

We have plan to watch both hot movie by Andy Lau lately...have book 2 of that see which we can make it...so long we didn't go out pak toh on Sunday...coz normally we will stay at home to rest...

Over the week

Taa..daaa...my winning cheque was on my hand now ..yeah not too much or little at least this is the sum of lucky..got to show it off a bit...hahaha..at least Brandon is envy very much on it..and blamming that y MYFM not call him....I faster snap it down before I slot in into the fast cheque machine...the GDex man sent this document to me by the 3rd attempt, as I put my home address for postal. Finally it reach me on Saturday morning at office. So happy coz it really reach me and it is true one!

RM1400!...Wahaha..

In the big a-bit-winkle-A4 size envelope, 2 things inside, the cheque and the 2 printed pages of rules and regulation. The most important highlighted one are upon receiving this cheque in 240 days, you are not allow to participate in any MYFM call-in game. By receiving the sum, also need to inform them that i have collected the cheque, by fax them back the letter of acknowledge. All this I done...

My funny appetite aft get pregnant hav been up n down...sometime can eat, sometime cannot. My eating portion totally change. Pity Brandon have to b my 'food bandaraya' to take all my can't finish portion. My eating habit totally change now. Normally i can finish up my plate of food in clean, now i only can take in half, sometime not even half. Every night without change I will drink a glass of milk before sleep. Hav been taking 3 type of supplement to keep the baby n myself in health. Those supplement really helps. At least I won't feel tired during daytime. My weight slightly gone down a bit n hopefully it will back to normal aft the 3rd month. Currently still able to fit my normal suit, I dun plan to buy any maternity wear so soon. Wait until my body hav great changes first...today my fren - Karen email me her pregnant belly, it was so great and amazing to wacth her belly growth on week 24, 28, 32 and week 33....wow..feel great for her to become mummy real soon and the baby is getting bigger. She is having a boy.

Now Brandon is more excited than any other things...he sayang my baby inside more than me....asking me to eat more, eat n dun eat that...etc...but the things is my appetite can't take much now..the importance will go more to baby now...by eating anything in for him is all deliver to my bb. Now I try not to take heavy things and walk a lot..need more rest as this is the 'fragile' stage for carry a baby. My expected delivery date is 31st May..a Gemini ohh..

Many things need to learn now...and now i listen to many mummy experience n story....Since i need more rest, guess this weekend my Ipoh cousin's wedding I couldn't attend, coz Brandon dun wan me to b travel far and get tired, but we need to back to Seremban, his grandpa house for his 97 years old birthday...

Lil one

Went to the maternity clinic at Pantai Cheras hospital to do my first check up. Refer to a doctor recommended by my cousin claimed to be very good. Since no other recommendation and the hospital is the nearest one so we went there. The doctor known to be very famous in the hospital for maternity. Went into the clinic ward registered, wait for a while then my turn, the doctor didn’t talk much to me. After some question on my body changes, then used ultra sound to scan my tummy, can see the lil one inside, 6 weeks old, 1 inch big only, start to have heart beat and it healthy grow. Dunno whether this is the first time or wat, I dun not hav much question to ask yet. Doctor also didn’t giv much advise, took some vitamin pills then went back. The next check up would b 3 weeks later. Not even spend 20 minutes there. Very fast.

These few days hav some appetite to eat, but not took much also, body start to hav some changes and I got to take cake much from now on. Very particular on the food I eat. Now what I like to eat only soup n chicken rice. Others seem not so favour. Brandon hav stop me from taking many food n drink n doing this n that. Quite stressful also. Guess I got to tahan myself from that for 9 months long…need to sacrifice..Doctor advised me to start drinking Anmum milk powder. So I bought one yesterday n start drink it today. Taste not so nice..not really like to drink, because of the taste.

Have been finding out more from frens about maternity period. Talk about the doctor, one of them do not hav good comment on my doctor, another one has no comment. Consider changing doctor n the anmum milk powder too..got to start reading maternity magazines now to know more about it…

Unexpected things happen

Over the weekend, the foreign news are about Bali being bomb by terrorist and what so terrible was that 2 Malaysians are involved at the back of the planning. These make me so sad in the morning of Sunday when I receive the news and saw the beautiful island being destroyed. Moreover I just came back exactly 2 weeks ago. Everyday I kept close to the news reported abt the place now, the number of tourists and the local ppl dead is still increasing. When I was there, I visited the monument and the exact place of being bomb on 12th Oct. 2002. It is just so sad to stand in front of the monument reading the 202 peoples name stamped on the wall and opposite of it is an empty land lot, which the pub being bomb located last time. This time the names not sure where they going to continue the dead name list or build a new one. Imagine 3 years bomb twice in the same area, I dun think tourist need to think twice before they go. A beautiful island who very much depend in the tourism industry, this time dunno how long they need to bring up the island n to give confident to tourist back for visiting. From the news, Kuta now is no longer alive like the time I was there. I so miss the place. Now the airport is pack with tourist who urge to back home. Why? Why?? this bad terrorist wan to destroy the country n grabs away the life? 911 incident and bombing here n there.

Now Thailand famous tourist spot like Phuket, Pattaya and Bangkok are keep alert of the bomb incident happened to them.

Have been thinking of quit Fitness lately, due to wan to hav more time at home. Lately not frequent go for gym also, go also only for class. But not take action to ask for quit yet, coz feel missing it, if just quit like tat…so just still hold on for doing so.

Over the weekend, not quite feeling well and hav very weird digestion feel. Every time aft meal feeling uncomfortable and sometimes not feeling wan to eat. Must have something wrong, but this not make me sick at all. Suspected that my menstrual hav due and have this kind of feeling, so I went and bought the family planning kid to test on. The result is positive. I was so surprise n happy to read the tester shows 2 lined. I think is 99% accurate. I haven’t go to see doctor to prove it yet. Guess will b going for check up aft my FIL back from holiday (again…). These few days feel tired only and eat not much only hav porridge, others things dun feel wan to eat, so serious that even I saw the TV show delicious food I also hav vomit feel.

So, now I think i got reason to ask me quit fitness.

Have been thinking about making money lately. Yes, although now not lack of anything for living, but since still young no harm to gain more extra income and also gain experience. Brandon’s fren hav approach him in Lampe Berger and 1901 Hotdog franchise business. He still looking into it, but for LB we dun think to run it and has been trying very hard to reject his good fren invitation for the business preview. For myself, I’m pretty interested joining Shirlyn in making crystal accessories.

I wan to look for some business, which can do at my own pace and not required tight deadline. Shirlyn know about it, but we still haven’t really sit down n face to face discuss about it. Brandon fully supports me in doing it. I hope can get it starts soon, at least learn how to make the accessories first before any others. Now need to wait for Shirlyn when she is free to teach me.

Always see those who selling hawkers food very good in business. And hav been roughly calculating their income “daily income x by month” by selling a bowl of mee lets say.., some are having better income than a manager level / white collar. Anyway they hav been putting a lot of effort to gain the successful, is worthwhile. See ppl doing good but dunno how much I can handle if I were them.

Met after long time

Been attending 2 school frens wedding over the weekend. Very great to met some of them aft leaving school for 8 years. Well, some kind of not so closed feeling is there, cause some are merely schoolmate not tat keep in touch that kind, only know their names. Looking at each other the look doen't hav much changes, perhaps some status changed, some have been a mum, a wife and some are married soon. Very happy to see my fren one by one tied the knot, I'm counting wit one of my classmate. For TPian this year have 6 couples married, this including me.

For those with some contact once a while, we still able to chit-chat a lot, but for those not so closed, we only smile at each other :)

Bali Island

Thought I will get tanned during the trip, in fact not, coz do not hav enough time to stay at the beach.

Place visited: Batik printing house, Ubud wood art & woodcraft market, silver and gold market, Gua Lawah (bat caves), Monkey Forest, Tanah Lot, parasailing at Nusa Dua beach, Mt. Kintamani – Besakih mother temple, Mt. Bratan – lake temple

Weather: 29’C-32’C (sunset at 6.30pm, sunrise at 6am)

Money spend: RM1300 – 3,263,000rp. Free and easy trip tend to use more money than the tour lead trip.

Other activity: Spa (Balinese full body massage, body scrub, yogurt rub, flower bath, foot massage and facial wash), only RM145 (tax include..good! ..cheap too!), Kecak Dance - a dance without music, they make the performer make sound by themselve. This is dance for they praying ceremony.

Food: Basically the food still ok, mostly not spicy, rice still the main course. Popular with seafood at Jimbaran, lunch buffet facing the Mt. Batur and on the other day facing the lake at Mt. Bratan. Very cheap lunch buffet only RM 20+ per pax. Every restaurant charge different tax some 10 %, some 15%, some no tax. Better ask before u place ur order.

People, Culture & Nation: A country for holiday and relaxation with beautiful sun and Indian Ocean. Tourist mainly came from Australia, Europe and Japan. 7 aircraft touch down at Ngurah Rai airport within 2 hours. Can see that this country is brought up by the tourist. A very strong religious island, everywhere can see the stone craft of their God and they see praying is important than any other things. Many ppl there selling and making stone craft and wood crafting of anything, from furniture, god faces, human, animal…etc... No doubt their crafting work are fine. Almost the small village main activity is crafting. Their Bahasa speaking is slightly different than us. Some Bahasa term they not able to understand ours one. At tourist spot, those business ppl can speak Japanese too. Their attitude are quite kind and well manner. Their building not taller than a coconut tree, believe that it will be safe from disaster. No highway or toll. All roads are small and narrow, but their driving still is very good. Hardly found broken and old vehicle. Infrastructure is not that well. Taxi only go round the city area, outskirt they dun go. That’s why must hire a tour guide to bring you go around. Some young kids who not afford to go to school they worked in the temple. They more willing to work then study. Can’t see any beggar on the street or small villages.

Bali preparation

Tomolo we will be off to the beautiful Bali island. Since last week, Brandon have been busy digging out all the Bali info, place of interest and what to do..from Internet and some print info we got from my cousin...free and easy with planning is good, so that no need to search during we are there, directly we follow the itenery which set, make sure we really spend the time valuably and can visit more places. Checking from the list we have, the place we stay have lots of restaurant, nightlife and bars, shopping spots and spa. Basically our plan have covered all these. The only thing we not have enough time is to visit more places. We only able to plan to go volcano, Canggu/Kuta beach, Ubud, Tanah Lots. There are many others more.

US n Rupiah rate hav been flactuate during the weekend. Rupiah is kinda hard to get in KL city and the rate was not really ideal. US rate drop a bit. Hav collect some mouth info from frens too about do n don't as Bali is a strong culture n religious island.

Lastly hopefully our family can enjoy the trip and hav a great time to get together again. Will update more about the trip once I'm back.

Happiness continue...

Till today I only realizes that, I’m still the top winner for the cash game. Out of my expectation, MyFM even take my voice from the call to make the promo ad. 2 of my friends have heard it n called to inform me abt that before this and yesterday night finally I heard it myself…listen back to it so funny..The ad not out so frequently only 2 or 3 times a day, very hard to catch it…if u heard the ad mention cash game successful case for RM1400, that’s my voice there la…

Wow..!! first time in my life hav such great luck achievement. Continually 2 nights not really sleep well..too happy already…Feeling happy can really make ones feel contented and I really feel myself like floating in the air…hahaha…I dunno, I really can’t control myself….my mind hyperactive. My fren even said I siao siao a bit, that day during body step class I keep smile n smile on my face…and she also happy abt it..and she smile together with me…haha…

Those fren who know about it of coz can’t run away from their call for treating them to eat. Well ok la…I will share my happiness wit u all….pls wait ya…

That day during gym, I just told Stephanie about the mooncake coming this year in the market, having lots of flavour, especially the Tai Thong Mooncake…wah..so tempted. Besides that, I also wan to try Haagen Daz mooncake, which look special, delicious n tempted too. 1 pc cost RM25. I even told her is a bit expensive la… now she in turn ask me to treat her, she having the “mouth luck” …hahah…

If u listen to MyFM, you’ll know since yesterday there is a cash game show, whereby at certain hour the DJ will call u and u can win cash money. A game sponsor by ING Insurance. I have SMS registered myself since the game promo ad on-air during the weekend. I just throw my luck again, as I said in my life I never hav this kind of lucky draw for prizes’s luck. I just sent in just to put a hope that I will win something. I know again the chances are damn low..millions of ppl to pick from.

The game rules is like this. The DJ will call u, when u pick up ur phone, u can’t mention any “Hello”, which is very common to start ur phone conversation. U need to be alert and directly mention the “MyFM tagline”, then u r eligible to win RM100, followed by if u can mention “I.N.G” for 3 times another RM100 is for u. So a total of RM200 is in ur hand. Plus, if that particular hour is bonus hour, u will get an extra RM700. So, in summary if tagline and ING being mention, for not bonus hour = RM200, bonus hour = RM900. If you mention “Hello” upon answer the call, RM200 will accumulated to the next lucky winner.

Yesterday night got home from gym, took my rest as usual, browsing Internet and check mails before went to bed. Actually I was so tired until my eyes almost closed when reading emails and thought wanted to shut off the pc and went to bed already. At that time I’m not on my radio, coz do not used to on plus Brandon already sleep like a baby at that time. I just alone doing my stuff at another room.

Yesterday night 11.45pm, while charging my cellphone, it rings. I take a look at the number display it is “Withheld”. I paused a while not answer directly, quickly in my mind I told myself, is this the call I waiting for? I’m so lucky ah? So, dun care la..just press the answer button. Upon picking up, the other party was quiet, so I just mention out the tagline, then the DJ Fan Bin said: “Congratulation! U win urself RM100!” then not waiting any longer I mention “ING, ING, ING” wow…he told me win another RM100. I was so so surprise and my whole body was in cold sweat, shivering, excited, laugh n happy…n I scream to him…wow…really so surprise…

He continue asked me: “Do you know how much u have win?”I said: “Yeah I wan to know, how much? Faster tell me!” I was talking in shivering n laughing, coz one side excited, one side was unexpected happiness. Too bad la..Brandon that time slept already, he can’t see how I get excited.

He said: “You have total win urself RM600 from the accumulated”. I screamed: “Wow!!!....thank you thank you.” “Plus we will give u another extra RM100”. I screamed again: “Wow!! RM700!!”. My tiers almost falls from my eyes and can’t stop laughing.

He continue: “Not only that, this hour is bonus hour, mean u know how much u can get?”. I said: “Another RM700 and total up RM1400!” I continued to scream and scream and it is unbelievable that I’m the lucky one!.

Aft he took down my personal details, we continued to chit-chat for a while. At that time I still can’t get myself to cool down and I can’t describe those sudden surprise comes to me… He told me he is having so many names n numbers and he dunno which to pick, happen that my name comes at the last one in the list, so he picked that n called me…Imagine yesterday was the first day only. Oh my God…so easy RM1400 cash in your hand just giv u like that, with just few words u need to mention…without doing anything in compete…I still thinking how come is me…as last evening when on the way to gym, I told Brandon I just registered to join the game and he even told me won’t b so easy n lucky can b selected, so many ppl…and we even discuss over it, on how to tackle the number we received and what to say when the call is in n etc…our conversation was just like a pre-practice to me.

After I hang up the call, I SMS my close cousins to tune in to the radio and listen to my scream on-air. Can’t wait the edited playback on the radio. Aft 2 songs my scream voice on-air. Wow, I was like..ahh…dunno..i dunno how to say la…

My cousins called me aft the on-air playback n we chit-chat for awhile, she feel happy for me…one of my college fren also listen at that hour as well and she also called to congrat. They so envy for I can simply win a large amount of money. They said how come I so lucky…my this college fren 4 years ago also listening when I won movie tickets….ohh…it was just so great!!

Yesterday night I can’t even sleep tight…too excited liow…coz the happy stream just flow in my mind n body…Before laying down I SMS my dad n bro to tell them this good news…and my dad congrats me too…today I still feel energetic..not sleepy at all…I still stick to MyFM and listen to other lucky one.

I still dunno how to spend this money until I get it. Brandon finally registered himself thru SMS. Friends, if u wan to stand a chance faster SMS now. Carnival TV3

Last weekend quite busy coz FIL not around. This time he went to Taipei, Taiwan for holiday. Hopefully they can enjoy the trip in peace. Although Taipei was not the city storm by the “Taily” wind.

Karnival TV3 was at my area this round. Heaps of crowd visited and causes traffic jam and road block. Well…the situation was expected, nothing was so surprise and frustrated. It held at the carpark outside Bukit Jalil stadium. I took this opportunity to visit, just walk 5 mins across the road. Booths available are like Maxis Hotlink, P&G, Maggi, DutchLady, Dewan Bahasa, Zoo Negara, Naza Motor, Maybeline, Munchy’s, KFC n etc…Many lelong and good deal around, all other booths many sold malay foods and drinks and also live performances.

Sunday night before the carnival call it an end, fireworks again was lighted up the stadium, it was just popping up above my apartment, watching it for 15 mins..just love the firework sensation.

Holiday

At 12.00am sharp look outside from my bedroom window spotted 4 places light up with fireworks..although enjoy it from far but the firework and the event does boost the Merdeka count down celebration. Aft tat, bed-time..wake up the next morning 9am…can’t sleep too late as the body clock set to 6.30am.

Wake up clean the house then went out to have dimsum breakfast at Tmn. Connaught. As usual holiday everywhere is full of ppl. Met a fren there also having their dimsum..see the world is just small…went to Leisure Mall aft half an hour. Initially wan to go fitness and met up Brandon’s classmate. At the end, not going to fitness, coz spend too long listen to his to shared about a business plan…this fren of him very secret, in the phone he do not wan tell what kind of business he wanted to shared. Upon met up he and his teammate were along…main issue is not talking abt the plan yet, but is all about what is ur dream to achieve in ur life n chit-chatting…bla bla bla…then only we know they wan to introduce us Lampe Berger business…They do not told us directly what is the plan all about, bringing us to turn big round abt the dream, quite boring to listen to them for 2 hours..and Brandon at last can’t go for his Body Pump class.

To me, MLM business structure is not suit for us or long run, as my past experience in Omegatrend, I found myself really not into it…even I work very hard in it for a few months, of coz I understand if I really put in my whole effort to aim for it, sure one day I still can achieve what I wan. But my mind and heart told me that I’m not into it, I still prefer something more realistic, I dun wan to force myself. As Brandon said, imagine the whole world is master by MLM marketing, so whose going to be the end consumer and from where the money going to flow into ur structure?

Aft this section, outside was raining, so we went over to Cheras Plaza Neway to sing K. Just 2 of us sing for 3.5 hours non-stop until voice half gone…hahaha…then we went home..Cook some pork porridge to sooth the throat..that’s my holiday!

Patriotic me

Open up newspaper everyday, aside from MCA election which hav cover half of the daily news and now almost comes to the end, fuel price going to rise (again…) n other issues like accident, civilization problems n etc.. What makes me so happy to bring up the news I read lately were these – Change MyKad Win Prizes and also Mega Discount on Traffic Summonses.

I was thinking how come government so good…for change MyKad win prize, there will be a total of 80 prizes are up for grabs every month and every draw will schedule at end of the month of Sept, Oct and Nov. So meaning if u having MyKad u and I will automatically stand a chance to win, they will draw u by ur I/C no. Dunno whether I got a chance to get one of the prizes among Malaysian, very tiny hope..just let the luck take place…who knows…as so far in my life I’m not that lucky in this kind of draws...for nation normally this kind of lucky things will more go to the malays…I think many times they are very lucky, those big grand one always they got it.



See most of the time, we just complain n complain about the rules set by government…What a kind n generous of them, this time not rising the summon rate but got discount somemore, aft mega sales, now mega discount ha…so fren if u know u having “dried beef slice” pls get it settle, as this special discount are in conjunction with Independance Day only…for 2 weeks time only starting from Sept.1, all kind of traffic summon will get 50% discount…report saying there are 8 millions unsettled summonses, so faster go n check see whether u are in the ‘hall of fame’.

So happy abt it? hhmm..should b ok la…of coz the more the merrier…at least now we see something benefits to us ya…

Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka! “mat du ga” - whatever add/rise, “mei tit ga” - rice price drop (haha…lets hope..) whatever u call it…we should love our country, respect the government n the nation…later hope can get to see some firework at Bukit Jalil here, not went to any place to count down…just wan to get more rest…National Day is the best time to show ur respect to the country, see this in New York..

At least 600 Malaysians took part in the first-ever Hari Kebangsaan float parade in Flushing, New York on Saturday that brought the normally busy Main Street to a standstill. Dressed in traditional costumes, they marched and waved the Jalur Gemilang in a parade down the two-mile route. The four floats that were decked with Malaysian flags had children and adults on board dancing and waving to the crowd. The catchy joget numbers had some passers-by dancing to the beat.

So lovely n warm in foreign country can feel the home culture n taste, I believe this is also a great chance to promote Malaysia to the eyes of the world....Can’t deny, in some area Malaysia still Boleh!

Grubby Monday

Since last Saturday that was a stink smell in the office, believe that smell was come from the air-con there. So, I dun care of it as I was only on half-day work. Today, open the door, the smell is more stronger and it comes from the ceiling above my seat..OMG…how am I going to sit for today…believe that this time must hav died mice up there again…so called the store worker to check up the ceiling, as last time there was one died up there and rotten with worms…so smelly and feel wanted to vomit… aft open up a few ceiling board to check, nothing found, my malay gal check at the air-con, open it up the smell is very strong come out from there, but still not able to found any died things…look, check, found the whole office from ceiling to floor, nothing found, but the smell really killing…

So, for the moment to lighten the killing smell, we just spray it with mosquitoes spray, hope it kills something up there…then close the ceiling board. The smell was still there, but not that strong …uurrgghh…

While we cleaned up the desk n floor space aft ceiling board open, another things come up…under the CPU server we found worms, a few…imagine how come it come out from there, there must b something died inside…it comes out on the desk a lil by lil underneath it…we not open up the cpu and check yet…today really makes d malay gal can’t concentrate at work n now she was quite geram, pity her, coz the smelly air-con n the “wormed” CPU is at her side…I can’t do anything as I also take in the bad smell with her…

Usually these creature accompany us in the office with just 2 of us, small flies, spiders, and those tiny flies which hook at those smelly things; they fly in front of ur face…so this are the things wit us…we clap our hands everyday…hav to bare wit it…coz this is a warehouse…

"Blessed"

Last Sunday, I got this brochure from Jane about this 4 girls group will come to perform in this week. I was so eager to look forward this day. As u know yesterday was “Hungry Ghost” day, but nothing can stop me from attend it.

Brief intro about them – They are 4 girls in this group named “BLESSED”. Namely Sophie, Annie, Lily and Angela. Average age 20+, all of them are from different country but being brought together to form this group 5 years ago by a Taiwanese producer name Elvis Hsu in US when he have this vision from God. All of them studied there majoring in music, dance and performance in Uni. Till today they hav came out 2 albums. Heard the “Blessed”, kinda of holy yeah and yes they all are grow in Christian more than 10 years and having much experience to serve in church. 4 of them pretty girls, having a very nice voice. The music sharing nite brought out like a mini concert, got encore ending and album signing section. They sing all 10 new songs collected in their latest albums “By Heart”. They also shared about their own background and life experience with God. Besides that, they also showing us their VCR all the way in producing this album and they are how they blessed in making this album. Can see how God’s great work in between them. You might think that they sing like traditional church songs or hyms…no, no, none of that feel at all..this album bring out all about love and care of God, which can make u quiet ur heart and relax while listening. Nothing to sing on worshiping n praising God. Just that the contented meaning all comes from God loves. I love almost all of the songs…especially “The Power of Love” in English, which sing in Acapella style. All of them hav good voice. Even those popular entertainment program producer in Taiwan are invited them to join in they entertainment interview or game show.

If u noticed on Wednesday and yesterday they are being interview on air in MYFM and Ai FM (Radio 5). These 2 days heard the song and being played. Media promoted this album out to the public like those newly release album/songs, not only limited to the churches and believer, that will be more easier to accept by young ppl.

This album release in June this year and was hit in Taiwan and US. Next stop they will be in Singapore and more others Asia country and now they are in the midst of arranging the album going in to China market. Hope more ppl can get the good news.

I went with my cousin sis and bro and other of their church members. I sat in the front row and enjoying the whole night great performance. Not forget to bring back 2 of their albums, “Your Love Feeds my Soul” and latest one “By Heart”. At the end of the concert, v all get signed on our album. Reach home at 11.20pm, Very happy :)

What makes me blog this today as I read an article from newspaper during lunch just now, and it might b helpful to the workacholics…

15 TIPS TO MAKE YOU MORE ENERGETIC DURING WORK
1. Be used to this attitude, reach the office 10 minutes earlier, blend ur own hot sugarless green tea, sniff in and taste a lil and let urself start of a brand new working day.

2. Always hav some mint or soothing throat sweets in your pouch, take one to moisture ur throat and it will helps to bring back all ur mind and soul.

3. Throw away the medical oil and changes to a baby purfume, use it as the fresh sweet smell will wake u up.

4. Try this, plug in a small fan into ur computer USB port, it allows more fresh air flow if ur surrounding the air flow is not good enough. (Preferable if it can spin out some refreshing smell). - dunno whether got sell here?

5. In the aircon room, water mist and moisture cream - a must have. Use the water mist to wake u up then moisture ur face with some cream. Remember that, feel pretty also another way to boost up ur work efficiency.

6. When u nearly going to “catch fishes”, stand up walk to the escalator or lift, go up and down for few times, professional hav proven that it simply can kill away ur sleepy mood.

7. Ur fav idol pic or some scenery that u longing for..choose any one to put as ur computer wallpaper. When u feel boring or frustrated, look at it, it might helps u to get out if it and feel good again…at least.

8. Facing problem in the mist of preparing some plans or work which u can’t get a solution yet, very irritating, do rest for a while. On ur MSN or Yahoo Messenger, find one or two fun loving fren go and chat for a while, relax and start ur work again.

9. Important client meeting which make u so tense. Dun get panic, go to the washroom, brush ur teeth and the tooth paste smell can let ur mind awake and ur smile will simply more confident.

10. Facing too long infront of computer n u might get dizzy now. Slowly get ur things on ur desk arrange it back nicely, slowly throw away the unwanted paper. While u clearing ur desk it also clearing ur mindset.

11. Extremely tired? Ready a bottle of lavender essence oil, a few drop of water n oil allows the smell flows in the air and deep breathing immediately, it make u more refreshing. Besides that, change to hav green tea instead of having coffee. The world trend now is drinking green tea as it helps in beauty and health very much. Those who loves green tea are great in reducing of bad temper.

12. Bring some snack food to share wit ur colleagues, dun forget girls friendship more or less is come from the food n chatting. Moreover, lots of the snack food can help to slow down aging and take away tiredness.

13. Work tired, hard feeling, do not rush back home. Perhaps go for Spa or foot reflexology, bringing in the essence smell and slowly let urself go into the quiet sleep mood, guarantee that tomorrow u will feel good at work.

14. Because of rushing a plan, 3 continuous days u having OT. Ur body, mind and soul may exhausted. Aft the plan over, take a sick leave and rest at home. Appropriate rest will bring more efficient in ur coming plan. I think ur boss will understand this well ya.

My weekend

Since every Saturday is a working day to me, but i still feel very happy today, the biggest reason is because the haze goneee..haze pls go..go..go....never come back...Sumatera and the local goverment pls do something and do not try to tell lies to urself and all the citizens here...u too also sucking in the air. Hope aft today clear blue sky, clean fresh air will stay forever...not sure whether this time they going to take this seriously or not...hopefully next year do not see the haze again...

I went off in the afternoon, take LRT back to Bukit Jalil and then went to Carrefour...wat else...'marketing' again la, not plan to buy many as the meat always not as fresh as in the morning market. Bought chicken fillet for tonight spegahatti and also some packed ingredient for bak kut teh, soup and steam chicken. Went home without rest, start cleaning up the house and clear all the smelly clothes and towels. By the time aft clean n cook already 6.30pm. Feel a lil bit tired. Stay in front of the TV and computer before sleep.

Morning wake up quite early as Brandon went to hiking while as usual i went to church. Today came a very special speaker, he is not a normal man, he is a man who have past his 17 years life on his wheelchair. In his young age he was an active athletes in 400m run. Lower part of his body hav paralyse, his hand is not able to move around much, and he also not able to sweat. Because of an accident, it took away all his living ability.

A great changes in his life, if the church pastor, bro and sis were not there to help at sunny or rainy days he were not took his courage to live till today. He shared a lot of his experience and he told us that everyday we should b feel thankful, no matter in good or bad. God do not promise sunny day, no pain n no sorrow, but thru it God guide us to hav faith in him and let us grow stronger. Today he no longer mind on how ppl look at him, God have fully recovered his broken heart n soul. God even gave him the ability to writes songs and now he hav successful came out the first album of his life, an album writes about the Lord great did to his life.

A wheelchair man can still praise and thankful to God everyday. Why not we should also be praising n thanking our God for we still living completely, coz we do not know how our days pass for the next 20, 30, 40 years..but I just know that to be faithful to God till end of the world and he will promise there are no pain, no tears n no sorrows.

Lately due to haze and now gone already, I have been done a lot of cooking that why i store some meaty in my fridge to b ready can cook at anytime..Sunday night dinner cook a lot, eat twice only can finish up the dishes, sometime 2 person very hard to cook also..hehe... Bee Moon visit me to check my wedding album again, as she was not satisfied with hers one, and also sending me her red bomb n also her wedding photo..so happy for her...
