Every night during my sleep, my right whole palm sure get numb and every morning I need to do some palm twisting before I can really sense on what I touch. Not only that, sometimes short nap also numb. This happen since long long time ago and I didn't really go and find out what causes that. Until last Sunday morning, the numbness is getting terrible until the bone further up of my palm got swollen inside and pain. This time must get some medication on.
In the evening, went to the well-known traditional chinese medical doctor who shift from Lumut, Pangkor since last year. His very popular, his name is 郭永华 nick name "虾哥" (Ha gor). Very good in medicate heart disease. Unlike western style, where you pain, kill the pain. Once he check your veins, he can tell you accurately whats wrong with you and not only the sickness that you carry. From there, he able to tell every of your organ whether it is working well. He said my blood circulation is very slow and low blood pressure. The numbness can cure by not sleeping on pillow.
See this is how he taught, fold the towel and the neck area lie on the folded area, to get head to toe sleep in the straight line, helps to straighten the nerves back. Need to eat less in more times to eliminate the stomach pain, don't get too nervous and stress in doing things and sleep more the better (*hinting that I stay late night...what else? PPP lorr....) The result, immediatedly the night I sleep without pillow the numbness gone and the swollen bone area is recover the next day. My mum did try to do it as she also having numbness, the next day she also not getting any numbness. So you can try on if you having such problem. After all the doctor told us that, we human is better to sleep at hard platform and without pillow.
