Thomas Collection II

Terry - the all time big fan to Thomas & Friends is still very loyal and hearted with it. I think at the moment, nothing can replace his love to Thomas trains although I kept introducing him other cartoon's characters like Lighting McQueen car, Bob the Builder, Barney, Winnie the Pooh and etc.

Not to say, the collection are expanding too.

Sticker set, bought at morning market. RM1 each. The stickers still well keep in the plastic and he is not taking it out to stick anywhere yet. Just look see and put back to his bookshelf.

Kikansha Thomas Choco Pretzel RM3.50 from Isetan supermarket. Found this during one of our shopping trip when he make fuss. Once he got this, he totally keep quiet and happy munching it.

Thomas underwear RM18, bought from a seller in Multiply. Actually there are cheaper one at night market. I only know that after I bought this first pack.

Thomas Tank Engine Quilt Fabric 4 fat quarters (1 meter). Got this from an eBay seller in Australia. I bought 3 fq and she is so kind gave me another fq free make up to 1 meter. Include delivery, it is AU$20.70. (AU$5.45 per fq). The fabric is very good and soft. I plan to make him pillow case and bolster case for him or may be a quilt blanket.

Am I spoiling Terry with so many Thomas stuff?

Karaoke on FIL Birthday

Backdated @ 22/9/09

FIL's birthday fall on the Raya Holiday. We took this opportunity to have family gathering as well. SIL#1 booked a karaoke room at Neway Times Square for celebration. It was our first time brought Terry to sing and also with ILs. I really worried that the boy was not comfortable with the environment plus we went at his nap hour. Anyway I still go ahead and just leave if he not ok with it.

The last I went to sing K was way back in year 2005. Haha, I also afraid if I'm still can sing, true enough when try to choose songs, many of the songs I used to like I have forgotten the song's name. Not to say those latest one, familiar with the lyrics and singer, but I got no idea what is the name of the song. Everyone was singing except hubby, he shy to sing among family members.

Each head entry is entitled for 2 drinks or 1 snack 1 drink. We ordered some food, snack and drinks to yak while singing. For Terry, he was not counted in the head count, but charged belongs to peanut/snack fee, so he got free drinks too. The boy was having all fun time eating snack and drinking juice. We selected some children songs by Twins like Old McDonald, London Bridge, ABC, If You Are Happy, Ten Little Indian Boys, Mary Had A Little Lamb and etc.

Everybody sang together for him too when the songs played, but he refused to sing holding the mic. He only clap his hands and asking for some songs again and again. He found the microphone is something new to him. He kept playing the power button switch when other was singing. He had forgotten his tiredness and last till the karaoke section end.

Before we leave Neway, SIL brought a Baskin Robin ice-cream cake for FIL and we sang him a birthday song. We were so full after the cake and snack before, but FIL still wants to go for dinner.

FIL brought us for steamboat dinner at Hakka Restaurant. On the way to the restaurant the boy knock off immediately for 10 mins cat nap. Thank goodness he was not making fuss and cranky when I wakes him up. He managed to eat a little and all he wants is juices only then go tour round the restaurant with SIL while all of us still eating. After the dinner about 8pm, he dozed off immediately too and he not wake till back home. He was extremely tired and flat by then. I woke him up for milk at 11pm, then brush up and he continue to sleep again till next morning.

Green Helps

Although the calling for saving mother earth is very encouraging now, but it still not comes to my concern of stop using plastic bags or take away food with own containers. It is because the convenient is still there whenever we pack outside food or shopping.

Last year, there were news saying the disposable food containers or CFC food box will be stop using and we were asked to get ourselve prepared with own container and bags when need to pack food or shop. But, I don't think this calling is a successful one and supported by many. The usage of disposable-ware are still remain everywhere and people are still keep disposing it. I think in Penang, there are stores practising on NO plastic bags day. Am I right?

Why I'm writing this is because lately during one of the shopping trip hubby makes in Village Grocer, he got charged of RM0.10 for storing his purchased item into their plastic bags. He came back and complain it and said from now on he will prepared his own reusable shopping bags.

I strongly support his move and I also started to do so. If those days I got less carriage when going out, I will bring my own food tiers container to take away food and always get ready some reusable shopping bag in car. But, I always have this doubt when carrying own bags to shopping. Some stores are not allow to bring big bags in, so how are we going to use our own reusable bag in this case to support NO-PLASTIC-BAGS?

Anyway, just want to know, so far have you start practising the act?

Page Boy Terry

Terry was getting his duty as a ring bearer cum page boy on my church sis's wedding on 20.09.2009. Finally, it all went on well and I really proud of my baby. This was his first time and I'm actually more nervous than him.

Way back in 3 weeks time I already start prepared him for the job, told him about it and keep pasturing the word PAGE BOY. Every night after our night prayer, I will practice the walk with him (sometimes with a small pillow representing the ring pillow) by humming the standard wedding prelude. At times, he refused to do it and cry, also when shopping for his attire, try fitting on him, he not really happy with it.

May be the color of the attire is not attractive to him as he was not wear on plain black and white outfit before. My mum even asked me to push away the job, since he cannot co-operate, but it is not too nice as the day was near and also I take this as a challenge for him to get him discipline and do something. I trusted Terry he can perform it and I submitted him and the job to God for his willingness to do this.

Besides that, I even created a playlist with 12 video clips in YouTube related to church wedding march, page boys and flower girls and get him to watch, like one of this.

He even laughed at some and say page boy, cute..LOL! I also brought out the Precious Moment doll for him to play, to show him the handsome attire and ask him to wear like the doll. Actually I'm not allow him to play all this while, just because of the job, I gave him the right permission to touch it. It was the wedding doll set put on my wedding car back then.

As the days draw near, he no longer showed his unwillingness and rejection. Whenever he saw his costume and shoe, he will happily say page boy, page boy. I’m much relieve when I hearing that. On the Friday rehearsal night, I got him to wear the full costume and also I prepared some sweets to bribe him just in case he gets cranky.

Full costume ring bearer

So far so good, on the rehearsal night he was quite co-operate with few times practice on the walking from the entrance to the front stage. I keep accompanied beside him and I got all kinds of thought, what if the actual day he not sees me, cry, refuse to walk or walk half way run towards to stage and shout for mummy. Well couldn’t care that much, just let him do it and put faith in God and trust that the boy can do it.

On the actual day, supposed he got 1 hour time to nap at home after lunch at 1.45pm, but he just couldn’t sleep and keep tossing. I was thinking that the short nap at least he can rest and regain his energy for the program later. When he couldn’t sleep, I started to get more nervous. Don’t care just go ahead and dress him up. In the car can see his tiredness already. The wedding ceremony delayed till 4pm to start. In those waiting time, he actually started to look for something, wants me to carry and pull me in and out. I know he wants his nap already, also he was just recovered from sick few days ago, still got a bit of running nose. I kept him inside the toy room, talk to him and kept bribe with sweets, just to stay put him till everything over.

The worst was the bow tie, passed to me just before the wedding march starts (long story, won't be sharing here). Almost end up with big fuss when putting it on the boy. Luckily he didn't and I kept distract him with more toys and sweets. So much after long waiting, it starts.

There were many cameras and camera flashes facing in front of him. As he walks towards the front, the camera-man still stand there to snap snap blocking his way to walk forward. I got to asked them to make way for the page boys and flower girls. It was actually a bit havoc down the aisle as there were narrow walk way and too many ppl standing in front and also in the march queue. I accompanied him walk in the beginning by standing besides the audience chair and ask my dad to continue guide him to the front half down the red carpet. He walked without looking back and very steady till to the front stage.

Phew~ I totally relieved by then for that 5 minutes job, it done really well. While waiting in the front seat for the couple to march in, Terry played with the ribbon on the ring pillow and he accidentally dropped one of the gold ring on the floor. Luckily I was there with him and I heard it was dropped, quickly I picked it up and pass it to the groom's relative to keep. When the couple comes up to front, I brought the boy back to the toy room knowing that he couldn’t sit still for the rest of the time. I kept him there till the ceremony over and when Pastor announced the newly wed, I brought him out again to the march leading by the couple. I don't have any video or more pics to show now during the march. I was just too busy managing the boy's march. Mostly are with the photographer. Hopefully I got a set later, just look out in my Facebook for updates.

I left the church at 5.10pm after the ceremony ended to give time for the boy to rest as the night 7.30pm was the wedding dinner. We not stay for the photo session later. The boy dozed off immediately once got in to the car. Once back home, quickly shower him and put him to nap. He managed to nap for 45 mins only then wake him up to go dinner.

He was all charged up by then and he was well-behave throughout the dinner. I brought along some stickers for him to play. The dinner was held in Thean Hou Temple's Hall with 88 tables. The dishes were great just the service was bad. The dinner last till 11pm.

All sick at home

Not sure if it is a sick season now, 3 of us at home took turn to fall sick. It was started from hubby. He was sick on last Friday, got sore throat, flu and fever. After he got recovered, on Monday Terry's turn. Immediately brought him to paed. Doctor first ask which kindy he attend. No, he was not schooling yet, but that day I did went to kindy hunt with him. Doctor said it was not possible catch sick from there. Doctor said he catch cold. Slight fever and nose block, throat not red. During the examination, he mention that so far no need to test on H1N1. I was thinking is that so serious yet need to do the test, cause only a small sick now. I was thinking this doctor might be mentioning the H1N1 test to all the patients. To me I never thought of that at all, since he was not on high fever.

That night, when we were at paed there, lots of patients. Bump into my friend WY, which her 2 sons got sick. She mentioned to me weeks ago, her 2 sons almost caught on H1N1. They were on high fever 41'C, went to paeds there took the H1N1 test (RM100 each test). Doctor took the mucus for testing. It was put on a test stick, just like pregnancy test. If it showed 2 lines means confirm. For her son case, 1 of them the result is not so clear on the 2nd line, then doc said need to send to the lab for further examination which cost RM500. Luckily the result turn out negative and it was a big relief for her. All in all she has spend almost near to thousand just on testing the H1N1.

Ok, back to us. After Terry took 2 days of med, he feels better. He was not too sick actually he still run around and play just like his usual self, just that he knock off for nap time more early and longer nap hour. On Wednesday, it was my turn. Starting with left nose block, then comes to night time the throat pain was killing and the nose block till I need to breath with mouth. I was just having 3-4 hours slept that night. The next morning, my whole body no energy, quickly settle the porridge for lunch and dinner, slept for an hour while waiting my dad fetch me to doc. Back home, feed the boy in speed then hit to the sack slept till evening. It was 3 quarter of the day spent with my pillow and tissue box. After a day med, today feels better, but still a bit dizzy (cause by the fever med) and nose blocking.

So I was not sure, was it a spread from the family or we caught sick separately from somewhere else. But anyway, Thank God we are recovering now.

Try on Scar Cream

Terry has been putting on Cica-care silicone scar gel sheeting for 8 months time now. So far those red raised scars got flatten, but skin color is still far away to get recovery back to skin color. I’m yet to find another better solution for his bad scar.

Not long ago, after Vivian asked me about the doctor for burn (her baby got burn on cheek), I began to search more info on scar management when she found out that Egyptian Magic Cream works good for burn skin. At the same time, I also walk across all searched sites for Burn and Scar Creams, in hoping that I can use other product to speed up the scar appearance recovery.

Many good ones are only available in USA and I felt it was so hard for me to just buy and use it without any support from here. Finally I got ScarHeal.com, they offered a range of scar recovery products made in USA and what so good is that, there is distributor from Malaysia and many other countries too. This is also one of the few scar cream that I come across of the after use result which looks convincing to me.

Without further delay, after some correspondent with the Product Consultant here, I got the Scar Esthetique® Scar Crème for Terry to use for free (the first tube only). Since it is very new in Malaysia (3 months ago got government approval here), the company wanted to take Terry's scar case as its clinical sample, that is why they offer me the first tube to try and can get further discount on the rest. This range of scar products only available in hospital under recommendation of doctor and it is not going to sell elsewhere.

The Product Consultant was good enough to send me the tube by hand. For clinical test purpose, she took some of the photo of Terry's scar and gives me more info on their range products too. She further advised me that the cream got many tested on and used which the result is proven it works. Well, I really hope it can help Terry too.

On 22/7, right after I got the cream, I put it on a few area of scar on arm, shoulder and back for 3 times, 3-4 hours apart once. It not show any bad sign on the 3 times application. In the evening when I bath him, I found all those patches which I put on the cream got RED all over. His skin got irritation and it was hot chili red! I shouldn't have put it at more than one area when trying on new cream. Luckily it not appeared any major rashes and itchiness, as I don’t find him scratch on it. The redness on skin was burning hot too when touch on it. The scale redness is large as where the cream was rub on. Not only the redness appeared on scar skin, it also on good skin area.

Quickly after shower, I applied whatever soothing lotion, cream or gel on frequently. Terry's skin must be sensitive to some chemical ingredients or the skin is rejecting the new ingredients which he not tried before. I was so worried too if the redness will cause other reaction, I was planning for the worst to consult skin doc or paed, if the redness still remain for days. Glad that day by day, after applied Calamine lotion and Aloe Vera gel, the redness got reduce and I didn’t consult doctor at all. But all this after use result happened, I did report back to the Product Consultant and she make an effort to refer my problem to their local and US panel doctors and further advised me what to do.

On the following week, she advised me to put the scar cream once a day on arm only, to see if his skin got irritation again. By doing that way, it also take times to allow the skin to get used to the ingredients. Too bad, his skin appeared in red again in the end of the day for that 1 time used. But the skin is back to good again after Aloe Vera gel. So it was confirmed by then his skin cannot use the Scar Esthetique Cream anymore.

No choice I got to continue to use Cica-care gel sheet for the time being. The Product Consultant and Manager did concern Terry's scar problem a lot and wish that he can try on others, as there are new products coming in, might be laser machine or some other cream. After discuss with hub, we hold on for anything now and find out more about laser treatment first. The Product Consultant shows me on a real case and story who've been using laser for treating old bad scar.

The Story summary:
" It was triplets’ baby girl, 3 of them they caught in a house fire. The babies mum died in the accident. The burns leaving down lots of bad scars all over their bodies from face to leg. They were now aged 22 went through laser treatment using Lumenis’ UltraPulse CO2 TotalFX fractional laser treatment and the bad scar got reduced and faded tremendously. They were being interviewed on July’09 by ABC News 20/20 on their recovery and the laser technology. "
>> Click here for full story, video and more pics… <<

Although it was a one-time laser treatment, but I still not able to accept the boy needs to go through the skin pain again at this age. I will wait for few more years and see how his scar recovery first, see whether the soften scar skin area will get stretch up and eventually faded. If it is the case, I don’t think he needs to go for laser. Also, as he grows if he agrees to go for laser for better recovery, we will still make it for him.

After all, in my finding, the best non-surgical theraphy for scar is using silicone gel sheeting and pressure garment. Of cause, the result may appear better if can combine use with other treatment. At the moment, aside silicone gel sheeting, I’m more interested in trying scar cream, hopefully very soon I can find another good scar cream which suitable for Terry.

All Girls' Gathering

@ 26th July (Sunday)

A super back-dated post :P

It was another round of primary sch classmate gathering. This bunch of mates were same class with me since Standard 1. Actually prior to this gathering, we were planning to go for 2D1N PD trip. But, due to low response and many prefer gathering, so we cancel the trip plan and have a Hi-Tea gathering with teacher.

So there our gathering 7 of us with Teacher at The Curve, The Terrace. Sadly, only girls able to turn up. First time ever the attandance are all girls. We were on ladies talk, baby talk, marriage talk and mother talk. Teacher was so happy when we have gathering and she always looking forward to see her students who not ever turn up before.

Actually in the early trip plan, the organisers (I'm one of them) did make an effort to look out those lost contact one. Thanks to the existance of Facebook, we managed to get back some of them, now only left like 14 of them which we really couldn't locate them elsewhere. We got 46 in the class and it is not too bad we still keep in touch with majority of them. Hopefully as years come and gathering on, we can have more and more turn up on gathering day.

Coca-Cola Braised Chicken

From the picture, it looks like a normal braised chicken. I was actually a bit surprise when read that this was cook with Coca-Cola! With some mummies who has experienced to cook and eat before they are highly recommended it. Of cause with the simple and easy to cook recipe, it looks really convincing to me to taste it very soon.

Last 2 weeks, with the recipe from here and here, I put up my first try of cooking this Coke chicken. It really looks so delicious when it cooks. The taste is like sweet soya sauce and I couldn't really get the taste of Coke. The meat is so tender and the sauce blend in quite well too. Terry and me can take it quite well, but the boy found the taste a bit boring to him and he began to eat slower and slower. For daddy, he found the taste is weird.

It is too sweet for his liking and the funny taste. Normally he'll not comment on my cooking as long as edible, but this is the first time he said this is not a delicious dish. I don't think I will cook this for 2nd time. It is not-laku for us.

The Lei Cha Meal

Ya, I got to tried that out, this Lei Cha delivery meal was my dinner last night. Since hubby was not eating, I was lazy to cook up some dishes too for 2 of us. Just call up for this delivery will do. I placed my order around 3.30pm and they delivered to me at 6.10pm. The rice and ingredients are still hot when I receiving it.

For a vege and soup lover, I heart this a lot at anytime. Somemore I'm in the midst of watching my diet now, this Lei Cha simply suit me the best. Overall the taste not bad, acceptable and the portion is big too.

This is how the set looks like. The soup base they pack in a paste form and you just need to add hot water to dilute the paste into the bowl given. The soup taste just right to goes with the rice.

Ah Nyok Lei Cha - RM6 per set with FOC delivery. I think they are still quite new around the town, do remember the check the delivery coverage area and you can do online ordering too.

# This is not a paid review.

Meal Delivery

I have been taking 10 months long those food delivery for lunch, I can say there are acceptable only la, nothing to shout about. After all it is still home-cook based, I just want to save the hassle for going out and eating out.

Remember last year when the petrol price hiking, my mailbox suddenly got lots of those pizza delivery and home-cook delivery brocherus and flyers. Basically for home-cook delivery, all are about the same, 2-3 dishes plus 1 soup or no soup and w/out rice. The only different is price per pax. The more persons you order the more cheaper. Some they even have weekly menu which let you choose from vege to meat.

Among all those, the unusual one is the food-court also having delivery service for hawker foods like tai chao or chinese cook dishes. I never try these before and I think is rather expansive with delivery charge depends on area. Another one Iranian food delivery which happen within my apartment only. And, few days ago I got this - Lei Cha delivery.

RM6 per set with free delivery. Stated order and delivery time too.

This really sounds new to me, traditional Hakka food also up for delivery service. I'm a big fan to Lei Cha, hope can try out this one day and the price is quite reasonable too. Looks like the meal delivery service are expanding to different varieties of food and many are quite pro now with website.

Thomas Collection I

I also follow the crazy of Thomas like Terry does. I'm the same excited when I saw Thomas stuff everywhere. Last week, during our shopping, Terry saw a baby stroller hanging a Thomas shoulder bag and a backpack. He was so excited, keep pulling me to follow the stroller and even tried to pull my hand to get the bag for him. LOL! He giggled and pointing at it when goes near the bag. Indeed, really, the bags are nice and I almost wanted to ask the lady where she got it, but I didn't la. Guess it not sell here also.

Continuous from the last collection, below are some add on Thomas items. Saw some cutlery from 100 Yen shop sometimes ago.

Got him the bowl, spoon, fork and water tumbler. The chopstick was souvenir from Mama PL during her trip to Japan.

This is worth buying...
I got this from a road side stall near OUG wet market - RM32. The quality was quite good, the whole bag is fully padded. It was not so an original design from UK (it also claimed got license, but from Hong Kong, Made in China). Well, as long as the boy likes it I will make it for him. Oh boy, with a school bag carried on his back, he really looks like a schooling kid already..well that will be soon.

Next, RM10 for 3 stickers & coloring book.
Out of 3 books, I got him 2 Thomas one. The 1st one already fully doodle and koyak. Another one for spare. He loves those stickers and sticking everywhere - on his colour pencil box, toy mirror, wall and his body.

And lastly in this batch of collection, Thomas Matching Numbers set - his birthday present from Mummy Moon. The boy just started to get the idea how to play with it, but most of the time those cards scattered around the place and he is more interested in keeping those cards back to the box when I start cleaning.

There are lots more Thomas items in the shopping mall, means there are more to buy. I hope I'm not getting too much for him and started to get spoil.

For the sake of

........ looking good and fit

........ stop buying large sizes clothes

........ stop complaining I'm fat, I'm fat!

........ admiring nice dress but couldn't fit

........ wearing the old frame top, pant and dresses

........ bulging tummy causing lots of guesses whether I'm preggie

I DECIDED TO....
Eat salad as breakfast for at least 3 times a week and less meaty on daily meal. The salad ingredients are Australia lettuce, purple cabbage, Acerola cherry, cherry tomato, gold kiwi and hard boil egg topped with coleslaw dressing.

AND,
For the past month, I'm have been start taking Tummy Trim drink too for the purpose of colon cleansing and loss fat. So far the result quite ok, but it still not achieve the optimum weight and tummy size I wish.

Finger cross I have the persistant on keeping the diet and for the next 3 months, at least - if I'm getting a smaller tummy then I'm a happy lucky mama already.

June Days

Month of June just past by so fast, half of the year 2009 gone. Comparing to last year June, it was totally a big contrast. This year June indeed is an eventful and challenging one to me. I got a peaceful birthday, Father's day and a little achievement I got in my new found business. Ya, I know the past was over, can't help I was kind of those who like to think the past, be it happy or sad. Last year these June days was the bad and bitterest moment in my life. But I still thank God for I'm able to live over pain and struggles and He reminds me always to put him at the first place.

My Big day
Turned big Three-Zero on 18th June. Reaching another great milestones of my life, by God grace, hopefully the coming days are more a colourful, fruitful and blessed one. You see when we are at 10, 20 we are very looking forward to grow up, but when the number starts at 3...ahh...I wish the days come a bit late. Anyway, Happy 30th Birthday to me..Thank you to all my dear friends on your lovely wishes from sms and FB. Nothing surprise me on this day. No cake, no candles to blow and no present too, but I'm glad enough hubby able to back early from work and brought us out for dinner at Fusion Haven, Sri Petaling. Even it is just a simple one, but I feel contented enough with everyone at home completely healthy and happy. Nothing I can ask for more... here a mass birthday celebration at church on 28/6 for April-June's baby..April- Mum, May- Terry and June- Dad, bro and me. All of us in the family are fit in there, but my mum not in the pic...
Father's Day
Hubby worked till forget about this day until I reminded him. We went out lunch with FIL at Cheras, Hakka Restaurant - Chuan Kee and night time have hawker food with my dad at Puchong Jaya food court. Wishes both dad and hubby, Happy Father's Day. May your love and care always be with the family and continue to stay strong for us.

Little achievement
I may not mention here before. Since after wearing Teviron, I'm actually slowly started to involve in Nefful business in January. My initial plan after 2 months using was to share this products with ppl around me and help ppl to gain health. I never thought of want to achieve anything in short time, cause the target for another level is quite impossible for a mum like a me who stay at home 6 days a week.

Attended the marketing and product talk once a month on weekend really taught me a lot of things. At the same time also try to equip myself and pick up more knowledge on business and marketing, as I think I have been slowly left out from the coporate world. I began to apply what I've learn and share with ppl. It was not easy at start and how to bring out the work. I didn't force myself so hard and try my best to work on it when time allows and also I didn't set any time frame for myself in achieving anything, as my SAHM duty still comes first. There were some busy days, I even run my works tagging along Terry and go everywhere except attending talks.

Since April, I began active on it and also because all the while I started to share with ppl and they began accepting it. Within 3 months time (time frame to crawl each level), I successfully hit RM18,100 sales for Nefful and promoted to Manager level on 24th June (dateline 29/6). It was a bit unbelievable, since I'm not-so-good in sell products and sales talk, with help from partners and encourgement from family, finally I make it! I was so happy and of cause the products got to do the talking and work on users.

Besides the wonderful products, the business plan also the one I like it very much for a SAHM with no capital to start anything. It not involve start-up cost, no keep stock and no maintanance on sales volume, which makes me easy to work on. Indeed this business also giving me lots of freedom and space. I'm still working hard to share with more ppl the goodness of this piece of Teviron with the aim to help ppl gain health first and at the same time continue to build a firm career with Nefful in next few years.

With this lil' achievement, it shows a good start in rolling out the business, I also give myself a new look. Last week went to Shunji Matsuo New Generation for a hair cut by Sunny.

It is short now after sometimes of keeping the boring shoulder length long hair. I like this new hair style (consider bob hair), looks fresh on me..soon I will go change my senget spec frame too. That's explain why I suddenly disappear in blog and not leave comments to others too, but I still read all of them from Google reader. My blogging will back on track soon..

My New Found Love

For the strong UV sunlight nowadays, I need a pair of sunglasses...My choice - Elle Sunglasses for its chic and stylish frame. My first cheapo sunglasses is no where found and seen (probably sold together to the used car dealer already). Bought this at Focus Point during the recent big sales (3/5) at RM210 after 50% less.

Next, for the frustration of having blur pic with my active boy and snapping blur close-up shoot, I need an all handy, anti-shake, slim, light, multi-functions with high MP camera. My choice - Olympus mju 1070, latest model from Stylish µ series. My first solely own gadget. Got this at Fotokem Digital Fest recently (7/6) for RM899. No discount or best price but comes with free 4GB microSD card and some extra freebies.

µ 1070 - compact digital camera incorporating a 12-megapixel and Olympus-original TruePic III image processing engine, 3X optical zoom lens in a stylish, ultra-slim body with a depth of just 16.5 mm and a slide-barrier design. Beauty mode to enhance the appearance of the human face.
Tripod, camera clean cloth, flash light and extra camera case

I'm still in the midst of playing and test shooting many object with it. This will gonna be an extra item to bring in my bag wherever I go. Hopefully got more pic to share in my blog soon. I'm in another k broke =P so no shopping for the next 2 months *blek*

The Baby Bliss is in town!

Shopping for our little one is forever not enough. Most of the time during my shopping trip, I'll brought back something for the kid. The launching of The Baby Bliss is giving me another great place to shop the best for them at home.

Today (8th June) mark the official launch of the website and they are giving away RM300 shopping vouchers. 30 lucky winners will stand a chance to win RM10 vouchers. All you need to do is subscribe to their mailing list and every lucky 8th person will walk away with a RM10 voucher, it is just that simple!

The Baby Bliss offering high quality Naforye products, clothing, footwear, Bugslock, gift certificate and pre-owned item. Among the Naforye series of products, I like the keeper bag with strap. The bag can store some little essential item when go outing and at the same time the strap can keep them safe in our hand at busy place. The design is small yet cute, just right for a walking baby size.
Mummy who get stress up when going out, whereby the little one not allow you to hold them or they just love to run around and ahead of you. You really need this to keep them safe with you. It helps a lot whenever you go shopping or walking on a busy street. It comes really handy when you do not have extra pair of hand to hold them and keep an eye on them.

Other products in the line are so cool too like air-flow series (cool mat for baby crib and playpen), baby carriers (Air-Flow, New Epoch 4-in-1 and Into Vogue), Nursery Items (bib clips, bottle holder strip, sheet and mattresses protector, child safety vest and up-up stair dining chair cushion) and teething blanket.

Currently The Baby Bliss store is only available at online. The outlet store will be open for business on 14th June 2009 at The Atria Shopping Center, Damansara Jaya. Do drop by at them or click on to visit the store now, you will find more surprises on the new range of baby item.
