Vitamin for recovery

Since Terry's eating time is terrible now (he needs 1 hour or longer to finish his meal) and he eats little too, basically he don't have much appetite these days and I still try to find out whats wrong with him. I was so worried sick too on how much vitamin his body will absorb since he is eating so little and his skin recovery need lots of carbo and vitamin everyday.

Last Sunday, I was followed my mum to her nutritionist clinic. So I took the chance to ask more about skin recovery and he suggested these to us majoring in skin cell renewal. He also share with me lots of natural nutrition info.
These are the vitamin products are currently taking - Colloidal Silver, Injury drop (to repair and renew skin cell), Vitamin C and E (4 types from Dr. Chan), Nutrilite Chewable and Elken IG6

Terry's current Dr. not giving him any oral vitamins or medicine to encourage speedy skin recovery. Only given the itchy cream (doesn't work much too) and also ask to eat more food. But you know kids, you got no way to force them if they don't want. Everyday during meal time and sleeping time the scratching series is on, more or less no appetite because of that too.

Hopefully the vitamins can strengthen his body, renew the damage cell and speed up the skin recovery.

About this Nutritionist we are going. Here is the website http://www.natural-health.com.my/. He is not a doctor prescribed medicine, but he promotes good health using the natural way and taking vitamin to balance up the body elements. Many doctors are his patients/ customers too. The most he is doing is asking for remove tooth filling (the silver colour cement for closed up teeth holes), as the mercury use in the silver filling greatly poison and damage to our health. Do read in his website on cancer cures and other patient's testimonials. Hope you find it useful.

Just to share my mum's case. She always has joint pain here and there, been taking lots of nutrition products, western or chinese way, whichever ppl said good, but still couldn't get rid of it. After doing the heavy metal tests from the clinic, the result shows that her body having toxic and unbalance metal elements everywhere, if not cure, she will get cancer very soon. Yes, previously those vitamins and nutrition product she took is no wrong, but it increase some elements which the body not needed a lot and some elements is not enough. Meaning if you eat Vit A-Z, it is not all that you really need. By eating the right vitamin only your body will benefits from it. After more than 1 year she taking his prescribed vitamins, now her body is at great condition.

This uncle church member's son who suffering from skin eczema for years have seek for skin specialist and medication everywhere before he met Dr. Chan. When he met Chan, the first thing is ask him to remove the silver tooth filling then took the required vitamins and in 3 months time the skin slowly recovering.

Bento attack

So here I come, finally this Bento-ing virus attacks me. It has been awhile this bento hitting and I have seen many blogger mummies making nice bento lunch box and what I can see in all the bento box is the LOVE!

Not only can see nice food arrangement, but the kids also eat happily. All these while after seeing so many nice Bento set, it still can't trigger me to start doing it. But yesterday I'm not sure what's wrong with me after reading Kiasumum doing her simple Bento, I immediately think of start doing it too and ask around where can buy cheaper Bento accessories. I began to browse some Bento online shops and start selecting which I want. Really, the more I check the more I want to buy. I just buy a few first, really afraid that I'm the kind of "3 minutes hot" to it.

As a new starter, I'm getting some basic stuff like Bento lunch box, dish cups, food picks, baran, egg moulds, rice moulds and bread cutter. Here already over RM200 damage. Some items are quite expansive, for those I'll put on hold first or I'll go 100yen shop (at SS2) to find it. Hopefully I can stay good in doing it else it will be like wasted. I can't wait to see my boy first expression on having nice Bento food arrangement.

Slow eater

I got a series of brain "whacking" moments when comes to feed Terry everyday. It was not happen to him since he starts on solid. Lately, he eat very very slow. He can takes up 45 minutes to 1 hour to finish a small bowl of porridge. Eat rice take even longer.

I was wondering whats wrong with him eating that speed. Not hungry? I have tried to fed him past usual meal hour which I think he was hungry enough by then (sometime he even call out want to eat before that), but still he eat very slow and can't even finish the small portion. No appetite? may be those days when he sick can excuse. But these days still the same, he keeps the food inside the mouth and swallow it slowly until I need to keep asking him to swallow, eat or stroke his face.

Terry is starting to become a slow + small portion eater. I was thinking that if I feed him appetizers before meal, I don't think he can eat the main course anymore.

Luxury clearance sale

So, whats the happy thing about making me can't sleep?

Anyway, it is not happy already after I got back from the Valiram Group top luxury warehouse sales at Grand Millennium. Thats about my dream to be a proud owner of COACH bag. I can't get any nice bag from there :(

I was sooo wanted to buy it from eBay US, being that the imitation goods is so alike now and Coach is so hard to differentiate and see which is authentic which is not just by the picture. So, I stop thinking to buy from there, to avoid more disappointment on paying the actual price, get the fake thing.

Yesterday when I got to know Coach on sales from shoppingnsales.com, I was telling myself I must go to have a look in hoping to get it. Well, I'm not a big fan to buy things from warehouse sales. Up to now, I went less than 3 times to any warehouse sales. To my concern, warehouse sales is about clearing old stock, outdated fashion, rejected items or item almost expired.

Because Coach is luxury brand, so I got to try my luck. They open at 10am. Since I have those concern, I don't want to go the next few days or any hours later, as the items may get lesser or may have more disappointment. Reach there at 10.05am, gosh! long long queue outside the entrance.

The organiser arrange it in such manner for the comfortable of shoppers not sqeezing with each other and crowded at shopping area. We went in batch by batch. I was at the queue for 45 mins only able to get into the Fashion function room entrance. There are 2 rooms, 1 side for watches and another one for fashion (bags, shoe, apparel, purfume and chocs).

Before I enter the room, I saw big big poster, only cash and VISA accept. Oh my..I didn't read properly the brocherous and I brought my MasterCard along only. I just told myself...sei for, if I want to buy also cannot liow...no cash. Pls don't let me see the bag that I dream for. Don't care la..still go in. Once I entered, directly head to Coach. Lots of people standing there to choose, but can see most people also see and put back. Me too, it is a bit disappointed that the design are outdated and old stocks. I used to saw that at eBay long time ago. About the discount, up to 70%, yes it is for Jimmy Choo and other brands. For Coach bags only have 50%. There are keyfob, shoes, purse/wallet too. But all are still expansive, it is like RM1k above. For purse or wallet, not really so attractive too. Design on coin purse the most and the price is ranging RM300-RM900. Only have limited design on handbang and somemore they pour out different design batch by batch, not all you can see at one go. Really so disappointed. Saw that these Coach bag or purse are not come with care card and box. There are a few Coach shoe are quite nice, but I no fansy on that. Quite cheap on the canvas shoelace shoe (60% less).

Proceed to other counter on Charles & Keith shoe, purfume, Shanghai Tang, Chloe, Jimmy Choo and chocolate also have like Tobelerone, KitKat and some other (not sure never check, heard the expired is near). For purfume, it is not cosmetic purfume. Majority nothing to shout about, old stock, old design, old colour and all expansive...branded one after discount still RM1k above. When I see the crowd is getting pack at Charles & Keith, I walk back there again and check. Saw few shoe design I like. So, I pick it up, try and get the size I want. End up only 1 of it have my size - 35 (so small..) as a "compensate" not back with empty hand. Many are go for chocs and shoes.

Spend 30 mins there, luckily no nice Coach bag I caught, else I will like hitting my chest. Actually I did saw my friend (she also not bring - another chest hitter) and her friend actually have it and can pay for me first. But end up no purchase also, so no need la..
Charles & Keith shoe - RM 70 damage

So now better save and or else see lou kong "sing muk" to let my dream come true. I have been wandering outside Coach boutique everytime I passed by.

Ohlala...my dream - latest design (Pic source from Coach.com)

Change new header

It has been a year since I use this template and the header. Have been thinking want to do a face life to my blog and change header quite sometimes ago. But couldn't find the time to do. Tonight, I couldn't sleep after patting my boy sleep. So, got up and place my idea in.

Old header, just for memory

The old header just simply do last time cause don't want the white background. What is the different is last time the header I used to host it somewhere, cause that time Blogger got problem loading in header picture by clicking "Browse" and even problem with photo URL. Now OK already. I just browse the header picture out then Save. It's done!

Thats my idea how the new header looks like, but I feel this design is too simple. Also, another reason why I can't sleep. I got something happy thing to do in the morning. Is like my dream come true to own it. But don't know can or not la..just see how is it.

5 Foods Women Need Most

In continue of 5 Foods Men Need Most, here are the food list for women.

  1. Papaya
This fruit packs about twice the vitamin C of an orange. Add it to your arsenal against gallbladder disease, which afflicts twice as many women as men. After analysing the blood of over 13,000 people, scientists from the University of California, San Francisco, found that women who had lower levels of vitamin C were more likely to have gallbladder illnesses. One medium papaya (about 280 grams), with 188 milligrams of C and a mere 500 kilo-joules, is a refreshing source of the vitamin. Best of all it's probably growing in your garden.

  2. Flaxseed (亚麻籽)
Bakers use this nutty-flavoured seed mainly to add flavour and fibre. But scientists see the tiny reddish-brown seed, rich in oestrogen-like compounds called lignans, as a potential weapon against breast cancer. An exciting report at last year's San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium showed that adding flaxseed to the diet of women with breast cancer effectively slowed tumour growth. You can flavour your muffins with flaxseed, but the easiest way to get the beneficial lignans is to sprinkle a few tablespoons of ground flaxseed on your morning cereal. Look for the seeds in health food shops. They're easy to grind in a blender or coffee grinder. But get seeds – there are no lignans in the oil.

  3. Tofu
Foods high in soya protein can lower cholesterol and may minimise menopausal hot flushes and strengthen bone. Isoflavones, plant chemicals in soyabeans that have a structure similar to oestrogen, may be the reason. Though animal studies form the bulk of evidence, a human study found that 90 milligrams of isoflavones was beneficial to bone (specifically the spine). And two other studies suggest that 50 to 76 milligrams of isoflavones a day may offer some relief from hot flushes. Half a cup of tofu contains about 25 to 35 milligrams of isoflavones.

  4. Pork
Due largely to menstruation, women tend to be more anaemic than men. And low iron levels in blood can cause severe fatigue. To get a good dose of iron, try pork. It has what every diet-conscious women wants – lots of iron and fat that can be easily removed, compared to most cuts of meat. According to the Asian Food Information Centre in Singapore, a palm-sized pork steak has about 1.4 milligrams of iron. Best of all, says Dr Mark Wahlqvist, president of the International Union of Nutrition Sciences, eating a small amount of pork with a meal increases the absorption of iron from accompanying vegetables and cereals.

  5. Cabbage
This humble vegetable may help fight osteoporosis, which affects many women late in life. In addition to getting adequate amounts of calcium and vitamin D, some studies suggest that vitamin K may have a bone-protective effect as well. Based on data from one of the largest studies of women, the Nurses' Health Study, researchers discovered that women who ate enough vitamin K-rich foods (at least 109 micrograms of the vitamin daily) were 30 per cent less likely to suffer a hip fracture during ten years of follow-up than women who ate less. Researchers point out that dark-green leafy vegetables – brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli – are all good sources of the vitamin. But cabbage is among the best.

Biotherm facial products

I have been trying out lots of facial products and frankly tell you I haven't found any of that I like. Facial products from shopping mall counters, direct sales, from beautician all I used before, but none of that satisfied me. My face skin is kind of sensitive, oily and having visible pores. I also quite particular on the feel after applying it, make sure it is not sticky, not oily, not shinning and not itchy; also the product can't contain with strong alcohol ingredient.

My last set of facial products was before I'm having Terry, after that I'm using those normal products from pharmacy and thats really quite spoilt to my face skin. It is almost near 3 years I didn't really take care of my face and use proper facial products. No, I did't go back to my beautician too to have facial treatment. My face really looks the dull and "yellow" (wong min po).

Also because I found my skin having more pigments, I started to realise I got to take care my face before its too late. First, I got my collagen masks then a set of facial product. I've shortlisted to SK-II and Biotherm. After asking around for the effectiveness of SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, I found that it is not really that good too for many people who used it before.

Lastly, I gave a try on Biotherm (oily to combination range). This is the set I got back.
Starter set - Facial cleaner, Toner, Serum (sample, but finish), Moisturiser and Sun-block (sample) with pouch (RM90)

I really so satisfied with it. The serum, moisturiser and sun-block not leaving any oily and sticky feel after apply. I don't feel my face very oily after all day long and even come back from outside. I slightly can see the result after using it for more than 2 weeks. I'm happy and like it. It totally suit my needs. I think this could be my end search of facial care products. Can't wait to finish this set and get a regular size for all.

More are coming

Writing paid posts have been quiet for sometimes. I'm not login to all those I used to do to grab offer too. Few months ago, I'm actually having these few advertiser or webmaster (I'm not sure) always approach me to write credit card reviews for them and the payment is like I got to do 4 Payu2blog. Of cause money and offers come to my front, why not? I just sapu everything. Since lately the USD is raising, I urge to write more now. These 2 weeks manage to do some from PPP and LL. Not bad..few words and ideal pay.

Mainly because my blog is back to PR2, I can see those offer coming in, else is like nothing for me. I will fully utilised the opportunity now to grab as many as I can. Really quite sometimes my Paypal have not been doing any cash out.

Our Mooncake day

It was a busy day for us. Early morning, after having the wholesome breakfast, we head to my mum's place and send her mooncake then start our shopping for gifts and also bring the boy to have fun.

We shopped at The Gardens, went to Isetan toys department, bought a birthday gift to my nephew - Kieran and not forget to top up new toys for the boy. We stayed long in the toys area to select the gifts and let the boy play Lego and touch around on the toys. Weired, he not wanted to hold on any of his favourite - Thomas train. He plays and put back. Even I asked him to choose one between Thomas and James, he put back both *slap forehead* so not getting any Thomas toy and daddy choose these for him..

Counting Friends Phone and additional puzzle collection

Proceed to Braun Buffel outlet and bought a wallet to father as birthday gift. About time Terry got tired, feed him milk. Carry the sleepy baby and continue to walk. Bought mooncake (Six Happiness 9 mini mooncake) and thought wanted to get a lantern but no where found in toys department. Drop by the gift to my cousin's house, pack late lunch then we head back to rest.

Evening raining again, looks like the fullmoon might not be seen. We went back FIL's home for dinner then watch TV and Terry having fun time running and playing with SIL. No one playing lantern or candles. We have mooncakes and chinese tea after dinner..Oh my, I'm eat very full during dinner and the sweet mooncake just makes me feel so bloated. Time to back home, when Terry bring over his shoe to daddy and ask to wear for him.

Is a day over now, I hope is not too late to wish everyone Happy Mid Autumn. Hope you have past a good one too.

5 Foods Men Need Most

  1. Tomato Sauce
Men who eat a lot of tomatoes, tomato sauce, or pizza smothered with the stuff may be giving themselves a hedge against prostate cancer. So say researchers at Harvard University, who studied the eating habits of more than 47,000 male health professionals. They found that men who ate tomato sauce two to four times per week had a 35 per cent lower risk of developing prostate cancer than men who ate none. A carotenoid called lycopene, which tomatoes contain in abundance, appeared to be responsible. But scientists were puzzled: tomato juice didn't seem to have a protective effect. Other research show why. For best absorption, lycopene should be cooked with some kind of fat. So pizza may be just what the doctor ordered.

  2. Oysters
Myth has it that oysters are the food of love. Science may agree. Just two to three oyster deliver a full day's supply of zinc, a mineral critical for normal functioning of the male reproductive system. Scientists are divided over reports that sperm counts have declined over the last 50 years and that environmental factors are to blame. Nutritional deficiencies do seem to be the cause of certain cases of low testosterone. Getting adequate zinc is sometimes the answer (up to 15 milligrams per day is recommended for men; more than 40 milligrams can pose risk). In one trial, 22 men with low testosterone level and sperm counts were given zinc every day for 45 to 50 days. Testosterone levels and sperm counts rose.

  3. Broccoli
A recent Harvard study finds that cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli, may protect against bladder cancer which is common among Asian men. Scientists analysed the diets of nearly 50,000 men and discovered that those who ate five servings or more per week of cruciferous veggies were half as likely to develop bladder cancer over a ten-year period as men who rarely ate them. And broccoli and cabbage were singled out as the most protective foods.

  4. Peanut butter
If you want a healthy heart, spread your morning toast with peanut butter. Heart disease is the leading killer of men and women, but men fall victim at an earlier age. Researchers from Pennsylvania State University compared the cholesterol-lowering effect of the step II Diet of the America Heart Association (AHA) with a higher-fat diet based on peanuts. The AHA plan included more carbohydrates. The peanut regimen was 36 per cent fat. After 24 days both diets lowered "bad" LDL cholesterol. But the peanut plan also caused a drop in blood fats called triglycerides and did not decrease HDL, the "good" cholesterol. The AHA diet raised levels of triglycerides and lowered levels of HDL. "Peanut butter is a little higher in fat," says Penny Kris-Etherton, the lead author of the study. "But it's the type that's good for you – monounsaturated fat." Researchers have predicted that the peanut diet could reduce heart-disease risk even more than the AHA diet could. Just don't go nutty plastering on the tasty spread, since it is high in kilojoules.

  5. Watermelon
Until the age of 55, more men suffer from high blood pressure than do women. Research suggests that foods rich in potassium can reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke. The evidence is so convincing that the US Food and Drug Administration recently allowed food labels to bear a health claim about the connection between potassium-rich foods and high blood pressure. "A good goal for potassium is about 2000 milligrams or more a day," says Antigone Blazos, a lecturer at Asia Pacific Health and Nutrition Centre in Melbourne, Australia. Watermelon is a rich source of this mineral and has more potassium – 664 milligrams – in just one large slice than the amount found in banana or a glass of orange juice. So cut yourself another slice and enjoy its cool taste.

Kiddo says #1

It was my cousin brother's son - HN (Feb 2006 baby - 3 months older than Terry), he starts to talk at very young age and all this while he is quite mature in his speech and conversation. Here is one of the conversation been told by his grandma (my aunty).

Situation: His grandpa (my uncle) having operation at stomach area, back home one day. His arm cover with a towel (to HN with towel on means that area is in hurt or pain, which is not actually to my uncle), so that HN not climb on his grandpa when he lied down and easily reach his stomach area. HN cry out loud insist want grandpa to remove the towel before he step into the house.

Grandpa give in and remove the towel, and been told and warn seriously not to climb on his body. HN went back to maternal grandma place one day and told her about the incident where grandpa is pain and he said this: "Once I cry yeh-yeh quickly remove the towel already."

I speechless such a small boy can say such already...

Microwaved water

I'm a person who very anti-microwave. Although I have one in my kitchen, but I seldom use it to heat up food or cook. Microwave will release a kind of heat wave that will corrupt the food DNA and kill lots of good vitamins. In my common sense, eating too much microwaved food also can cause cancer.

During those my working days, every morning I found many of my colleagues reheat the hot water to boil to make coffee or drinks. This is actually a very very wrong act to warm up the water. Just check the picture here, how the plant growth on the 1st day and the 9th day using microwave water and purified water.

So, what do you think the drinks you took works to your body? Here is another video shows the re-action of microwaved water to make a cup of coffee.

This can simply cause you to have 1st and 2nd degree of burn injury. Do not heat any liquid for more than two minutes per cup. After heating, let the cup stand in the microwave for thirty seconds before moving it or adding anything into it. Better still, of cause always boil water with kettle.

Ten Reasons to Throw out your Microwave Oven

From the conclusions of the Swiss, Russian and German scientific clinical studies, we can no longer ignore the microwave oven sitting in our kitchens. Based on this research, we will conclude this article with the following: -

  1. Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term - permanent - brain damage by 'shorting out' electrical impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].
  2. The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-products created in microwaved food.
  3. Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by continually eating microwaved foods.
  4. The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long term, permanent] within the human body.
  5. Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the human body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.
  6. The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.
  7. Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths [tumors]. This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in America .
  8. The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase in human blood.
  9. Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.
  10. Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.
Have you tossed out your microwave oven yet? After you throw out your microwave, you can use a toaster oven as a replacement. It works well for most and is nearly as quick. The use of artificial microwave transmissions for subliminal psychological control, a.k.a. 'brainwashing', has also been proven.

Both sick

We have a real bad Tuesday. Terry was not having a good night sleep, tossing and cry a lot, of cause I couldn't sleep well too. His body is slightly hot throughout the night, but no fever sign. I wake up early morning since couldn't sleep and I feel something not right to me too.

After we both have breakfast and shower. I start sneezing, there after I heard Terry sneezing too with lots of mucus. Both wrapping wan-ton the whole morning. We are having bad flu. Quickly let daddy know and he manage to back at 3pm brought us to see doctor. Terry was no appetite to eat too since last night dinner and lunch. No wonder...he wanted to get sick.

Since Terry's skin check up is on this Friday might as well back to DSH to see paed too. But all closed at 4pm (puasa), so only manage to see the skin doctor. Continue to wrap more wan-ton in the clinic. We are the last few patient there. Doctor check on Terry, of cause with loud cry everytime when we was there. This round doctor stop giving itchy med, he gave him Elomet itchy cream to apply when needed. Olive oil continue too. He wants Terry to wear a netting baju, just like his preassure sock to flatten the scar area and grafted area. The rehab center there took his body measurement and we will only collect it by tomorrow. Hopefully Terry willing to wear it and the netting baju won't cause any uncomfortable to him.

We left DSH at 5pm and went back to OUG for my turn to see doc and also visit paed with Terry later. Went to this clinic for the first time. Doc said my flu is cause from the throat infection and right before I left the consultation room, the doc also sneeze, she said the flu passing to her. Saw paed re-open at 6pm, so we wait there and been told that doctor only came in at 7pm..so wait and wait. This is our first visit to this paed too. We got #3 in the waiting list. I'm very veyr tired with more wan-ton going on. While we are there, many parents dropped by to buy medicine without doc consultation. It must be regular customer and many took flu med too. Our turn, Terry loud cry again when doctor check him and give him a pity look on his burn area. He continue with lots of question on how does it happen after check his sickness.

There finish we packed dinner and reach home already past 8pm. After 5 hours out the house to visit hospital and 2 clinics. Quickly shower Terry and make mee suah for him. Poor boy, while I feeding he was too tired and he fall asleep while the mee still in his mouth chewing. Immediately I stop feeding and make him milk and let him sleep..too tired after med and sick. Me too very dizzy and half dead. Finish the dinner, took med and head to bed.

Yesterday really very tired and hard to pull myself up from bed. But still got to. Cook porridge then clean the house before noon. After lunch, both nap for 2 hours plus. Wake up feels better. Today, Terry looks much better than me, my nose still block.

Bike cornering

Bike, this is how Terry named his push car and pedal bicycle. Till today he still loves the push car more than the pedal bicycle. When he is on pedal bicycle, sometime he is lazy to move with this leg, he wants us to push him at the back. He can master the speed when rides on the push car. This push car really a long lasting toy, he has been playing it since 9 months old.

Now not only he can speed riding on the push car, whenever he ride fast and want stop at one point (normally near door), he will make a stylo cornering. Just check the video. This action he knows quite sometimes ago.

Boiling drama

Over the week, I was rushing on this hit movie - Heart of Greed II - Moonlight Resonance (家好月圓) which currently showing on Astro On Demand. I'm not having that channel. It was all downloaded.
Everyday I was boiling a few episodes. Currently I'm at episode 20. Compare to Heart of Greed, I'm more prefer to current series. I find that it is more touching and more family lessons to learn. There was a few scene which really makes me cry. All the casts are very good in acting, I particularly like Hoh Ma.

That's our day!

It was sooo long since the last we 3 go out together. Finally, on Monday we got the time and we spend our day out of the house for the good 5 hours at Mid Valley. We just want to bring Terry out of the house as he has not been to anywhere except back to hospital for check up.

He is extremely bored at home (actually me too). Everyday evening is raining - can't go out to park or else the big hot sun hanging up the sky - he can't go under sunlight. On Sunday, happen my parents and aunt visit us, when they leave the house, he looks so dissappointed after waved bye-bye to them. He kept pointing the door, whining and want to wear shoe go out. Oh boy, so pity for not bringing you out. So, for not letting him down, the next day we got brought him out to walk walk no matter how.

We out the house around 11am and easily get a parking too when we reach. We only eat, window shop and bring Terry for all kid's ride in Jusco.

Terry was having the sidelines - rice, baked bean, mash potatoes and muffin. He was all the way "uummm" means taste good la...But to me it was getting bad each time. It was like more than 10 years ago, every Friday I went down to KL Kasturi for tuition. Me and my bunch of classmates for sure no fail will go for Kenny Rogers at Kota Raya before our class. During that time, it was all really good and tasty. Too bad, now I can't find back the taste.

We proceed to window shop for toys. I was so afraid the boy will going to hold on one toy (especially those Thomas), refuse to let go and later may be cry and create havoc. Luckily he was not, when I try to distract him by saying Thomas is there, more here and etc..he will put down the toy and let me hold his hand and go. We then went into Jusco for all kid's ride. He was good too, not stick to one ride after it stop and co-operate when we want to go.

After the ride and all, he was tired to walk. Daddy carry him and we proceed to The Gardens. He refused to walk too when we were there and wants me to carry. So I did, carry him walking up and down The Gardens till he falls asleep on my shoulder.

Since he slept we can't walk for longer too. The boy refused daddy to carry, he cried when I passed him to daddy. Walk back to Mid Valley, feel hungry already. We have our late lunch at Madam Kwan's. Hubby ask for Fish and Chips and I have this -

Nasi Bojari

My first time here. It was good, the portion is big, see the drumstick..very satisfied. This plate makes me full till 9pm. Terry was still sleep on me while I'm eating. Back home my whole body ache after carrying the boy walk in the mall. Took a quick shower and catch a nice nap. Dinner time I cook again, but I have it late.

Thats was how we spend our day. See, things around are expansive, just eat without shop already damage RM100+. Really hard to afford to go shopping and eat out every week.
