# Vitamin for face

My cousin sister wedding day recently give a great chance to relatives and family to meet each other again. This time round when I meet my another cousin sister again, she obviously looks so different since 2 months ago I saw her. She has lose weight and her face, breast and hip looks slimmer too.

Although now she got a smaller face shape, she found her face started to appear some fine lines at the eye area and wrinkles too. Now she can't wait to use the vitamin c serum to prevent skin aging and at the same time she also looking for some god eye cream.

# Smell of Christmas

These few days, my house post box is filling up with Year-End Sales brochures. I just get to read through them and the sales promotion items are all about Christmas sales packages from toys to facial care and many many more. Some of the items are selling in real good deals. Looks like I need to prepare my Christmas shopping list now and gear up to shop it all back one day.

The must have is Christmas Cards and gifts for exchange, not forget to prepare on behalf of Terry too. Can't wait to welcome the seasons and I'm sure the malls will be merrily decorated up soon.

# Consturction jobs

The development of business center, shopping arcade and housing area in Damansara is getting more and more with the convenient of all highway linkage. The growing of this small town area also creates lots of business and jobs opportunity. As for current, many construction jobs are available there.

A few of my friends studying Quantity Surveyor field, just before they come out from the college, there are some construction company already booking for them in providing them the position once they graduate. There is also opportunity to go oversea for training on the QS related job.

# The soft bed

The company team building that we went few months ago, we gets to stay in a 5-stars resort hotel. It was a newly renovated hotel with a great beach view from our balcony. The room is quite comfortable too with an extra day bed by the window.

The bed is the one I like it the most. It equipped with high quality Egyptian cotton sheets comforter and the bed sheet too, how wish I can sleep for 2 more hours in the morning. It is Thistle Hotel in Port Dickson, I'm planning to bring my family here too one day for holiday.

# Maintain a health body

My body always gives me a signal like not digesting well even I have eating lots of fiber food. Sometimes it cause me like going to fall sick. The good food nutrient that I'm taking it was like not able to absorb by my body.

I have been reading a lot about colon cleansing, maybe I should give it a try. It is time to detoxify my body and lose some weight. Hopefully it works to give a deep cleansing to my digestive tract and purifies the vital organs.

# Loose some pounds

My cousin sister will be getting married in next 2 weeks. May be because of her tiredness on preparation and not resting and eating well, her body react strangely that she is getting fat now.

She started so worried of it and asking me whether the lipofuze review she read before on lose 7 pounds in 7 days that really works. She is really so desperately to shed off the fat as soon as possible and be a merry bride on her big day.

# The hot weather

The summer weather throughout the year in our country is nothing unusual to us. But to foreigners some not really can take the hot weather here.

My friend who recently backs for holiday and just right at this time the weather is very bad. Her kids not really can stay under the weather and all day long they need to on air-con. My friend even grows some body acne at her chest and back which causing her a lot of uneasy. She told me that she will never like to stay longer here and perhaps she never think of moving back here too because of the weather.

# An afternoon call

Yesterday when I was at my mum's place, I overheard her phone conversation with her friend. My mum was in shock when knows that, this friend of her Madam Mei is one very concern of her health diagnose that she caught in an early stage of Mesothelioma cancer.

My mum keep encourage her not to be feel down over it and have to think positively. Glad that this friend accepted it and already start taking the treatment step by step provided by her doctor. Wishing her speedy recovery and pray that God show mercy and miracle to her sickness.

# Hair loss control

Hair loss is a command thing happen to in all of us. Obviously, men gets the serious hair loss when they aging. We women too, after giving birth. Those days was the time when the hormone change, we will suffer a short time of hair loss.

My friend just found something surprised her. She maintains to use the hair loss shampoo every day since after give birth and it is so obvious that her hair loss problem is getting better compared to previous round.

# Go diet to keep fit

I have been asking around those slim fit mummy, how can they maintain such a good body lines after gave birth. Many says the energy and fats burn through day to day full time taking care of the kids, but this don't really helps to me.

I have also been trying eat low carbohydrate foods and taking more fruits vegetables, but this doesn't help to maintain a balance diet in me. Should I consider taking diet supplements? I have been asking my family doctor about the safe diet pills on the pharmacy shelf. She always advised me to check the KKM approval and read carefully the ingredients.

# Love the growing days

Babies are growing up real fast, never that we realized counting their days, they had turn into toddlers that knowing lots of things around them. I really miss those baby days of mine little one when I'm fully taking care of Terry.

I love to cuddle this cutie pie and dress him up with all the nice baby clothes that I special picked for him. Now those baby wears are kept nicely and store up in boxes. Besides that those baby photo and video of him can simply cheer up my days.
