# Fat burner for you?

My superior always said this, Life is short, do whatever you like and eat all you want. No doubt he loves to eat too. Few weeks ago before Mid Autumn, he told me that he already finish eating 12 pieces of different flavor mooncakes.

Well, he is one happy go lucky, he don’t really care what others laughing on his round tummy. Even if he takes the best fat burner now, but his love eating habit still not in control, it couldn’t help him much too.

# Keep a good bodyline

It is always easy to go wide, but not narrow it back. I’m talking about the body size. It goes wide also cause by age factor and our living style. Especially lady, we like to keep fit on all area from face shape, burst size, waistline up to hip size. We try every way to make ourselves looks good.

I always asking people around how to lose abdominal fat and keep a nice shape of tummy and waistline. We hate it so much that when a pretty outfit put on us can simply been spoil because of the tummy shape.

# Muscular = tuff

A man with thin body size always couldn’t give a secure and tuff feel. This is also what hubby thought many years ago during that time when he was not that muscular.

He has been joining gym and fitness center since few year ago and always the trainer and fitness consultant give advice on how to build muscle fast and what protein drink to take in helping to boost up the muscle build. Though hubby he not having those 6 packs, but it definitely looks much better with the muscle on arm and thigh.

# No, no wrinkles

I’m one that had not been so hardworking in apply facial care products day and night. Since entering into aging age, I try my best to keep myself looks good by eating good, use health products and sleep well. I don’t want that my beautician tell me so soon that I need to add on a wrinkle fillers on my daily facial need.

Talk about facial care product, my cousin at the very young age of 13 already started to use anti-blemish facial care product. Well it is good that she knows it need to take care now, rather than it let the blemish spread not in control.

Lantern. Mooncake

....representing the Mid Autumn festival, the actual day will fall on next Wed 22/9. Have you taste the many new flavors of mooncake coming up in this season? I have tried a few from KLT and find it so nice, the part where it is less sweet.

The boy has brought back 2 lanterns from school, one handmade and another one Japanese lantern pack with candles and stick too. Last Friday night, lit it up at the balcony for him to see. When I try to place the candle in, he told me "Mummy, Happy Birthday"..haha..He got so excited and keep admiring it. He feels that with candle one is more interesting than the electronic one.

Found one thing about the candle, if you think the candle wax will spot on your floor and you got to scrub it off after play. After the 2 candles finish burning from the lantern, I don't find a single spot of the wax drop on the floor! Wondering what is it make off and is it a new thing?

# Facial set

My facial set is almost finished and I intent to change another facial brand when I shop for a new set. I did check and ask around from facial counter, getting samples and also at the same time read some anti aging product review from magazine.

Finally I found The.Face.Shop range of facial products from Korea that my skin that able to tell - it is the one. I immediately fall in love to it. I perfectly love the feel and skin surface after use. Not only it comes much cheaper than my previous set, most important is the natural ingredient in making of the product.

# Free flow cigar

Few years ago I got a chance to follow hubby attend his lighter supplier's annual dinner night. Overall the dinner night is quite free and easy on the food, award presentation, performance and lucky draw.

Free flow of cocktails and drinks is quite a common, the night all men are jolly because free flow of Acid cigars is provided. Various brands of cigars are available from strong to light flavor.

With a liquor glass and cigar on hand, many men instantly look like a wealthy man. Hubby also try out some light cigar. I was like in a smoke house that night; my breathing is pretty uneasy with smokers all over.

# Netbook wanted

The other day when my uncle plans to get a latest laptop for my cousin, he did ask me for some advices on the latest Acer Aspire range computer. It is also one of the popular choice of laptop in the market now.

Acer brand is quite well establish brand in the market with its own support line and wide range of computer products. After I check through the spec, design and price, I found the Netbook is quite good for a student use. Hopefully my cousin will find it good as this going to be her 21st birthday present.

When there is no plan on holiday....

Long holiday has been making us lazy, lazy to wake up, lazy to cook and clean up. No special plan on this long weekend, just do whatever we like following the mood. Since woke up late at 10am, eating buffet just came into my mind. Call up my family since everybody free and there we go to Jogoya for Lunch Buffet. This was my 4th time eating there and finally my wish came true to bring my dear mummy there to have something good. Always wanted to go, but can't find a right time. So this impromptu plan just nice.

My brother drove us there. Public holiday still kinda quiet in town, no crowd at Jogoya. It was RM78++ for adults and half price for Terry. We have a good 2.5 hours yakking non-stop. This round I got a more peaceful mind to eat and slowly taste the food.

The variety range of food is almost the same, they have Natural New Zealand ice-cream, Haagen Daz ice-cream and Cocktail too.

Terry has been warned before out to be good and behave, he ate whatever he choose (yes, he has been choosy nowadays, from what to wear to what to eat), got him some beef spaghetti, sweet sour fish fillet and a bowl of soup. After his on-going chinese med then he took 1 hour+ nap across 2 chairs.

We hugging our full tummy left at 3.30pm. I don't think I want to eat my dinner tonight. Have a slow walk back to Pavilion and at the same time check out new shoe for Terry, but no faith in getting any of that.

Yesterday (10/9), the boy has been mumbling to go train ride (has been promising him for LRT train ride which not able to make it now) and shopping. So we brought him to Sunway Pyramid after lunch. He just can't leave the place whenever he saw rides and especially car rides. So let him go for it at this Beryl's Chocolate Land.

and temporarily train ride on this till I bring him to ride a real one. It works as for now he has been stop asking me day and night.

That's how I spend my Raya holiday.

# Bone check

Few weeks ago, during my weekend grocery shopping to Giant hypermarket, I bumped into Anlene’s milk powder booth, which they are there promote the calcium rich milk powder. It comes along with a Bone Health Check for free. It also called Bone Density test too to check for osteoporosis.

Statistic shows that woman especially at old age are easily suffer from an osteoporotic. I never did such a test before, so no hesitate I go for it. The test is done within minutes; my right heel will place on a scanning machine after rub on some softgel on the area. The report shows that my bone mass is still at the peak for my age. The nutritionist at the booth also did a brief explanation to me on how to take care of bone mass and the importance of it. It is essential to build the bone mass during the ages of 25 - 35 so as to keep osteoporosis at bay to prevent for not letting the bones goes "thinner" over time. The thinning bones will become weak which can lead to bone fracture.

I make sure that I eat moderately on all food, drink high calcium milk and take daily supplements on calcium like Glucosamine. It should be enough for the bone to stay on an optimum stage. My mum was along to did the bone density test too and her bone also at its optimum for her old age. That can prove from her set of strong teeth!

# New all over

My parent-in-law just go a million worth duplex penthouse not long ago, everything in the house bought new from the lighting to the floor carpet. Everyone said is like a little palace inside, things are bright, new and shining. Indeed it is a comfortable home and with high maintenance too.

Now Terry got a large space to run about whenever we go back, not only that especially my sister-in-law's bedroom, full of toys and cute little display item. He loves to stay there to play it. I just so afraid that he may spoil or broken one of those limited edition.
