At 12.00am sharp look outside from my bedroom window spotted 4 places light up with fireworks..although enjoy it from far but the firework and the event does boost the Merdeka count down celebration. Aft tat, bed-time..wake up the next morning 9am…can’t sleep too late as the body clock set to 6.30am.
Wake up clean the house then went out to have dimsum breakfast at Tmn. Connaught. As usual holiday everywhere is full of ppl. Met a fren there also having their dimsum..see the world is just small…went to Leisure Mall aft half an hour. Initially wan to go fitness and met up Brandon’s classmate. At the end, not going to fitness, coz spend too long listen to his to shared about a business plan…this fren of him very secret, in the phone he do not wan tell what kind of business he wanted to shared. Upon met up he and his teammate were along…main issue is not talking abt the plan yet, but is all about what is ur dream to achieve in ur life n chit-chatting…bla bla bla…then only we know they wan to introduce us Lampe Berger business…They do not told us directly what is the plan all about, bringing us to turn big round abt the dream, quite boring to listen to them for 2 hours..and Brandon at last can’t go for his Body Pump class.
To me, MLM business structure is not suit for us or long run, as my past experience in Omegatrend, I found myself really not into it…even I work very hard in it for a few months, of coz I understand if I really put in my whole effort to aim for it, sure one day I still can achieve what I wan. But my mind and heart told me that I’m not into it, I still prefer something more realistic, I dun wan to force myself. As Brandon said, imagine the whole world is master by MLM marketing, so whose going to be the end consumer and from where the money going to flow into ur structure?
Aft this section, outside was raining, so we went over to Cheras Plaza Neway to sing K. Just 2 of us sing for 3.5 hours non-stop until voice half gone…hahaha…then we went home..Cook some pork porridge to sooth the throat..that’s my holiday!

Patriotic me
Open up newspaper everyday, aside from MCA election which hav cover half of the daily news and now almost comes to the end, fuel price going to rise (again…) n other issues like accident, civilization problems n etc.. What makes me so happy to bring up the news I read lately were these – Change MyKad Win Prizes and also Mega Discount on Traffic Summonses.
I was thinking how come government so good…for change MyKad win prize, there will be a total of 80 prizes are up for grabs every month and every draw will schedule at end of the month of Sept, Oct and Nov. So meaning if u having MyKad u and I will automatically stand a chance to win, they will draw u by ur I/C no. Dunno whether I got a chance to get one of the prizes among Malaysian, very tiny hope..just let the luck take place…who knows…as so far in my life I’m not that lucky in this kind of draws...for nation normally this kind of lucky things will more go to the malays…I think many times they are very lucky, those big grand one always they got it.
See most of the time, we just complain n complain about the rules set by government…What a kind n generous of them, this time not rising the summon rate but got discount somemore, aft mega sales, now mega discount ha…so fren if u know u having “dried beef slice” pls get it settle, as this special discount are in conjunction with Independance Day only…for 2 weeks time only starting from Sept.1, all kind of traffic summon will get 50% discount…report saying there are 8 millions unsettled summonses, so faster go n check see whether u are in the ‘hall of fame’.
So happy abt it? hhmm..should b ok la…of coz the more the merrier…at least now we see something benefits to us ya…

Dressed in traditional costumes, they marched and waved the Jalur Gemilang in a parade down the two-mile route. The four floats that were decked with Malaysian flags had children and adults on board dancing and waving to the crowd. The catchy joget numbers had some passers-by dancing to the beat.
So lovely n warm in foreign country can feel the home culture n taste, I believe this is also a great chance to promote Malaysia to the eyes of the world....Can’t deny, in some area Malaysia still Boleh!

Grubby Monday
Since last Saturday that was a stink smell in the office, believe that smell was come from the air-con there. So, I dun care of it as I was only on half-day work. Today, open the door, the smell is more stronger and it comes from the ceiling above my seat..OMG…how am I going to sit for today…believe that this time must hav died mice up there again…so called the store worker to check up the ceiling, as last time there was one died up there and rotten with worms…so smelly and feel wanted to vomit… aft open up a few ceiling board to check, nothing found, my malay gal check at the air-con, open it up the smell is very strong come out from there, but still not able to found any died things…look, check, found the whole office from ceiling to floor, nothing found, but the smell really killing…
So, for the moment to lighten the killing smell, we just spray it with mosquitoes spray, hope it kills something up there…then close the ceiling board. The smell was still there, but not that strong …uurrgghh…
While we cleaned up the desk n floor space aft ceiling board open, another things come up…under the CPU server we found worms, a few…imagine how come it come out from there, there must b something died inside…it comes out on the desk a lil by lil underneath it…we not open up the cpu and check yet…today really makes d malay gal can’t concentrate at work n now she was quite geram, pity her, coz the smelly air-con n the “wormed” CPU is at her side…I can’t do anything as I also take in the bad smell with her…
Usually these creature accompany us in the office with just 2 of us, small flies, spiders, and those tiny flies which hook at those smelly things; they fly in front of ur face…so this are the things wit us…we clap our hands everyday…hav to bare wit it…coz this is a warehouse…

"Blessed"
Last Sunday, I got this brochure from Jane about this 4 girls group will come to perform in this week. I was so eager to look forward this day. As u know yesterday was “Hungry Ghost” day, but nothing can stop me from attend it.
Brief intro about them – They are 4 girls in this group named “BLESSED”. Namely Sophie, Annie, Lily and Angela. Average age 20+, all of them are from different country but being brought together to form this group 5 years ago by a Taiwanese producer name Elvis Hsu in US when he have this vision from God. All of them studied there majoring in music, dance and performance in Uni. Till today they hav came out 2 albums. Heard the “Blessed”, kinda of holy yeah and yes they all are grow in Christian more than 10 years and having much experience to serve in church. 4 of them pretty girls, having a very nice voice. The music sharing nite brought out like a mini concert, got encore ending and album signing section. They sing all 10 new songs collected in their latest albums “By Heart”. They also shared about their own background and life experience with God. Besides that, they also showing us their VCR all the way in producing this album and they are how they blessed in making this album. Can see how God’s great work in between them. You might think that they sing like traditional church songs or hyms…no, no, none of that feel at all..this album bring out all about love and care of God, which can make u quiet ur heart and relax while listening. Nothing to sing on worshiping n praising God. Just that the contented meaning all comes from God loves. I love almost all of the songs…especially “The Power of Love” in English, which sing in Acapella style. All of them hav good voice. Even those popular entertainment program producer in Taiwan are invited them to join in they entertainment interview or game show.
If u noticed on Wednesday and yesterday they are being interview on air in MYFM and Ai FM (Radio 5). These 2 days heard the song
This album release in June this year and was hit in Taiwan and US. Next stop they will be in Singapore and more others Asia country and now they are in the midst of arranging the album going in to China market. Hope more ppl can get the good news.

I went with my cousin sis and bro and other of their church members. I sat in the front row and enjoying the whole night great performance. Not forget to bring back 2 of their albums, “Your Love Feeds my Soul” and latest one “By Heart”. At the end of the concert, v all get signed on our album. Reach home at 11.20pm, Very happy :)

Stay awake at work
I think you and me sure will have some tired eyes or sleepy mood during office hours. Whats more today is Monday…monday blues again…this morning when u are still in the bed..bet u have ask urself, can I hav 10 more minutes..5 more minutes?...But ur alarm clock always tells u hav to wake up…piggy :P
What makes me blog this today as I read an article from newspaper during lunch just now, and it might b helpful to the workacholics…
15 TIPS TO MAKE YOU MORE ENERGETIC DURING WORK
1. Be used to this attitude, reach the office 10 minutes earlier, blend ur own hot sugarless green tea, sniff in and taste a lil and let urself start of a brand new working day.
2. Always hav some mint or soothing throat sweets in your pouch, take one to moisture ur throat and it will helps to bring back all ur mind and soul.
3. Throw away the medical oil and changes to a baby purfume, use it as the fresh sweet smell will wake u up.
4. Try this, plug in a small fan into ur computer USB port, it allows more fresh air flow if ur surrounding the air flow is not good enough. (Preferable if it can spin out some refreshing smell). - dunno whether got sell here?
5. In the aircon room, water mist and moisture cream - a must have. Use the water mist to wake u up then moisture ur face with some cream. Remember that, feel pretty also another way to boost up ur work efficiency.
6. When u nearly going to “catch fishes”, stand up walk to the escalator or lift, go up and down for few times, professional hav proven that it simply can kill away ur sleepy mood.
7. Ur fav idol pic or some scenery that u longing for..choose any one to put as ur computer wallpaper. When u feel boring or frustrated, look at it, it might helps u to get out if it and feel good again…at least.
8. Facing problem in the mist of preparing some plans or work which u can’t get a solution yet, very irritating, do rest for a while. On ur MSN or Yahoo Messenger, find one or two fun loving fren go and chat for a while, relax and start ur work again.
9. Important client meeting which make u so tense. Dun get panic, go to the washroom, brush ur teeth and the tooth paste smell can let ur mind awake and ur smile will simply more confident.
10. Facing too long infront of computer n u might get dizzy now. Slowly get ur things on ur desk arrange it back nicely, slowly throw away the unwanted paper. While u clearing ur desk it also clearing ur mindset.
11. Extremely tired? Ready a bottle of lavender essence oil, a few drop of water n oil allows the smell flows in the air and deep breathing immediately, it make u more refreshing. Besides that, change to hav green tea instead of having coffee. The world trend now is drinking green tea as it helps in beauty and health very much. Those who loves green tea are great in reducing of bad temper.
12. Bring some snack food to share wit ur colleagues, dun forget girls friendship more or less is come from the food n chatting. Moreover, lots of the snack food can help to slow down aging and take away tiredness.

My weekend
Since every Saturday is a working day to me, but i still feel very happy today, the biggest reason is because the haze goneee..haze pls go..go..go....never come back...Sumatera and the local goverment pls do something and do not try to tell lies to urself and all the citizens here...u too also sucking in the air. Hope aft today clear blue sky, clean fresh air will stay forever...not sure whether this time they going to take this seriously or not...hopefully next year do not see the haze again...
I went off in the afternoon, take LRT back to Bukit Jalil and then went to Carrefour...wat else...'marketing' again la, not plan to buy many as the meat always not as fresh as in the morning market. Bought chicken fillet for tonight spegahatti and also some packed ingredient for bak kut teh, soup and steam chicken. Went home without rest, start cleaning up the house and clear all the smelly clothes and towels. By the time aft clean n cook already 6.30pm. Feel a lil bit tired. Stay in front of the TV and computer before sleep.
This is a 'housewife' Saturday.

Morning wake up quite early as Brandon went to hiking while as usual i went to church. Today came a very special speaker, he is not a normal man, he is a man who have past his 17 years life on his wheelchair. In his young age he was an active athletes in 400m run. Lower part of his body hav paralyse, his hand is not able to move around much, and he also not able to sweat. Because of an accident, it took away all his living ability.
A great changes in his life, if the church pastor, bro and sis were not there to help at sunny or rainy days he were not took his courage to live till today. He shared a lot of his experience and he told us that everyday we should b feel thankful, no matter in good or bad. God do not promise sunny day, no pain n no sorrow, but thru it God guide us to hav faith in him and let us grow stronger. Today he no longer mind on how ppl look at him, God have fully recovered his broken heart n soul. God even gave him the ability to writes songs and now he hav successful came out the first album of his life, an album writes about the Lord great did to his life.
A wheelchair man can still praise and thankful to God everyday. Why not we should also be praising n thanking our God for we still living completely, coz we do not know how our days pass for the next 20, 30, 40 years..but I just know that to be faithful to God till end of the world and he will promise there are no pain, no tears n no sorrows.
Lately due to haze and now gone already, I have been done a lot of cooking that why i store some meaty in my fridge to b ready can cook at anytime..Sunday night dinner cook a lot, eat twice only can finish up the dishes, sometime 2 person very hard to cook also..hehe... Bee Moon visit me to check my wedding album again, as she was not satisfied with hers one, and also sending me her red bomb n also her wedding photo..so happy for her...
Thats was my day. Blessed…

Everyone doesn't want this
Since 10 years ago our country experience the haze, cause of the burned forest in Sumatera, and now the haze blow over to us again from the hot spot in Indonesia …aft all I believe today have break the record over the years we having the haze, when u see outside u were totally no mood…Haze situation is deteriorating…Listen to MyFM tis morning topic was not run away with haze, haze, haze... Even the call-in section also talking abt how the haze effect to u, and also talking abt the government hopefully they can take immediate action in making the rain, to protect the citizen's health.
Reading the news today the API (Air Pollutant Index) is at the unhealthy level...tomolo and friday the school will be close too...and this situation might go to dangerous level if not rain...oh God..pls pls...pls pour us rain to wash away the dirt air and give us fresh air.
Taken at this evening between 6.30pm-7.30pm...very blur..
Nowadays I’m not eating outside, if were to eat also look for indoor one…try to cut down n prepare my own…outdoor hawker stall food is definitely no-no…drinking a lot of herbal tea n plain water, pills for breathing system (to prevent my breath n nose problem comes back), more fruits and Vit C. I even not open up doors n windows while I at home, just to cut down the dirty air flow in. As today are quite serious got burning smell here...can’t breath in longer when stand outside…Some frens around me are not feeling well and fall sick, hope others will take good care n dun let urself collapse.

Received a sms reminder from Caren (secondary fren) about TPian gathering on Sept. a dinner buffet gatheirng at Sunway Hotel. I still condering want to go or not..hopefully can make it...can meet u p a lot long lost fren.
Since early of this year me n Brandon was planning to go Bali, but we dunno when we can make it. Chance is here, what a right time this things fall to us..from the sales we made, we got the travel gift voucher free to Bali 4D/3N free & easy for 4 persons. I bring along my parents to join. So today I called up to the tour company to make the arrangement of flight ticket n comfirm the hotel. 2 hours later tour officer called back and tell me everything was comfirm n ready. We will be going there 1 month later (*still have to wait this long, as those earlier flight all fully booked). So now I got to collect more info abt the place to visit n food. Bali...Bali…here I come..
Reading the news today the API (Air Pollutant Index) is at the unhealthy level...tomolo and friday the school will be close too...and this situation might go to dangerous level if not rain...oh God..pls pls...pls pour us rain to wash away the dirt air and give us fresh air.
Taken at this evening between 6.30pm-7.30pm...very blur..
Nowadays I’m not eating outside, if were to eat also look for indoor one…try to cut down n prepare my own…outdoor hawker stall food is definitely no-no…drinking a lot of herbal tea n plain water, pills for breathing system (to prevent my breath n nose problem comes back), more fruits and Vit C. I even not open up doors n windows while I at home, just to cut down the dirty air flow in. As today are quite serious got burning smell here...can’t breath in longer when stand outside…Some frens around me are not feeling well and fall sick, hope others will take good care n dun let urself collapse.

Received a sms reminder from Caren (secondary fren) about TPian gathering on Sept. a dinner buffet gatheirng at Sunway Hotel. I still condering want to go or not..hopefully can make it...can meet u p a lot long lost fren.
Since early of this year me n Brandon was planning to go Bali, but we dunno when we can make it. Chance is here, what a right time this things fall to us..from the sales we made, we got the travel gift voucher free to Bali 4D/3N free & easy for 4 persons. I bring along my parents to join. So today I called up to the tour company to make the arrangement of flight ticket n comfirm the hotel. 2 hours later tour officer called back and tell me everything was comfirm n ready. We will be going there 1 month later (*still have to wait this long, as those earlier flight all fully booked). So now I got to collect more info abt the place to visit n food. Bali...Bali…here I come..

Small small world again
I met my primary school fren Esther Chan in my office today..wat a small world is this…aft 14 years we not see each other…today she is one of the key account sales reps who write order for us…
I can’t really recognize her, as i not look at her face to face...while i checking some invoices with her…she told me I was so familiar to her…then I try check her name from her company tag she is wearing on….ohh is u….We both so happy to see each others…and chatted for a while. She came to settle some of her mistake order and check the problem wit her outlet invoice. If she not come here, I will not know is her...all the while I received her order with the name ‘ESTHER’.

Shop till you drop
Last Saturday aft work went to KL convention center for the PC fair…in our mind thought that nothing much can buy to our computer, but we still keen to go and n hav a look…since this time in the new venue…
Park the car at KLCC, then we walk thru the Pedestrian tunnel which link to the CC. Heaps of crowd at KLCC and CC…need to walk quite a distance to reach the PC fair hall n go up n down a few escalator…as usual we go to the accessories booth…this time the PC fair is good, spacious, more booth n ventilation is good. Thought of not buying, but still having something to grab on, coz PC fair price is always that lower compare to outlet. This time we bought blank CDs, webcam, USB bluetooth adapter, LED light and USB hub. Everything cost less than RM200. The webcam is cartoon Sin Chan design one..very cute..RM50 only..
Realizing each time in PC fair the price is getting lower n lower. Imagine now RM999 can get a Compaq HP desktop. Computer things are become cheaper n cheaper…Many great deal on speaker and sound system, flat screen LCD monitor, read-write DVD-ROM, keyboard, optical mouse, etc..many others…wah..really feel wanted to get, so attractive, but have to wait first…can’t get all in one time…shop for almost 2 hours there then came out to KLCC have our dinner…wats more? shopping again la aft that…we as usual walk separately…he go on his own…coz go together normally we can’t get much things…so I walk a while at Isetan, then go to some other shops outside n Parkson…but seems not much discount in others…aft 2 hours wondering around, I’m back in empty hand, but Brandon bought 2 tops and 4 singlets all at Isetan…this man hav plenty shirts ok! 3 wardrobe in the room and he occupied 2 of it….>:] back home already 10.30pm…clean the house, wash the cloth. By the time went to bed already 1am, no time to watch TV. Tired..tired…
Sunday afternoon continue at Mid Valley….traffic jam and lots of ppl, shop for almost 2 hours alone..managed get 1 jeans and 1 sport pant…my budget for this shopping spree was RM 300, still can go somemore..hoho ;)

Shocking
Was having gathering yam cha wit Yan and nikki aft gym at Sri Petaling...so great to see them once again...especially nikki, since long time not meet each other...we all chatted a lot..knowing from nikki, my ex was asking her out..tat was surprise of me...as i know all this while both of them still contact aft we broke off ...he wan her to do him a favour ...from her is good that I can know how he is living now. He even told nikki that I not recognise him as got once we opposite walk by passing each other and look at each other (at that time i was on duty, thats why we just pass by). Well, he not greet me at all…just like stranger walk by only..I think that he still very passive..many time i still ICQ msg him..and his reply was always short n cold.....i think till today he still having some kind of anger wit me. Since we broke off, we not even hav any verbally contact and we r like totally stranger....I hope that I won’t see him again at anywhere...previously I got 3 times saw him back on the street...but only that the one time we see wit each other, other times I just saw him, he not saw me.....well..watever la….everything is history..just wish him well...
Sometime i think that, is it end of a lover relationship, means end of everything? Wan to find out how u handle this kind of end of love relationship bond? for some they kept each other as good fren/closed fren, some like me can b totally stranger, for some quietly walk out of it n let time take place to fade away all the connection...of coz we wouldn't not forget tat person in our life time becoz they hav once came into our life....I prefer to keep them as a fren n would not go back for the relationship once it broken...my this ex is the only one who refuse to b fren...Yan told me her ex inviting her over to his wedding dinner...i just told her that do whatever u feel good...u know that kind of cross feeling is not that feel good...
Yesterday was exchanging emails with my ex-male colleague, who was sitting next to me last time and we used to be in the same team...in the email he told me on this year end is xxx big day. As I can't read the "xxx"which typed in chinese character n display funny character. When he replied, he said that it was HIS big-day...wat a shock to me...i really so surprise...this guy used to be very quiet, talk soft n shy....until we gals need to ask him to speak louder when he talked...hahaha.. and he used not to disclosed any of his relationship to us...all the while what we know was he do not hav any relationship...hhmm..very sudden ahh...and not forget at the same time congratulated him...u see..guys is always like tat, they like to surprise u and always keep things in deep secret...looking at my list..another BOMB!!

Puchong Carnival
This is a Carnival fair organised by 8 chinese churches in Puchong Area. This carnival activities will carry out in 3 weeks time. The purpose of having this is to help ppl to build a more colourful life n help the society welfare in Puchong. Last week we have the pre-heat activity, which is Blood donation held at 3rd floor IOI Mall from 2pm-5pm. The feedback was very great as we open to public, many ppl came to know this event and show support their support. Up to 4.30pm we hav 300 packs of blood being collected. May God blessed those blood donator to have a more healthier body.
The next bigger activity coming this Sunday at the same venue. Activities include Consulation services such as legal problem, doctor consultation include western and Chinese, pets, parenthood n marriage. Beside that, to add more fun to the event we have also prepared some dancing performance to entertain all. Not forget to those who wan to know more about the Saviour, Jesus Christ, we have one booth there for you to find out more....also you can find lots of foods, games. Thousands of free gift will be giving out too..first come first serve...not to tell u more, come over to experience yourself, and how you can enjoy a more "Colourful Life".

Good and bad
Since yesterday the weather was sucks...very unpleasant to see the clear blue sky covering with thick haze...feel unbreathable...anyway it would not bring down my mood at all...just pray that God will give us the clear sky again...and make sure we take care ourself very well, drinking more more water and eat Vit. C thats what we can do....
Tuesday ago join Body Step again, been sweat a lot during the class. Just concerntrate my mind and eye to the instructor n step jump non-stop for 1 hour...end of the class my leg n thigh exhausted like dropping somewhere, anyway i still enjoy doing it very much...aft the class went to do steam bath for 5 minutes...hhuuu...it was always pack at the ladies...i wait for 5 minute for my turn to take shower....everything done it was so refreshing n relax ...although my body was tired....

Since the weather is bad so we took our dinner in Leisure Mall, we try the Vietnam Kitchen infront of FF, I ordered a beef laifun soup n a vietnam style drink named 'look bou bing', taste not bad, big bowl mee, lots of meat n vege, n good waiter service. Brandon having a mango seafood salad which was so spicy...
Yesterday aft dinner at FIL, we rushing down to KLCC to shop for this Mega Sales...we bought a lot...I spend less than 100k can get 2 tops and 2 b**...damn cheap..hehe...while Brandon install some new shirt and slacks..we shop until the Isetan off the light and stop escalator...haha...before home I went into Topshop n Elle and hav a look..but can't get any ..no size..hhmm..feel a bit hungry aft that, we enjoy KFC x-meal before we leave the place.
OK, Times up now...going off later to gym again...today will not join any class...will go for machines. Will go for drinks with friend aft home...got half a year not see them already.....hope we hav a good gathering..

Family day
Last Saturday was my cousin sis wedding. Those relatives from my mum's side were came down from Ipoh to attend her wedding dinner. Most of them were over night at my Puchong's house. The house was so pack, until the dining room and all bedrooms were occupied. They wan to pack together is because they wan to chit-chat n get close. Everytime when we all met up they sure chit-chat until midnite...coz in a year we only met few times if there is occasion else we only met once during CNY....the last all my relatives met was during my wedding...
I so miss of my dearie nephew and niece from Ipoh...everytime I know they came I'll be very happy looking forward to see them...they are very small just 1 and 2 y.o kids..
Dinner held at Serdang. As usual dinner time starts aft 8.30pm..we got plenty of time chatting before the dinner starts...looking all my nieces and nephews growing up i feel like I very old and wanted to hav my own one faster..so that point of FAQ they wan to find out was coming to me every now and then when I met my cousins, uncle n aunty.
The next day morning, my family brought them to have breakfast at OUG. Later in the afternoon, most of them will go back to Ipoh...They dun hav much time to stay long in KL since my cousin's children need to go to school on the next day..no choice everytime they need to come late and go early..so left only one of my aunty, cousin sis n the young kids with us....ohh..so lovely they both...try to look at this, we were look similiar during small...I only found out this when my aunty told me..the more she grow up the more she look like me....

Now she was 2 y.o very lovely gal..she like to stick to me and talk to me..she can well defferentiate all the relatives very well...below is her brother, Dickson..a lovely boy too...at this age he likes to run n move around, this is the only pic i can well capture of him...
We went The Curve, not able to buy anything as the children is follow...need to follow them closely coz they can ran faster than u...so my cousin sis n her husband just window shop a while for some house things as their house ready soon at Mutiara Damansara. We got to visit this flea market stall...not many as compared to Mont' Kiara one..dunno why I got this impression how good if can sell something here...things sell are like cakes, ladies accessories, local traditional wear n accessories..are all simple one..I think some of them are hand-made, especially those ladies accessories..suddently something flash over my mind, thought of shirlyn who can make these crystal accessories very well .why not she set up one here, just during the weekend....n so coincidence she also mention abt this in her blog..i got this strong feel to help her if she were doing it...dunno if she mind not.. :P
Aft spending 1.5 hours there, children was like tired n sleepy, so we decide to go home. But we were hungry at that time coz we hav't took our lunch. Then we proceed to SS2 to hav some light food, then straight away go home to sleep...since tomolo they will back to Ipoh, so at night we treat them a dinner near Tesco Puchong there.
Aft dinner they dun wan to go home yet, and since my family fetching me back home so they all follow me back to my house to visit a while. Aft all, this family day was simply warm n nice...till we met again...may b next yr CNY...

Law of the Seed
Take a look at an apple tree. There might be five hundred apples on the tree, but each apple has just ten seeds. That's a lot of seeds! We might ask, "Why would you need so many seeds to grow just a few more apple trees?" Nature has something to teach us here. It's telling us: "Not all seeds grow. In life, most seeds never grow. So if you really want to make something happen, you had better try more than once."
This might mean: You'll attend twenty interviews to get one job. You'll interview forty people to find one good employee. You'll talk to fifty people to sell one house, one car, one vacuum cleaner, one insurance policy, or a business idea. And you might meet a hundred acquaintances just to find one special friend. When we understand the "Law of the Seed", we don't get so disappointed. We stop feeling like victims. We learn how to deal with things that happen to us. Laws of nature are not things to take personally. We just need to understand them - and work with them.
IN A NUTSHELL: Successful people fail more often. But they plant more seeds. When Things Are Beyond your control, here's something that you must NOT DO so as to avoid misery in your life:
- You must not decide how you think the world SHOULD be.
- You must not make rules for how everyone SHOULD behave.

It is a shift in attitude, and it gives you more peace of mind ...: You prefer that people are polite ... but when they are rude, it doesn't ruin your day. You prefer sunshine...but if it rains, it is ok too!
To become happier, we either need to change the world or change our thinking. It is easier to change our Thinking! In summary: It is not the problem that is the issue, but rather it is your attitude attending to the problem that is the problem. It's not what happens to you that determine your happiness. It's how you think about what happens to you!

Wireless home
Last Saturday after work, we went down to low yat plaza to get our wireless connection ready since we hav the streamyx connection. We actually were a bit blur on how to configure it and the wireless device we suppose to get. The day before Brandon was trying to check out wit his fren, but his fren seems giving blur info also…ok nvm..so we got down there to check and ask for it…finally we got it…
We got a wireless modem and actually its also a router and a USB wireless stick 54 Mbps, size like a thumb drive. That’s what makes the wireless connection. Both things cost RM 360. Since when registered for the streamyx we’ve got a modem, and now we can’t used that…if we know it, then we shouldn’t get their modem…the modem not really good ..makes the connection not smooth for the last few days…now we change it and it is much better.
We both blur blur configure it…test here n there..just to try out, coz we also dunno how to do it…Aft a while later we only get it done. We found out that the connection can’t restricted only to 2 users. So the SSID need to put as "any"then only can connect to the wireless point…Wireless modem can support 4 hubs and abt 200 wireless connection at the same time…so imagine if next door do not hav wireless modem and happen they use it like Wi-Fi they can connect using our modem..
The wireless modem allow either to used LAN cable or used wireless stick. So my desktop was the one need to use the stick to connect. If were to bring outside the stick also can plug in to laptop. Upon configuring it…my desktop really gives me problem. Thought of format my desktop since last year coz the operating system was not really stable n it does not allow to install Ms. Office. Now, aft the wireless stick install the problem is more…Internet Explorer problem, hardware setting and corruption error and also my CD-ROM spoilt this time..haii…so I was so frustrated when using it…
Try to re-install the hardware again, the same problem happen also. So my not-so-stable pc is time to format. Brandon scarifies his sleeping time to format my pc and re-install others software until this morning 4.30am. Unfortunately my backup data stored in the partition drive was being deleted when formatting. Luckily not so much, only those photos which haven’t been developed. Only 60% are done, still hav some to install to make it perfect for me..at the moment hopefully it can work fine. The connection was fast. 12MB data can download it in 10 min.
Mega Sales just started, that day aft dinner we went over to Isetan, but can't manage to get any. May b too rush n tired..can't see anything nice...
Read the news today, coming PC fair will be held at KL Convention centre on Aug 5th - 7th. 5000 parking space available, more booth and spacious this time compared to last round.
We got a wireless modem and actually its also a router and a USB wireless stick 54 Mbps, size like a thumb drive. That’s what makes the wireless connection. Both things cost RM 360. Since when registered for the streamyx we’ve got a modem, and now we can’t used that…if we know it, then we shouldn’t get their modem…the modem not really good ..makes the connection not smooth for the last few days…now we change it and it is much better.
We both blur blur configure it…test here n there..just to try out, coz we also dunno how to do it…Aft a while later we only get it done. We found out that the connection can’t restricted only to 2 users. So the SSID need to put as "any"
The wireless modem allow either to used LAN cable or used wireless stick. So my desktop was the one need to use the stick to connect. If were to bring outside the stick also can plug in to laptop. Upon configuring it…my desktop really gives me problem. Thought of format my desktop since last year coz the operating system was not really stable n it does not allow to install Ms. Office. Now, aft the wireless stick install the problem is more…Internet Explorer problem, hardware setting and corruption error and also my CD-ROM spoilt this time..haii…so I was so frustrated when using it…
Try to re-install the hardware again, the same problem happen also. So my not-so-stable pc is time to format. Brandon scarifies his sleeping time to format my pc and re-install others software until this morning 4.30am. Unfortunately my backup data stored in the partition drive was being deleted when formatting. Luckily not so much, only those photos which haven’t been developed. Only 60% are done, still hav some to install to make it perfect for me..at the moment hopefully it can work fine. The connection was fast. 12MB data can download it in 10 min.
Mega Sales just started, that day aft dinner we went over to Isetan, but can't manage to get any. May b too rush n tired..can't see anything nice...

Finally we met yesterday night aft gym. Since last we met..we always plan to met but always end up i left early and she came late...soo no chance to c each other...yesterday night, she sms me at 7pm, aft my shower when I almost go off, I just read her sms...that time was 8.20pm..so I called her, tot she can't pick up my call, may b she already in the class, who knows she just reach the carpark...so ok la..me and Brandon decided to eat at Wong Kok café, so we were there to wait for Amy...
Amy was kind of frenly gal, like to smiles a lot...very cheerful gal...we non-stop chit-chatting...many many topics...it was no feeling like we so strange to each other...well still not enough, times not allow as she wan to go for her first time Yogalates class at 9.45pm...

Finally connected...
We have been waiting for Streamyx connection since the day we shift in. Ppl always thought that my area should having it for the reason of those smart centre are there, in fact not. The installer told us if area do not hav high request, connection won't on for all. So, finally we got it connected yesterday night. Currently we connect it using the laptop later when I bring back my desktop will think of getting a wireless hub, so that both can be use. Was so excited to used the Internet, as pages are loaded fast, download fast, everything fast. Yesterday night I was using the Internet for 3 hours, not that long before since shift in. Last time the snail connection u'll feel rather dun use it..wasting time wait for it to load >_<
I was uploading all the wedding day photo that I promised I want to do, and check all those thousand k above emails...finally finish...may b tonight or by weekend the Beijing trip photo will all upload.
Thinking that now we like no time for TV. The Astro channel only got to watch it during weekend...and now may b the Streamyx also use not more than 24 hrs. in a week. But things are still need to pay...fitness stop for 1 month oready, not freeze it..still need to pay....money used are faster than pouring water..
Shopping kaki, this month end till beginning Sept. was Mega Sales. Broke!

CF findings....
Yesterday was gym at California fitness for the first time. Well, not so used to the environment there, very warm, can sweat very fast, ventilation is not really good if the workout area is full. Everywhere full with mirror. They only have plain water dispenser, no TV and earphone. Quite many ppl too. Many faces from Maxis and SPK are there too, not sure they are registered member there or just went to trial. Many instructor and standing around ready to help u, the machine are slightly huge in size. Some machines are very new which FF does not have it. Each type of body part machine, they have at least more than 1. The night the Group-X class was Body Combat and Body Step (Advance/Intermediate) all are experienced one, mostly from FF even the instructor too. I not really enjoy the workout there, so aft workout like 1 ½ hour I went shower.
The restroom now. Changing room and shower area are at one end of another. Both they dun have door for you to close, only a piece of soft plastic, upper head part are blur semi-transparent and shoulder downward was in gray color covered. Many shower rooms and changing room, each shower area quite small. The floor at shower area was always wet and water are clog at one end with hairs, feels dirty. Changing and comb area are together, there were many big big mirror. No slipper and plastic bag provided. Locker you need to bring your own padlock to lock, to prevent the key being duplicated. I feel very inconvenient to me. The lockers are in ‘L’ shape, very hard to put our belonging in. Many lockers there but all located at inconvenient place. If u were to used the locker near to the shower area, toilet/hand washing, changing room and comb area for u would at another end and also the other way round. The sauna and steam room was big. Unfortunately the steam room was out of service. At the comb area they have this things like, hair gel, hand lotion, cotton buds, facial cotton pad and tissues…this one was pretty convenient to gals ya...
hhmm..looks like i'm having problem with their restroom...I still prefer back to my FF..tomolo will go again...my temp 7 days VIP pass exprired on next Monday.

Passionate
Since Brandon last won the California Fitness 1 month VIP pass he hasn’t used it, so yesterday we went to check out the thing at Menara Standard Chartered. Thought that he only let him used for 1 month, so Brandon just try to check whether can gain another pass for me to join with him, the instructor so kind, he let me go for 7 days trial…After that we fill up forms, we need to go to the Personal Training room to do height, weight and body fat check. The procedure was so detail taken. After check all that, he also analysis what we need to do to achieve ideal body muscle and strength and also the instructor introduce what are the kind of personal training they have. Of course they not forget to briefly tell us about the membership and joining fees…This coming week I’ll having my 7 days trial, while Brandon might got for one month long. So bad…1 month already I didn’t back to my own FF liow..monthly fee wasted..
So coincidence I recognize one of the lady sales person from FF, Leisure Mall worked in California as sales too. Just chat with her for a while, according to her she said not nice working in FF in the way they treat the staff. She was there is because CF recruit her from FF (wow, really competitive). So she briefly tells me what are the benefits joining California and she said they are very strict in select instructor. What so special was they have a lady workout and stretching area, guy are strictly prohibited. This is good for the gals so that they dun feel embarrass when they do stretching or workout.
California Fitness have occupy 5th floor, spacious, modern design. 1st floor personal training room, 2nd floor – 4th floor are all the workout and cardio area. They only have 1 group exercise studio, which situated at 2nd floor, it is very big. 5th floor only the Restroom..Bath towel are provided free without extra payment. They do not have Juice Bar and VCD rental. Overall quite ok with the facilities and ppl there. Membership fees compare to FF comes slightly cheaper, just that location we dun like.
Extremely wanted to watch movie Initial-D since the day it was shown in the cinema, but till today the show time is still always full…we even go telephone advance booking, still hardly get. That was very bad coz only TGV can have that movie on. Yesterday try to bought tickets from counter at KLCC TGV, you know the queue lane (special for Initial-D and War of the World only) were go far until the Aunty Annie there. So we continue to check out the availability seat for all the 11 showtime from the screen, that time we queue up was 3.30pm the screen shows the seat only available at 8.50pm (and that hour also running fast already)..Gosh! how to wait until that hour..so we decided to left. We took our meals there then we went home. Later we do advance telephone booking for tomorrow night 11pm..finally got it..can’t wait anymore..hehe…Due to having cold yogurt drink in the morning, yesterday whole day my stomach was not right. At last I’m having diarrhea in the evening and makes me can’t took any dinner.

Have a chance attend this FHM 100 Most Sexiest Woman in the World event organised by FHM (ForHimMagazine) yesterday at Atmosphere. Brandon, me and my cousin sis went together as we all got the pass. Upon arrival, we received a goodies bag worth more than RM100 and free drink by Carlsberg. Hows yesterday...
Yesterday was my papa birthday, went home to dinner wit him wit my mum's cook...nothing is good enough to go back to see him...he was so happy...with everyone dine wit him...aft dinner we chit chat and watch TV...
Brandon not join in as he went to fitness and club at Rum Jungle till late..aft dinner I went home myself, coz he gonna to be late...Yesterday night Rum Jungle having an event organised by California fitness, Brandon won himself 1 month free VIP membership pass by answering a few questions...
Again was checking the Beijing weather, gosh!! read from paper it was 40’C yesterday and humidity less than 30%. Mum keep on reminded me to take care when I was there and pray more wherever I go and also in the hotel….and also I will not forget to get a travel PA for that 8 days coverage by tomolo….just to make sure I'm ok and also do not let parents worried us...
Reach home already 1230, manage to get things ready for tomolo and clean the house a bit before sleep...dunno how come yesterday d floor was so dusty...
Esther just got back from China and was back to Kuching hometown, my fren (Teng) was going over to visit her cum tour around...and they ask me out for gathering once all of them back to KL...well not so soon fren, aft my trip ya..

Ooppss...you did it again!
Yesterday night, while watching TV aft dinner at FIL place, it suddenly blackout for 2 seconds, then electric recover. After that we decided to go, Brandon went SPK fitness aft he dropped me at KLCC to do shopping. Once I get into the KLCC entrance, eeii..how come so many ppl standing outside the entrance and shops are all closed? That time was only 7.45pm, shops entrance are blocked.. only corridor have lights are on, then only I realized..is blackout for the building…my goodness hotspot also kena blackout incident…why TNB did again?…many ppl are waiting and lofting outside…so I just walk around and stand here n there, waiting for the electricity recover. After half an hour waiting, partially shops electricity recovered, so they re-open their doors for business again, then I still waiting for Isetan to re-open. Yesterday was Isetan seasons end sales, start from 22nd – 30th June. I faster get in to buy some stuff for travel, a sling bag, MNG shirts (up to 50%-70% sales ya!), undiess, belt and also renew IMC card. While blackout, ppl who look aft their shop entrance are busy explaining to their customer for the incident.
While wondering around during blackout I heard a lot of tourist and also local ppl complain about the incident. My first impression was how come no backup generator and make it cause whole world stop? hhmm…TNB need to review what they are doing…not once but many times…are they doing their work?? Dunno….
This morning open up paper read the special edition about KL big blackout, it cause by one of the electric generator/ transmission house burn and blackout at Bkt. Bintang area. Many shoplots at that area are closed early and lost business as that incident happen is peak hour at night…it takes 2 hours to recover…this incident cause TNB lost of 500 million, well what about others??

Get set
Yesterday aft work, went again to the tour office to get back our passport with Visa stamped, free gift towel and travel bag and also the information the exact time of depart and return…
Since few days ago, I already start packing up, buy all the necessary stuff and check on the weather forecast from Internet. Besides that I also ask more about the place there, like where the tour guide likes to bring you to buy things, where can buy, where not worth to buy and also place to visit and etc…yeah although the brochure there written all in detail for each day, but exact scene is not that wonderful, get to know more as a pre-caution. All this I asked from my schmate, she was ex-tour guide from Marco Polo…
Just check, in Beijing is Summer season, the weather highest 37’C and lowest 23’C. Hot than KL, humidity 34%, while KL is 74%. Means dry n hot there…^_^ and go further on check for coming 5 days weather forecast was, weather cool down, and it is rainy day n storm…goodness!!!…hope this won’t gonna be true, coz I try tally the KL forecast with our current weather it was not that accurate too…
Seems like I quite excited to go, counting down the day…5 more days to go as this is my first time go on International flight…my target of this trip, is to do some shopping, not on local product but on some branded accessories, hope I got time to make it…of coz most important we can find the way…gonna read more info about it..

Happy Father's Day!
"Happy Father Day" to all dad in the world and also my dad-in-law and daddy. Both of our parent celebrate it together in a Chinese restaurant during lunch time yesterday. Both of us give father a small gift. 10 of us, we spend 2 hours eating there. It is so nice that have everyone there, looking at them happily chatted.
3 weeks I didn’t saw my dad already, coz during the time I back home he was not there, today saw him looks older a bit liow…Pa! stay more healthy and strong for the coming year, as I still got many things in my life wan to share with you…I’m sure you can make it yea…I wan you to look more younger than today…hehe..a bit high expectation…currently my dad still working, he is a taxi driver for almost 20 years attached to a radio taxi company…age 59 this year..everyday he start work early in the morning at 5.30am and finish work in the evening. Now he work more relax, not like last time when we r kid he need to strive for more income to survive the family. Now we all are grown up and can feed ourselves, he slow down a lot. For the past years I working outside, he fetch me everyday aft work no matter sunny or rainy days. He never turn us down, he support whatever we do and he working very hard for my year study in college. Once I need anything he will try to look for me..without worries he will make it for me…Dad you are great, you are fantastic!
He is a humorous dad, likes to joke wit us, u can’t find a single strict face on him, he likes to make everyone around him laugh and happy. That’s why whenever his friend got problem he will try to offer his help if he can. Sometime he tells us story of his daily customer and those funny funny customer he pick…even got once a customer compliment him thru The Star paper for his good did…he likes to make fren with his regular customer. He is a non-smoker, loves planting, drawing, singing and eating.
Every dad scarifies a lot for his children, as the same to mum. Dad always who are the one humble and do not like to show off his feeling and he do things quietly behind just for the sake of everyone at home is not hungry and sheltered. That is Daddy.
Dad, I’m proud to be ur daughter and thank god that He send me His guardian angel. I don’t know how to repay u for all the loves and cares, do hope that for the coming year, I’ll love you more and more….and let all the good memories store in you for the years coming….

In the evening, I cooked a simple dinner while waiting Brandon back from work, before he reached home he called me and ask me to dress up and he will brought me to the TVB8 Live concert (by various artist) at Bintang Walk. At first I though we can't make it coz cannot get the ticket elsewhere...so since he got it at last minute then we decided to go..I quickly took a shower n dinner then we go...
Imagine 60 thousands ppl (dunno whether is correct, Fish Leong said one..) packed at Bintang Walk, watching a concert, only VIP can sit all others r stand…very pack and very hot, we manage to reach there 20 min later with a lil jam at my area…ticket written start at 7pm, end up start at 8.30pm..waited for so long…this is culture…free things won’t b on-time…is ok..used to it…
When it start ppl are more and more…Youth and Sports Ministry hav a short speech for opening. The purpose of this concert is ‘Say no to drugs’. Hacken Lee start of the night singing 2 songs and he manage to bring up the crowd…scream and ho haa...here n there…followed by Fish Leong sing 3 songs, then when 3 malay singer coming up, I also dunno who r they, then those ppl down there start to show dun like and the crowd ho haa also stop….the show continue with various Taiwan, HK, China and Malaysia singer to perform. The flow of the whole concert is very slow…can’t wait other of my fav singer come up, we can’t stand the anymore the pack n humid …so we went home before the concert end around 10.30pm..
So, this is how my year 2005 - 26th birthday passed. Although no cake, no big celebrate, I still treasure it with all ppl who cares me and also can b with my love one is more important than many other things…
Lastly, my simple birthday wishes…Brandon love me more and more, mummy and daddy hav a healthy body, and also everybody in peace.

Messages issue
Yesterday, Maxis network really got problem, a fren SMS me in the morning…happen that when I wan to reply her it says “Sending Failed”..aft I try send a few times…so I thought I wan to send the reply again later….before i wan to reply again..the same message already comes in for 3 times…so I try to reply again, still can’t at that moment…so I called up my fren to talk about it….aft that exactly the same message subsequently coming in aft 1 hour or half an hour for the whole day…roughly total I think got more than 10 same messages i received….hhmm..
Today received 2 new voice mails…as usual I will call n check the message…this time is a guy I really dunno who is him..not leaving down his name…from his voice I can’t really recognize….may b someone I know, or may b someone call a wrong number…both messages are in cantonese…1st message…he said: “call go into ringtone mode and go in voice mail…” 2nd message :“again ringtone and go in voice mail…TIEW NIA SING” then he hang up...…wah lau eh…who are you, what the heck you wan to scold that word out like that!!… this ppl so kurang ajar..…whats wrong with my ringtone or get into voice mail? I think he do not know got caller ringtone this stuff!!! Pls dun let me hav a chance to find out who u r!

Yesterday the travel agency call up Brandon, and telling us that our departure date and time change..so u see..again my impression drop...since I know they sure have something coming up now and also later along the tour....as tour registered that time our departure date is 26th morning, now change to 27th night whereby the flight is in midnight...Brandon did scolded her a while..why the company change it and inform us at this time, as we already applied leaves and booked the taxi...she said just need to change..is ok one..she kept on apologies to him...u c..how come nowadays day ppl doing business the attitude is like that one...things without promise and comfirm then giving it to customer..it make us so trouble..

Tian Hong & Phaik Li
Last Saturday (4th June) went to Penang to attend my ex-colleagues’s wedding…Due to Alice (my ex-supervisor) fall sick early in the morning, so we go a bit late, we manage to start our journey at 11am...All the way at the highway was going very slow and some part even traffic jam…aft 6 ½ hours in the car finally reach Penang at 5.30pm, the City Bayview Hotel where the dinner held and also the place we stay. Dinner at 7pm. Thought the wedding dinner culture is different from KL, who knows also the same at KL start at 8.30pm…Foods some ok some average…The dinner to me is like a gathering with old colleagues and some colleagues who left the company before me…we just chit-chat n exchange our recent life…at the dinner karaoke section was prepared for us and also some songs from the karaoke MC…we do snap some photo with the bride..she was so busy..got to change 3 costume…Penang kia all are in Hokkien ..poor me…I dunno Hokkien…so always hav to ask May what they / MC saying…hahaha……everythings end at 11am…by the time very sleep and tired also…actually got intention to go to the pub behind the hotel to have some drinks…but seems like everyone wan to rest early for the next day..so everybody rest early…I have a good slept there, but my poor friend can’t really sleep well…
The next day, too nice to sleep until we can’t enjoy much on the breakfast buffet …we took a lil bit then hav to rush to bride’s house…Bridegroom reach at 9.30am and he was so excited to catch her bride…until he and those heng dai can’t really eat the light refreshment for them…so lets see what the ji mui prepared for them….(I’m one small part of them..no leading in negotiating) Got a rule here, before starting must be “No Hokkien” very funny, once they speak hokkien have to eat 1 slide of plain bread, mainly cos those ji mui dunno hokkien…
1. Heng dai have to finish a loaf of bread….so they distribute to each other…the bread is nothing…plain one, but they only can finish it without drinking water.
2. Sing song, sing it loud until the bride satisfied it…poor bridegroom dunno how to sing song, but he also very co-operate to sing it..with a heng dai leading beside him…
3. Eat spring roll without using hand, thinks that easy, the heng dai very shy to do it…but it is very fun..we ji mui laugh n laugh. Both heng dai start bitting one end and eat toward going each other and kiss in the center part…very funny also..
4. Then, go upstair. Bridegroom hav to used his lip to kiss a love shape on a piece of paper, with his lip apply lipstick to it…
5. Later, hav to find where is the brides, there was 3 rooms up there….we won’t lead him to the correct room, he have to select the room by slotting in the love lips down the door, to ask the bride whether she like it or not…so I’m the one to push back the paper to let him know, she dun like it…without open the door…so he went to other room to check…he also dunno whether he got the correct room until I came out from the “no bride room” to ask him, where u go, ur wife is here!!…then he was so excited to came over to check, who knows that was his flower gal…haha…kena fool…
6. Q & A time, then again sing a song “Tell Laura (Phaik Li) I love her”
That’s how the ji mui let him in….tang..tang..tang..tang..another friend is married… Penang wedding culture, they got 2 wedding car, guy 1 car n girl 1 car, with their own ppl…when they are leaving to bridegroom’s house..
After she go, around 11am we travel came back to KL. On the way back quite smooth, no jam nor slow down, we even go in to Ipoh old street to taste the Ipoh Sar Hor Fun, Ipoh tau geh, rojak and popiah as our lunch. Safety reach KL at 17:20.

Trips go...
This coming Saturday morning will heading up to Penang to attend an ex-colleague wedding, first time travel far to attend a friend’s function. She have book hotel for us, many of my ex-colleagues will b there..it also a chance for me to meet them up again..till today still miss them a lot…I’ll be follow my ex-supervisor car to go there..Yesterday I called up a fren Amilia who currently working in Penang, Bukit Mertajam…just told her that I’ll be there and hopefully can meet her up..kinda miss her..as we worked together before…and we resign almost the same time…
Beijing trip is coming soon, end of this month, have been waited for 3 months time since we sign up..now the day not too far away..feel excited about it….tomorrow will go to the travel agency to submit the passport do the Visa n pay the balance. They called up and said the fees have to be increase due to the air-plane petrol price raised lately…hhmm…this 8D Beijing trip will cover Beijing, Tianjin and Chengde…tour fee per person is around RM 1430 (sorry I forget the exact amount) …just heard one of our customer (he also using the same travel agency, tour fees more expensive than us), he told us that he not satisfied with the trip, in the sense of the hotel they stayed were all 3 stars and only a night is staying at 4 stars….more terrible that there was a night one of the hotel they stayed do not on the air-con for whole the hotel, which he said was very torturing and terrible…now is the summer time…currently the weather is 17’C-25’C. Hopefully ours one will not experienced what happen to him and of coz I will get ready of what will happen…food wise he said everyday almost the same, nothing so special…and he have get bored of it…hhmm…well…may b my time will b or have something different…if I come back later with complains means this tour agency is our first and last…the tour agency name is Best Holiday at Wisma Cosway.
Today will start my Fitness Power Pack training, hopefully I won’t get muscle ache aft this 45 mins train…
Before I left Synovate, I have help my church gal – Chris, to submit a resume to the development company at Merana IGB (2 floors downstair of my office)…today she finally get the job…as the day I helped her to pass the resume, I saw there was a lot of big envelope job application…actually I know she was not having high hope on those application, but I kept on encourage her to try and also pray hard to all her application. At last God heard her prayer, after 3 months waiting (or more I think), at the same time got 2 companies offer her the job she applied and she finally have selected the job in Menara IGB….God really did something on her, as she need a job not far from where she stay, precise her own profession and also high pay (this what she really want, as I know she got many commitments) …so finally she got it...in the process of getting this job, she have been thanks me for many many times…well, Chris..I’ve done nothing…is God he looked aft you…Hopefully u will working happily there and be friend to all of them… yeah may b at work u r kinda cool…dun put too much preasure on urself…do ur part and the satisfaction will be there…all the best to u and remember keep smiling :) got time do come to Bukit Jalil visit visit me or perhaps we go for a drink, k?….

Results
Have been joining FF for exactly 2 months…joined more than 20 Group-X classes and after all each class we’ll get a signature from the class instructor….upon collect 20 sign u will get a “Group X Superstar” t-shirt…ok I got it….hhmm…quality not that good…well ok…still can get something…
I’ve successfully gain the weight I want which is now I’m 50 kg...(hurray!) none of the part grow wide…yes..not other part...but u know la..gals always grow wide at the waist...so gradually my waist also grow a bit wider...other than that mainly the weight is comes frm the tone up muscles..wow.. really helpful between work out n not work out…
Now I concerntrate more on training stamina...whereby everytime I will let myself to burn off at least 150 calories by cycling, running, stepping, glidding n stretching. Next month I will join 2 session of power pack, which is a 1 to 1 section with an instructor, some machine I dun dare to used coz not so know how to used..hopefully aft this I can used well to it..
Went to The Curve FF to work out that Wesak Holiday..member there really different from Leisure Mall...may b that place is high class a bit...I joined in Body Step class and found that I not so used to it cause different instructor different style...and Curve member r experience..they can do well, some part I can't really follow them that fast...

Church camp
Been a while not blog, basically nothing much happen, living in peace. On last Sunday and Monday - Labour day holiday, I hav been joining church camp at Cameron Highland. This camp is all about encouraging and renew strength for church member in their own serving team, how we need to do to serve better, what is our own vision and purpose toward the team u r in, how to perform your vision in team to achieve church vision in glorifing God kingdom. I personally feel very good as at this moment I half leg out of the team. God have talk to me during the camp, He asked me to stay on and serve him better, I also been encourage to take up Sunday school class again. I told God that pls give me more time and patient to take up the class in next semester.
Besides that, it is also another great time we brother and sister can gather together again and share our story and girls talk of coz..haha..in these 2 days the camp, Pastor gave us some message, it was really “booster” one, very encouraging. We also pray together for our team strength. A praising and thanking time also have to each team, whereby other member have to praise those team member who sit in the middle of the circle. Wah….all great message and word of encouraging very touching…I can say all also done their part and very professional in it, praise God for that, all of us are gifted. Up the hill, we not been anywhere to visit just stay in the camp site which surrounding with vege farm, way up from the camp was Boh Tea plantation garden. Entertainment time was play games in group and also sing karaoke. Surprisingly this time went to Cameron was not having good impression to the weather, it has change a lot compared to 3 years ago..weather was like normal only like the cloudy temperature in KL here, not cold at all even in the morning. For the day we reache, we have steamboat as dinner...yummy! all food were prepared..basically nothing spend there...only bought back some strawberry for hubby..
Way back going down hill was OK, but in the highway it go slow…back at Cameron at 2.30pm reach KL at 7.30pm, 5 hours travel for less than 200KM..duhhh!!..

Yesterday as usual went to Fitness and joining class together with Stephanie..hehe…got a gal partner now to work out with me…more motivation…. Again it was a small small world, aft my shower with wet hair and body, I was busy packing up my stuff at the locker area, a gal was sitting at the long chair in front of the locker, at that while I was waiting to changed, then she smiled and called me “Judy”…and I smiled with her too..OMG..guess who..is Amy Wong a.k.a Amymeimei!!! I was so happy and surprise, coz before this we plan to meet up, but can’t make it at all…we do chat a lot over ICQ many of time..really sometime fate really works on frenship, no need to set date n time finally we also can meet….can’t chat long with her at that time as she was about to work out and I was about to leave…
See..I got another workout partner with me now…

Have been so eager to changed handphone for the past month and been looking for the right phone, model, function and price. Finally came to my final decision I trade-in my old Nokia 8250 for RM130 and bought a brand new Sony Ericsson K700i for RM790, love it very much!
Besides that, it is also another great time we brother and sister can gather together again and share our story and girls talk of coz..haha..in these 2 days the camp, Pastor gave us some message, it was really “booster” one, very encouraging.
