# New Year celebration

Today is the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, yesterday night was truly eventful to us, where more than 80 family members are gathered together for a buffet style steamboat dinner. The foods being prepared by different family, that night free flow of foods, lots of vegetable with the great soup base, wow I truly love it and enjoy it.

Not only foods, we also shared a lot of laughter with each other. After the dinner, we lighted up fire-cracker, kongmingdeng, birthday celebration for month of January, liquor drinking cheering with each other and etc. When the kongmingdeng lighted up, everyone cheering and those kids can't wait to use the newly bought binocular from uncle mikes to watch it flying up high.

Only this day during cny, we able to do so and this gathering are very important to us.

# Smoky dinner

There was once I attended an supplier's Annual Dinner with hubby, that dinner night forever I'll remembered every details happened. Why? because I'm taking too much of 2nd hand smoke that night the restaurant is worst than any smoking area.

It was all man's heaven that night, free flow of different cigars sizes cigar, brand and taste of cigar offered by the host. It is also a way of appreciation and thank you to all the distributors. Other than the good food, then everybody mouth is with cigar and that also the first time I saw hubby trying out cigar. It is definitely more enjoyable than taking cigarette.

# Maintain body weight

Body size fat or thin I believe 70-80% is carry along in your family gene. I have read across weight loss review saying that, once if you not taking care of your weight after weight loss program, you will be back to fair and square.

Weight loss success one, they told me they did take weight loss supplements to maintain the body weight. Besides that, they also eat moderately and taking some health drinks. At the end of the day, weight loss people don't really mind that the figure need to be taking care of, most important they have gain back the confident, healthy and looking good.

# Pre-natal vitamin

Recently know that my sister-in-law got pregnant for 2 months and the next thing comes with this good news is she was lying in hospital. We all get so worried and after work rush to hospital to visit her. She got show badly and ob-gynea advised to admit and be monitored.

Luckily both mother and baby are all ok after 2 nights stay. I keep advised her the do and don't during pregnant. Seeing her weak body sometimes quite worried too, she must have miss out taking nourishment food and those best prenatal vitamins range that I recommended to her.

# Keep eating and not worried to get fat

I think that's many woman dream, where to keep eating and not to worried to grow wider. Anyway it is extremely hard. I try to keep myself eating balance and also taking fat burning supplement. It is hard to resist when you in front of good food and good companion.

Just like my recent company annual dinner buffet, the hotel spread a good range of international food. We keep chatting and eating till we all got very full. Anyway I just take everything moderately and little. I really want to eat others, but can't stuff in anymore.

# Shopping mall parking

There is a small shopping mall nearby the place we live here. Normally for a convenient and fast shopping I will choose to go there. There are eatery shops, boutique, saloon and hypermarket. One thing I dislike was there is the basement parking. It really gives me an insecure feel whenever I park my car there.

The lighting is weak, parking area flow is messy and some misleading too. Those big shopping mall parking system is far different from this. The particular one I like is Sunway Pyramid. The traffic flow is good and exit signs are clear with many around you. The free bay numbers also updated on signboard and what's more looking for a free space is lots easy there by just checking out the green bulb.

# Lighting park

I-City is the one we talk about on the nice lighting deco park at night. I yet to get a chance to go there, it is free entrance now and you will get to see the park full of beautiful lighting design like trees and animals.

The park comes so alive with the support of outdoor lighting. Especially professional photographer, they like to play around with shooting under those lighting. The overall feeling is like Christmas. I can’t wait to go there, after many good comments about it.

# Furniture shopping

Those weekends few months ago I used to accompanied my parents visiting furniture shops as they plan to change a new sofa seat. We went near and far just to get something that suits their taste. Well it is not easy, because our hall is long ans narrow and it needs much consideration too on sofa size.

The modern furniture design is very nice, but many of them also come in huge size. Though we love the design, but it is not fit to our living hall. After a long search, my cousin recommended us a real good choice, from the sofa colour, material to design and price, we all satisfied on it. That full leather orange red sofa seat 1+2+3 which only cost RM3300 is the one we sitting now.

# Weight scale choice

A growing toddler's body weight increasing is something we happy about, but on the other way round, at certain age range if an adult's our body weight keep increasing, perhaps it is not a good sign. Since my weighting scale spoil few years ago, all these while, I will get myself weighted whenever I saw like one at clinic, friend's home or fitness centre and etc.

The weighting scales that I like the most is fitness scales, which enable to analyzes weight, fat, water, muscle mass and calorie consumption. The kind of body weight scales pretty encouraging once you step on it on how you want to maintain your health. I find that it is quite useful for to control body weight rather than just knowing the weight figure.

# Furnish time

In less than 2 weeks time Chinese New Year will be here. At this moment of time, most of us busy shopping and cleaning the house and also re-furnish the house. This morning when I visit my parents, I found the gate looks new again. My dad did a great job; he took an evening to re-paint it.

As for my home, I was rather a bit lazy on the cleaning part. I left it to the part time maid who actually can use 4 hours time to settle most of the heavy tasks. The rest light and easy job, I will do it bit by bit, as there is still holiday and weekend time left for me to do. Hubby also help up in the cleaning like taking down the curtain to wash, scrub the hidden floor area, wipe the ceiling light and fan and touch up the gate and wall with paint.

That day he even mentions that he wanted to get some light renovation done for the bathroom. He visited www.betterbathrooms.com just give him some good idea on what he needs to get. He plans to make a walk-in shower. I like this kind of bathroom design a lot as the showering zone and drying area is separate, which eliminates wet and slippery floors outside of the enclosure. # Food supplements

We eat very limited food daily and if it is not support by food supplements we will easily fall sick. For those who less favour on taking vegetables and fruits like young kids, they really need daily multivitamin to improve their health.

On selection the supplementary range I will on choose those less sweetening which it make out with less artificial taste and from original ingredients. Not only that, nourishment soup also will be an added nutrition to them. The rest of it is to get enough sleep and exercise.

# New cloth fitting

Last week, a good 3 hours shopping, I able to grab my new clothes to be ready to wear on coming Chinese New Year. I'm so happy for the loots and another great thing I'm glad about is that I can buy smaller size cloth now compare to last year size from L back to M.

Looks like the best fat burner works really well on me. I hope after Chinese New Year I won't outgrow of them, especially the waist area of those clothes. Those snacks, cookies and cracker really so irresistible, so wanted to eat them when I shop for it. Anyway I will have my weapon ready, which is my Maté Green Tea. It can help to make me stay fit and healthy.

# Waist slimming

Body area like arm, waist line and hips are the most concern area for woman. To stay fit on those areas, I need to control on what I eat, make sure it is balance and take more vegetables and fruit. In that way, I can easily maintain the body weight too.

If time permits, I will do some indoor exercise like stretching, swing hula-hoop and lower ab workout. It did help a lot and the result comes better if I consume some detoxifying + weight loss product.

I need to keep it more fit now, since Chinese New Year is coming, so that I can nicely fit into my newly bought new clothes.

# New lappie

Since started to work, back home I'm too lazy to switch on the computer after dinner. Basically I'm getting bored facing computer and tired too. Terry is actually using more than me now. He loves to play those interactive games from various websites.

Those day when we not having our laptop (lost during break-in), Terry was actually fight to use the desktop whenever daddy switch on. Therefore, since before the house alarm install daddy already search around for some cheap laptops deal. We've got a new now and Terry was the most happy one, as for me, I was keep thinking back of my old laptop data whenever I using it.

# The common phone

Though many still not afford to own an iphone, but it is so common now. The most attractive part is the apps and games. It is really so entertaining and many of them play game with it more than using the phone function.

This all-in-one gadget is really a hot selling one in the market. It has high value in the market; Iphone accessories itself also become an expansive one, phone cover, screen protector and etc. If I were to have one, I will rather get an ipad, as it is less expensive and more comfortable view for play game and watch movie.

# Acne pain

My admin colleague very frequent grow a big spot of pimples on her face. It was those pain and red one which normally took days for it to mature and explore. She just feels so ugly and down whenever it pops on her face.

# Learn about beauty

Nearby of my office shop lots, there is a lot of restaurant, beauty-spa center, foot massage center, hair saloons and boutique. Not only that, everywhere at those new area of shops, for sure you will be able to find those shops around. No doubt beauty line is quite making money nowadays.

I just suggest to my niece to check out those massage therapy program online and perhaps if interested just sign up for it to learn more beside taking up beauty course. Although a beautician or masseur is not those white collar job, but why not, it is a kind of luxury service that everyone needs.

# The first year of school

Last year, during the school final term, Terry brought back a small trophy. That evening really makes our days, he was happy because only 3 students are selected in each term to be rewarded. It is based on the overall progressive and improvement in academic.

That trophy really meant a lot to him and to me, it is another encouragement to cultivate and educate him. Anyway, I won't be pushing him that much now, I just want him to enjoy learning and learn as it comes along.

Recently when we was watching a badminton competition, during the prize giving ceremony, suddenly Terry stood there and told me that big and shining sports trophies very tall and beautiful. He told me that he wants another big trophy. Hopefully he gets what I explain to him about the purpose of rewarding with trophy.

Till the end of the days, get trophy or not it doesn't matter as long as he has done his best, my expectation is not that hight, cause his mother is a "trophy-less".

# Home stay experience

My lady boss just came back from her Taiwan trip, not only she brought back lots of Taiwan snack, during lunch hours she also share a lot of her free and easy experiences there, from eat to stay to sight-seeing.

She purposely choose home stay to experience the village style of living. Those home stay only cater for small group of guest with owner hands on to cook and service you. She very lucky that she gets to choose the home stay that she ever want. The guests room and lobby furniture are those cabin furniture one, that enough to make the place so natural. I guess very soon she will be going there for the 3rd time. This makes me wanna set my date to fly there too.

# Holiday trip

The year 2011 has just began, school re-open and work resume, I believe some are still on holiday blues or jet lag. My colleague who just went on board of the celebrity cruises just can't wait to share with us her excitement she had just experienced. True enough just by looking at her photo, she was so relax and enjoy throughout the trip and she almost been treat like a queen.

Talk about holiday trip, I'm so longing for one too, but don't know when is the right time. Family and friends around me has been planning where to go during Chinese New Year holiday.

# The DIY shop

DIY shops has been around for quite sometimes. There were 2 nearby my office and I can say I love them all times as they have all kinds of things around the house from handy tools, hardware to stationery, toys and etc. It comes quite convenient to me whenever I need some stuffs in quicky.

Though their things majority are imported from China or Made in China, some are imitation too, but the quality are unexpectedly good like the faucets, some electronic DIY tools, house decorative items, gift items and etc. The last I grab a good deal of Disney series story book from there.
