# Go diet to keep fit

I have been asking around those slim fit mummy, how can they maintain such a good body lines after gave birth. Many says the energy and fats burn through day to day full time taking care of the kids, but this don't really helps to me.

I have also been trying eat low carbohydrate foods and taking more fruits vegetables, but this doesn't help to maintain a balance diet in me. Should I consider taking diet supplements? I have been asking my family doctor about the safe diet pills on the pharmacy shelf. She always advised me to check the KKM approval and read carefully the ingredients.
