# Organised paperless file

Server enable to store files for sharing purpose. It brings us lots of convenient as all paperless files are being organize there. My office is using one too and we called it File Server. All my work related files, documents, tools, folders and etc mostly are stored there.

Since the document management system implement in our office not long ago, the file server environment are getting organize than before. Users having more control on the accessible to the folders and files. The Managements also very concern on the directory for hard copy files. They even place a separate section that combine the search of hard copy as well by indicating where you can look for it by providing at which cabinet number, drawers or deck of store rack.
