Businesses operating in this era can't be left out with using computer system. The most common one is POS systems where it able to works more than a regular cash register system. With this kind of POS, inventory and accounting software in the market, business owner will have more control over the business management and operation and on the other hand they got more time in planning and expanding the business.
Since I'm working in the front line of this business software helpdesk, we facing a great challenges too such as support and teaching user to operating the system. Not to say when supporting those business owners without computer knowledge/ background, we need extra patient and guide.
