# Sick of hot weather

The weather is relatively hot throughout the month. I'm really sick of it when walk under the scorching hot sun. My skin feels like needle poking when the UV ray shines on me. The news on last night has been reporting that the day temperature was hit at 40'C!

These few days, many status in FB I read was they got sick, sore throat, coughing, fever and etc. Finger cross that our health are maintaining at good level since we are taking the best multivitamin. Most important, we also need to eat well and drink lots water every day to flush out the heat in our body.
