# Loose weight by detoxifying

One of the effective way to lose weight is actually to do colon cleansing. It helps to flush out the toxic and residue which stick on the colon wall. I did once before and during the month of detox I find the stools are oily and dirty one. After a month of doing it, I feel my body lose some weight, lighten up and looks healthier.

I'm sure in coming month there will be lots of eating round, I better prepare the quick trim burn and cleanse pack with me and start the detoxifying right after Chinese New Year.
