# Poor medical service

Last year when Terry got hospitalised in the sucks P*NTAI hospital for burn, I got so much to say and complain to the medical team and nursing staff there. They were not professional and attentive to the patient's needs but very good in billing the patient for every single little things, especially if you are a medical card holder.

There was once when Terry pushed out from the icey cold OT, I found him all over looks purple and pale. The recovery bay nurse not even covered him up with heated blanket or set up a warmer for him until I open my mouth and ask for it. What if I'm not allow to go in to be with my boy, I'm sure he will get sick. This hospital don't deserved a single credit from me. When I check through a total of 200+ pages of itemised bill the warm blanket were actually charged seperately.
